《A virtual reality game according to a martial artist otaku》Chapter 2

After running 100 laps, doing some meditation and eating in-game, Kira logged off and ate in real life and got ready for school. He had successfully increased his stamina by another 20 points.
The next day, during break and lunch, Hajime excitedly talked about his experience in the game. "OH MY GOD IT IS SOOOO EPIC!" He talked to no-one in particular "The game made me kill 10 rabbits and 2 wolves for a quest. I'm already level 3! What about you John?"
"Me? Well I am still level one but I am currently in an adventurer training center in my town, upgrading my skills." The day went on as usual, with Hajime still talking on about he was a level three with 13 kills under his belt.
Logging back on, Kira was greeted by the cold floor of the training hall. Getting up, and going for a jog seemed like a logical solution to the martial artist- he wanted to improve his stamina. After some time the trainer appeared and grunted in approval. After waking the other trainees in a not so gentle way, he approached Kira. "Hey Kira, what are you doing here?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well its just that you are obviously skilled, and I wouldn't be surprised if you have already killed someone, but this place has no meaning towards someone like you. You already know how to swing a sword correctly, the meditation that you were doing earlier to increase your stamina regeneration, these all show that training in not for you."
"You are correct, but I read in novels that you can increase your stats in a training center."
Smiling, the trainer replied "Don't you think you can't do that outside? The point of a training center is to teach a person how to fight; you already know how. You are already a man. Therefore, I honourably discharge you from the training center. You have completed the training and therefore receive a sword of your choosing and a prize on my attitude towards you."

Beckoning the shocked Kira to follow him, the trainer opened a door to the armoury. "Choose one."
Inside the room there were swords ranging from claymores, short swords and long swords. 'These aren't for me.' Looking around, Kira spied a traditional Japanese sword: A katana with a orange edge. Grabbing it as though it was his precious, Kira walked out.
"You have a good eye Kira. That sword is a good weapon and will not break easily. Anyway. Now onto my prize. Usually a person will receive one prize; you are the same but different; you get a choice." As soon as he said that, three books appeared.
Choice number one: Your weapon can extend up to four meters, impaling anything in it's wake.
Choice number two: Your weapon does 200% damage with increased chance of a critical hit .
Choice number three: This is a passive skill. Your weapon becomes a growing type weapon, growing with the user; the stronger the user, the stronger the sword.
'Well I don't posses word magic but the extend ability seems pretty attractive however the growing weapon just takes the cake. Reminds me of a certain Dao, where it grows with the prince.'
"Choice number three please." Kira thought it was the best choice; he was familiar with a katana and this one felt as though it had more secrets. Throwing the book towards him, the trainer told him to follow. As soon as Kira touched the book, it opened and disappeared. *Ding* a notification sounded.
Congratulations: You have learnt a new skill.
Skill name:Growing weapon
Skill type: Passive
Skill description: Your weapon becomes a growing type weapon, growing with the user; the stronger the user, the stronger the sword.
"Nice." Kira said to himself. Following the trainer, he was led to the same room he was when he entered; the reception. "Hey sister, give this one the standard after an amateur becomes a man."

"Alrighty. Here you go." The girl in the red dress gave Kira a cloak and a badge. *Ding*
Congratulations: You received adventurer's cloak and badge, which show that have completed the training! You receive 50 experience!
*Ding*
For being the first adventurer to complete the training, you are awarded 100 experience and 50 copper coins!
'Even more nice!' He thought to himself.
*Ding* 'What!? Another one?'
Congratulations on leveling up! You are now level two. Please distribute you stat points. Stat points available:5
"Please distribute two stat points into strength, one into agility, one into mana and one into health."
'This is the best stat points for a magic swordsman.' Kira thought to himself. He glanced at the time. "Ah shit." He swore. "I am late for tai-jitsu!" Quickly logging off, John rejoined reality.
