this also includes a hosts monster forms powers and non-rider forms such as Amazons Origin or Evolts blood stark transformation. as long as there is a Kamen rider series the powers will be updated, though won't really use time travel since that's just lazing writing even for me

can put in anything be it a moon or an atom and releases anywhere as long as locations are known makes a good combo with the Faiz rider series powers which generates a complex satellite network to power the riders search capabilities.

the user cannot be sealed, can never be bound, shall never know limits. and can resist any outside influence if they so choose, as soon as arriving on the planet the protagonist instincts kicked in unbinding the planets RPG like system from influencing them, the inhabitance on this world must try to earn the skills to do most tasks its pretty much a typical isekai thing but with more limits put on by other gods in fear of being overthrown. can be used on others either to weaken them or give them unlimited growth capabilities. can also destroy the language barrier because our protag is stubborn.

as for the reason they don't really use most of they're powers is because they are a being who is nuttier than a Snickers. if they got stuck in a wall they would be a wallnut that's how bad it is.

even separated by other realms the personalities can use the connections to the goddess to communicate.
