Chapter 5 might be released, a week after today or so~

Back at now the destroyed mountain, where it is now half its original size, was surrounded by debris, boulders, dead bodies and fire. From the fire, a man with a young girl in his arms walked out of the fire, laid the girl down on the ground, and started to take out his phone.

“May, how long until you arrive here?”

“About 3 to 5 hours more. Why?”

“We need you and your team to get here faster. The demon we we’re chasing was not alone, and the one leading those demons was extremely strong. All disciples, except for me and Scarlett are dead. I’m afraid Scarlett would have been inflicted with a wound that won’t heal easily. Also, contact our Undying Force, to come here immediately” the man said, before closing the phone, not even waiting for a reply.

The man then looked over his non-existent right arm, then turned his attention to the sky with a serious expression. After a few minutes, twelve streaks of bright red light appeared and kneeled before the man.

Those newly arrived people, are the Phoenix’s Clan, Undying Force, composed of exactly six woman and six men. Nothing more. Nothing less.

“Stand” the man said, while the twelve people obeyed and stood up.

“Spread out and bring any demon that remain in the area here” the man ordered.

“We hear and obey, Phoenix Patriarch” The Undying Force, said in response before separating in twelve different directions, to fulfill the order of their leader.

The man kept standing, for five hours until a single helicopter was in his view, and landed on the space where the fire was raging on, but died out two hours earlier. Once the helicopter landed, six people all wearing lab coats. The other five started to bring out and assemble the equipment’s, while a woman of tall and slender physique, with bright red hair and eyes, started to approach the man.

“Care to tell me what happened in detail?” the woman said in a very demanding tone.

“Where to begin….” the man did not mind the tone of the woman and began telling her want happened. From a simple demon hunt, it became a one-sided slaughter.

“Ai~ this is why I keep telling you not to force your breakthroughs! If you weren’t injured in the first place, you would have been able to beat that demon”

“Not, so sister. That demon has been the strongest I’ve meet, even in the battlefield”

“Enough about that. We have to get to the tomb of Meng Li as soon as possible. Her grave might contain something for us to get an upper hand”

“As soon as the Undying Force returns, order them as you wish”

“Thank you. But, before anything else, how is Scarlett” the woman said as she looked down at the sleeping figure of Scarlett.

“She’s stable, but I’m afraid she might be traumatized, by the Royal Demon” the man said in sadness.

“However, isn’t that good. Use it as a motivation”

“Perhaps, but we will talk after she wakes up and recover”

The man and woman, talked for some time, and only stopped when the Undying Force, returned each with a bloodied demon in hand.

“Now, what are your true intentions coming here?” the man asked the bloodied demons in a cold voice.

The demons stayed quiet.

“I will ask one more time, what are your true intentions here and what is the origin of the child?” as soon as the demons heard about the man talk about the child, they raised their faces up and stared at the man with large amount of killing intent.

“Oh~ did I hit a soft spot? With that child dead, I guess your plan here was a failure” the man said, expecting them to say something.

However, outside of his expectation, the demons anger started to vanish, but one of them, the strongest of the twelve demons, was laughing.

“What’s so funny?” the man asked the laughing demon in a serious voice.

“Our young master is not dead. Soon enough, you’re Phoenix Clan…starting with that girl will die, for a cultivator’s path is full of revenge. But, be happy! You are the first one to be on our young masters kill list, feel proud! It is a great honor! Now, my brothers let us be with our brethren!” as soon as the leading demon stopped talking, body started to wither and turn into a black gas that immediately went into a certain direction.

One by one, the other eleven demos started to wither and turn into black gas that went into the same direction as the first. This scene caused everyone from the Phoenix Clan to open there eyes wide in surprise, as this was their first time to see something like this.

“This is going to be troublesome. Undying Force, assist May, for as long as she needs. The man said, the, turning his attention to the woman named May.

“May, I will be returning with Scarlett for the mean time. If you find anything, immediately report it to me”

“Sure thing” May said, as she began to order around her team and the Undying Force.

The man carried Scarlett, once more and got on the helicopter. Inside the helicopter, the man was holding a red paper talisman. He, was contemplating, if he would us this talisman or not.

This red talisman, is only one of a kind. Only made once, used once. There is a rule for this talisman, it can only be used once, and once used, all cultivators would receive the message that was inputted into this talisman.

Without thinking any longer, the man crushed the talisman, and sure enough, all human cultivators, until the corners of the world would receive the message. “Meng Li’s grave has been found, as well as her living son. However, due to an army of demons intervention the child has escaped”. This is what the message was.

This undoubtedly, cause a storm within the human cultivator’s world. Finding one of the traitor’s grave, would have priceless treasures that could boost any cultivators cultivation sky high. But, though that was tempting, everyone, has been focusing on the line “child has escaped”.

No one knew that the traitorous Meng Li, had conceive a child. Could the father be a human? Beast? Demon? No one knows, however they are sure that the child would be hiding boundless treasures and secrets.

Though, the human cultivators are in an alliance to fight back the Demons and Beast. Ultimately, in the end, they would care for their own countries and clan’s power. Knowing that a child of a powerful cultivator is out in the world, without any connection to any country or clan, proved to be more enticing than the grave itself.

Thus, a worldwide scale hunt began. All countries and clan, will hunt for the child, but they will hunt blind. As they do not know the gender or what the child looks like. The only one who can really give a perfect description of the child was Scarlett Phoenix, but will the Phoenix Clan, especially her father, make her reveal such information, and the other countries and clans should have second thoughts, if they want to get the information, the hard way.
