《The New World Rising : How to Build a Dungeon Kingdom》Chapter 7 - Preparing for the Outer World

Should I keep summoning more creatures? since I leveled up a bit more my spirit points have replenished. I initially did not want to summon livestock animals using the menu to save up more points, but now that I have leveled up I have more than enough points to spend on whatever I'd like to. I also do not want to spend my spirit points on expanding the dungeon territory. The goblins are doing that job for me. One good thing is my skill level for summoning is now a bit higher. So perhaps I should look into what I can summon. But at the same time frankly there is not enough room for more citizens at this point. Maybe the best idea would be to use my spirit points to build a facility or to get an item which would be hard to procure without going into the outer world.
“Lilith, I have one question. you told me that we could go to the outer world, but isn't it dangerous? You're a witch, and I am a dungeon master. Aren't we both the natural nemesis of the races you told me who lived on the outer world?”
“Yes master you're correct. In the future, you will be able to use a disguise skill to wander human towns. But for now, it is impossible. So what I suggested was not that we could get livestock animals from humans or similar races, but from monster towns and villages. ”
“I thought the monsters lived in dungeons or the underworld. Isn't that so?”
“That is correct master, but there are also small monster settlements on the outer world. The reason why I did not mention them was because the outer world is dominated by humanoid kingdoms. I for example am not a human but I also was born on the outer world and chose to come here. Many monsters are born on the outer world and some stay. However, there is not a single big community of monsters or something to be called a kingdom or an empire built by monsters on the outer world due to the constant threat by the humanoid races, especially humans.”

“I see. That really is a genius idea. So when you mentioned that we could get immigrants uh to increase our population you did not only mean that we could get immigrants from the underworld, but also from the outer world.”
“Yes, master that was what I meant. But I should here add one more thing to clarify, we can also get immigrants from different dungeons. You can consider dungeons as cities or towns while some are made up entirely of slaves which have to obey the dungeon master it is impossible to get immigrants from some of the dungeons. But some other dungeons function essentially like outer world settlements. In such dungeons the monsters still retain their free will and leave the dungeon period of course it is frowned upon so it is not really common. Thus the more common way to increase a dungeons population using another dungeon is through conquering the other dungeons. However master, you should be careful if you wish to pursue something like that as some dungeon masters have peace pact though it also is not common due to the individuality of dungeon masters.”
“Thank you Lilith for telling me these. While we do have many monsters I still think it might be a little early for us to go through that path since we do not have any trained soldiers. For now let me look through what I can do with the spirit points I have and after that we can actually go to the outer world and see what we can buy. One question however would be what currency they use on the outer world.”
“I doubt there is any monster settlement that uses currency since the monster settlements are too small to have a trade system regulated by one. As far as I know monsters on the outer world only use trade so we should try to bring trading items with us. Which is good considering that we do not have any outer world currency in this dungeon.”

Hi, this is my first novel because writing looks fun and I tend to be incredibly bored a lot. I don't know if I'm any good so please tell me what I'm doing wrong as a review Chapters will come out whenever I feel like a reponsible person PS: I am a very indescisive person so the synopsis will change a lot, have fun with that. PPS: I am terrible at writing synopsises. So I'm reading this a few years later and my god its shocking no one shot me in the head when I was younger. But uh, people have been DMing me asking if this story has stopped, which it has. (why was I allowed on the internet during my EdgeLord Phase, I don't know, but someone really should have stopped me) But thanks to all the people who read this, it really does mean a lot.
