Chapter 13 start: Pinepapple, why not?

Sitting on a bar stool in ( Pink Gentlemen ) bar, Ben is smiling while in the background, people are causing mayhem and chaos because someone started a fight.

Getting out of his daydream, Ben looked around shocked. ’ Well, that’s everyday cowboy life for you. ’ he thought. Knowing that he couldn’t stay here anymore, he stops reminiscing about his old world media accurate portrayal of a cowboy.

’ Love cowboy, but violence ain’t do it for me ’ thought Ben, knowing his priority. Which is to stay as safe as he could.

’ Just know that problem gonna hit the fan soon, can practically feel it.. How about some danger sense for a change? ’ thought Ben, feeling that he had made an amazing idea to stay safe.

So being silent, he muttered in a raspy voice, ” Quick game, add me danger sense. Yes to all. ”

’ Now that’s better. ’ Ben thought.

However Ben did not get to celebrate for long since he could feel his new power in play, tingling his back.

Dodging the sledgehammer from some drunk cowboy hat guy, Ben run out of the store. Before he could breathe in peacefully, Ben found out he was being chased and by the guards no less.

’ Really now? What do I do? ’ Ben question no one in particular. Contemplating while running, Ben eyes flash and a light bulb flicker inside his pant. ’ Forgot that I make a lightbulb and put it in there, can be such a klutz sometime… Well, most of the time. ” Ben monologue.

Stretching his leg out as far as he could, a well deserve technique for running, Ben found a box that seem to reach a building window. With no hesitation he try to parkour.

Jumping onto the box, he glide to the window. His hand caught the narrow edge barely. Feeling proud but didn’t have the time to express it, Ben pull himself up, standing on the edge and stabilizing himself on the crack in the wall.

Knowing that his next stunt will tell of his success or maybe possible failure, he prays. Opening his eye, Ben found that the guard was catching up to him so without hesitation he jumps again and manages to collect himself up the building.

Rolling over, he inhales and exhales deeply not because of physical exhaustion but instead pure stress trying to leave the authority in the dust.

Without time to really spare and with little energy left in his thick brain, Ben call out another skill he feels was very needed at the moment.

After getting his well-deserved rest, Ben use his hand as the support prop his leg and butt up. Wobbling a bit, he soon stabilizes.

’ Just great, now where am I? ’ thought Ben, looking around. Seeing that he was in some far corner of the third zone.

” How about… Actually Nah, the air fresh here and strolling around with an actual leg can’t hurt. I am getting a relaxing view also if theoretically, the guard would give me enough time to enjoy it. ” Ben said, getting down from the building onto the another side by using his newfound parkour skill.

” Well well well, how about that? Don’t have to use a brain for once to get free stuff ” Ben smile while saying that.

Patting the dust out of his back and bottom, Ben did the best impression of walking normally into the market zone. A zone where he may enjoy some pineapple. If they even have one in a dessert that is. What am I talking about, they definitely, have one!
