Arc 10 - Unholy War - Part 3
----------------------------------------------------
Our Universe - Earth:
Earth until last year did not believe in the existence of superhumans.
Humans thought demons and angels were beings in myths only.
But now, the entire planet is swarmed by undead rulers and influencers of the world from across time.
When Zerathos chose his undead, he made sure that each one was a high-ranking person of the society. He did not value the physical strength of mere humans, but he did value the significance of these people. He chose his minions carefully. Kings. Queens. Generals. Politicians. And many more. He chose them because he wants to show the world how powerful he really is. He wants to show them that even their leaders bend a knee before him.
Now, the whole planet is not only swarmed with the undead but also superhumans.
Hundreds of Nazar clones are trying to save the civilians.
But…
...He is now joined by hundreds of other unknown superhumans.
All of these superhumans appeared out of nowhere next to Nazar and said, “Need a hand?”
Some of them can fly. Some of them can move faster than the speed of sound. Some of them can turn their skin into metal. Some of them can teleport. Some of them can use telekinesis. Some of them can shoot lightning out of their hands. Some of them have dense skin. Some of them can lift a car above their heads. Some can grow larger than a 20 meters while some grow shorter than a centimetre.
What the hell is happening?
Moon:
Nazar stands tall and watches over the world.
In 2017, if you told him that there are beings who could fly, he would have replied with, “yeah, in fiction.”
In 2018, he became the first man to roam above the clouds. The first man to break the sound barrier. The first man to turn a solid rock into the water. The first man to lift a car above his head with nothing but his bare hands.
During the year, he found out that the world is not as free as he thought it was. They were all slaves of a being who ruled them without anyone knowing about it. He found out that people were poor because someone said so. People were rich because someone said so. People died because someone said so.
This year, 2019, he found out the beings such as angels and demons are very much real. He found out that the world is under the rule of a demon. A demon that does not have his powers but was still able to crumble the world before he left.

And now?
Now, he is watching the birth of superhumans. He thought he was the only one, but now there are hundreds of others like him.
Should he be happy? Should he be worried?
(Why are all the weird things happening now that I have my power?) He thought.
New York:
The man with metal skin, who is standing next to a Nazar clone looks at him. Nazar’s clone had a confused look on his face.
The man with metal skin noticed his confused reaction and smiled.
“Ah, you much be confused.” He then looked away from Nazar and focused on looking in front of him. In front of him were some civilians. He then continued, “My name is 002, and I am from IO (Internal Order).”
As soon as Nazar heard that he, he was more confused than shocked. He knew that he had destroyed all of their bases. Sure, the main head of the snake was still alive, but he never thought that the project will be back in less than a year.
(Number? And why the ANTF logo if it is IO?)
Nazar thought to himself about the weird thing. Maybe they are hiding their true identities but why use a number?
The man looked at him again only to find him even more confused.
“>sigh< ANTF was disbanded but IO picked it up. This is a temporary uniform.”
Nazar was not happy with that. But the time was not right.
(I will deal with this later.)
Nazar thought to himself. But deal with it how? Is he going to destroy it again? Or maybe he cannot this time?
“Anyway, keep the undead away from civilia...”
Nazar did not even finish his sentence when ‘002’ interrupted him.
“I don’t take orders from you. I have my orders.” As he said that he barged into the undead and shouted, “I AM HERE TO KILL THESE BASTARDS.”
He moved much faster than a normal human. It took him 10 seconds to cover over 500 meters.
With his metal skin, he should be able to kill this undead as they are physically weaker than him.
But.. he will soon find out that they cannot die.
He barged in and punched one of them in the chest and the undead’s head just lowered down. His fist went through the chest of the undead. As soon as it happened, he grinned. The grin was so psychotic that it would make any person run for their lives when they see it.
His fist was inside the undead’s chest when the undead looked back up at him. It was so sharp, that even 002 had trouble seeing it. Considering how fast he was.

As soon as the undead looked up at him, the grin from his face was removed. That stupid grin and the pride in his eyes were abruptly changed into fear.
This is happening all over the world. Nazar’s clones give them an order, but they refuse and barged into the enemy. They had pride in their eyes and a grin on their face. But it all came crumbling down when their attacks were useless against the undead.

Another Dimension - Battlefield 5:
The people in the arena cheer loudly as Aarin see her friends being turned into mince. As she sees her friends being torn apart. She remembers each one of them. She remembers how they met. She remembers why they joined her.
Aarin thinks back. She thinks about how she found each of them. Each person she has recruited were poor souls. Damaged souls. They had nothing left in their life. Some she saved using her magick from the brink of death.
She thinks about how much trouble each of her friends went through. One of them was a soldier who was about to die. One of them was a victim of rape. One of them wanted to kill themselves because their entire family was killed.
She thinks back to how she went to each of them and gave them a purpose. She went to them and promised them a glorious mission. A mission that will only lead to their death.
She stands next to them. But not all of them are here. She looks around and she see hundreds of them dead. They give up their lives for a mission that will not even be successful.
She gritted her teeth so hard that one or two broke. She shed a few tears, but moved her hand up and wiped it out. She wanted to cry her heart out in here, but she will save that for later. When she wins.
She clenched her fists and a barrier came around them. A protective barrier.
She looked back at them and said, “There are less than four hundred of us left now. If anyone wants to leave, I will open a portal for you. It’s not a cowardice to live. It’s not cowardice to run away. But it is a coward’s job to die. So, who wants to leave.”
No one wanted to leave. They all stood next to her. It was not the battle for them. But it was a battle for billions of others. If they lose, they know that Earth will be in danger. But what they don’t know is that the Earth is already in danger.
They merged their attack together again and removed the barrier. They attacked and were attacked.
When the dust settled, from 10,000 undead, only about a two thousand of them were standing and from 1,490, only 45 of them were standing and most of them were injured.
They paid the price. They died not in agony but with pride. Their only fear at the last second was that they did not see their victory.
They were outnumbered by a massive number, but they had something that the undead didn’t. And that was purpose and hope.
Aarin looks around her once again. She sees less than 50 of her friends next to her. Her teary eyes are making it hard for her to see. They all had tears in their eyes, but their purpose in life has been dead since the day they joined with Aarin.
Someone in trembling voice asked a question. The sound was too low but Aarin heard because the person was next to her.
“Where the hell are you Nazar?”
Aarin does not know what’s up with Nazar but she does know one thing now and it is that Nazar is not to be depended upon.
Despite all of this, Aarin and her friends create another barrier. This time, they have injured. They use the barrier to heal any of them they can and get a little rest.
Despite them using healing magick, a few of them died.
While they are dying, Zerathos stands behind his army and he is smiling. He has broken their army. He has broken their hope. And he knows he will win and he knows he will be the one to kill Aarin with the last blow.
While they are dying down there, the people in the arena are cheering on. They are laughing and are happy that there is entertainment. They look at the blood below them and shout “MORE!”
While they are dying down there, the angels and demons are betting. The angels and demons are drinking. They are feasting. They are dancing.
Aarin and the few magicians prepared for one final attack. She and her friends know that this is their last stand together. They know they have no chance of winning but, they have to stand again.
