Flora is searching for the princess and the gods finally decide to make their move against Clare.
"I don't need you to remind me of stereotypes," Clare said. Sila shrugs then vanishes as the inn keeper came back with Clare's food. Clare threw the 10 relos to the innkeeper and winked. She gasps as she held on to the the god's money in her hand shocked.
[windows] Titan's Quest: Satisfy the Titan's request for food. Status: continuous quest. [/windows]
The inn keeper's eyes widen as Clare looks away whistling. Clare picked up her fork and gently cut the steak slowly since she didn't know how to completely contol her strength. She slowly ate her steak and smiles at the inn keeper. A sigh of relief came out from the inn keeper.
As Clare finished the soup she stare at the inn keeper and then told her she was going for a walk in the town. (It's still night time) Clare walk into the empty streets just outside the inn. The real reason why she went out was because Eliana was supposed to be on patrol. But it had been a hour since then. Eliana was supposed to report in.
Clare wasn't too surprised when she could see the air in the town beome denser with magic. Making it harder for normal humans to breath. "Fiona, the angel seems to be very angry. I can even feel her pressure from here next to the gates." Her eyes went to the flying angel above the sky. Clare's eyes glowed golden and her pupil were a silverish red. "I don't know," Clare lied.
"You vile creature of darkness. Do not lie to me," Flora shouted. Her feathers shot at Clare. But she is surpised when white wings on the vampire's back blocked her feathers. "That's a lie how can a angel mix with vampire. Angels hate vampire and has had a hatred feud since we were created," Flora shocked.
Fiona landed on the ground next to Clare. Glaring at the vampire that was in front of her in the fort city. "Where is the princess," Fiona demanded.
"Then consider me with three mixed bloodline inside me a monster then," Clare countered. Flora regains herself for a moment then oes back to the topic. "Where is the princess," she asks again. "Your age seems like 20 but your older than that," Clare said. Licking her lips as her fangs shines in the moon light. "You can't possibly think of drinking from me. You're not sane if you think that's possible," Flora said.
"Yea for a normal vampire they'd be drinking poison. But I also have my devil race heritage. It'll be fine," Clare said honestly. Flora's face turned sour as she look at Clare with disgust and confusion. Once again Clare's white wings deflected her feathers.
Her eyes went to the red armored maid angel with white hair. A very excited face seemed to be showed on the vampire's face. Clare teleported her and Flora to a moutain path far from the city. "I'll go all out. How about that little angel I'll play on your level." Flora's eyes widen in horror as she realized the city was below them.
Clare bended the the air around her at will and unleashed her fury on Flora. Both Flora's wings covered her body at the last minute. She scream as a tornado of wind forms all around her at all sides. Blood dripped from Flora as she tried to shield her body from Clare's assault with wind. "I'm guessing they made you angels with same blood as humans then," Clare said. "Only difference is the holy attribute you have."

Flora was surprised she couldn't move as Clare shot lightning at her using Flora's blood as catylst. "Your numb now. What you going to do now," Clare asks. Instantly she pulled off Flora's left wing and Flora screams in pain. (she never intended to go all out on Flora.) Clare moves Flora's hair from the left side of her neck. "I guess your body going numb when your sheilding yourself in a kneeling position isn't too bad."
'It can't be she was serious about biting me,' Flora thought. Clare bites down on Flora's white neck. She cringes from the fangs sinking into her neck. Her body maybe numb to the point where she can't move but she could still feel. A moan escapes her mouth leaving even herself confuse. "I don't do love hypnoism either. Nor do I use anything similar," Clare said. Afterwards she went back to drinking from Flora.
"I didn't think you'd bee insane enough to bite me," Flora said. "Taste like cinamon though a normal vampire would die now." Clare licks her lips with a hint of a smile. She wanted to laugh at Flora. But she stopped herself. Her eyes went back to the fort city. "Seems we wasted the whole night." Without warning she also lick the cut on Flora's face. Flora blushes as she felt the wound on her cheek heal.
"There we go your wounds are also healed too," Clare said. 'My regeneration didn't work. But it was odd that she was the one to heal me since our two races have been fighting for generations.' Golden eyes stared back at her but she knew Clare didn't mean any harm. "Where's the princess," she finally asks. "You sound like a broken record," Clare said.
Flora glares at Clare as she answer at the inn. Clare carries Flora on her back since Flora's legs fell asleep. She blush as Clare carried her on the way back to the city. 'This is embarrassing and I lost to a vampire too.' Her heart beat quicken as they came closer to the city gates. In a panic Flora tried to push herself away from Clare before the guards spotted her.
"Hello miss Flora. Seems you were busy outside looking for the princess," guard A said. "NO! This isn't really what you think it is," Flora yelled. "Your imagination is running wide," Clare whispered back to her. "I'm just carrying her back," Clare answered to the guard. Clare stopped in front of the inn and let Flora down from her back. "Why do you give off such a cold aura and such a serious straight look," Flora said.
"How I react isn't your problem. Aren't you happy I gave back your wing. Or do you like pain," Clare says. "I don't like pain," Flora screams. The passing citizens of the city past by her whsipering. "You purposely said that didn't you."
"Now did I," Clare joked. But her face showed a flawless grin as if she had achieved her goal. "You said it out loud because you wanted that affect didn't you," Flora said. Her tone was angry at Clare for creating a misunderstanding and she wasn't sure why she felt disappointed. They opened the door to the inn. Flora's eyes widen as Eliana was eating silently on the table with a old man across from her. "Hey Gramps how was the third princess," Clare asks.
"Don't say such misleading words. Also I'm no one's grandpa," Aran said. "But your age is 300+ meaning your a grandpa age. So how was her blood," Clare asks. Eliana wince at Clare's bluntness but was surprised her surrounding didn't react. They were in the inn with a few others eating breakfeast. But they seemed to not hear what Clare had just ask them. "You can't just say that out loud Clare," Aran said. "Which one your age old man. Or the fact that your a Romantic vampire so you're still single without a wife. No the fact that you also barely drink is an issue."

Aran felt as if each of her words were knives being thrown at him. "No I'm serious about this since. Your literally my ancestor. This is very troubling. And I don't agree to what Sila the titan of time suggested if you die. (she said if your stuck there can't you just become your ancestor to fix the issue.) So do be serious. I dislike the facts that my mother might fade because your wimpy choices too," Clare said.
"Wait so when you said that back at the prison break you were serious," Aran said. 'Ouch she has the look like she wants to kill him,' both Flora and Eliana thought. "Didn't you think you trying to live as a hermit doesn't involve me either. I heard that one from my mother saying Great (x18) Grandfather went into a retreat and closed himself off for 230 years before he got married. That is so not happening on my watch," Clare shouted.
Aran flinch as he gave a face like how'd she know what I was thinking. "I'm not stupid enough to allow that. You even know what happens to a hungry vampire that hasn't eaten for centuries. They go mad in instinct and kill ruthlessly. You aren't like that now but I ain't risking you getting hunated by bounty hunters much less vampire hunters," Clare said.
"Ouch so did Sila send you back to make sure you don't cease to be then. That would explain alot of things," Flora said. "Actually no she hates my guts at the moment because I caused a major change in the history and pretty much caused a disaster by interfereing or that's what she says," Clare said truthfully. "Meaning your stuck here in this time period then," Eliana said. "Yep and I have to at least make sure this manless whimp gets with the right woman or..................," Clare said. Her face turned dark making Aran go pale.
'He's so screwed since she's more powerful than him and me,' Flora thought. "Wait so you brought the princess because he needed a drink wouldn't just anyone do," Flora asks. "No. Not up to my standards or his," Clare said. "No that's just bias you possessed her to get her here. You were very picky too," Aran said. "Oh really then would a 40 year old that looked like 25 do for you if she ain't a virgin," Clare countered. "Much less they aren't they're age."
"No," he answered in a sad voice. "She knows him better than himself. That's just sad," Flora said. "Then could we stay since I already drank," Aran asks. "No. I broke you out of jail last night they'll look for you soon," Clare said. "This is just me wondering but is it my guess that they can't hear the four of us having this conversation," Aran said. "Yes I erected a wind barrier when we came inside the inn."
"Is there anything you can't do. I mean you have super strength, intelligence and a born leader," Aran said. "Hm..... I was treated like a doll by my father the king of demons. Don't say I was a leader since I never wanted my own coronation to happen."
"So you two just kidnap me when I was on patrol cause him," Eliana said pointing to Aran. "Yes cause my grandfather Aran," Clare said. (She's tired of saying great 18x) "You have it hard too then," Flora pitied. "Wait was that why you didn't talk about family when I asked if you were vampire," Aran said. "Yes I'm mixed blood. What you people currently term to as monsters, exiles, outcasts, curses, disasters, destruction, and murders. I'm a mix of the devil race and vampire."
Flora bit her mouth when she said Clare said her father was a devil race. She could feel the hatred, anger, resentment and discontent from her voice when she said her father was a devil. "You said your from the future, but you changed the past meaning our era. Doesn't that mean your era changes too," Flora said. "My father won't change. He's ruthless, uncaring bastard. He wants me to be a doll he can use with concise orders without emotion. But my mother wouldn't let that happen."
'Wow that's harsh. But she did she have to go silent after saying that,' Eliana thought. "Hey Aran. Gramps we leaving after you finish the food. And this'll be good bye for now Flora. As for princess I hope not to see you again for other reasons." Aran looked up from his salad confused. "Wgrh Trg eush," he asked with a mothful. He meant why the rush. "Want to be blamed for prison break or the kidnapping of the third and the 1st princess. Oh hint 1st princess isn't here in this city anymore."
Aran choked on his food as Clare said so. "Wait. What my older sister Sophia is missing. How is that possible," Eliana shouted. "What do you know," Flora demanded. She know Clare wasn't the accomplice but she had to try. "I have nothing more to say than that," Clare said. "TELL ME THE TRUTH, WHO TOOK MY SISTER THEN," Eliana shouted. Slamming her hand on the table. Clare noticed Aran had lost his appetite. "Now now I ain't telling since it's important later on. Everything she does or will do has it's reasons too."
'Does that mean whatever Sophia does is not meant to be changed or the fact that she was kidnapped can't be changed,' Flora thought. "I understand," Flora said. "Let's go now Aran," Clare said. "Wait he was a prisoner right. Can't you return him he might be a criminal," Eliana said. "Knight princess don't test my patience," Clare warned. "Wait," Eliana shouted. Clare undid her wind barrier and glared back at Flora. "Keep the girl on a tight leash unless you want her to anger someone on my level you'll have more than a injured wing. You'll have a dead princess's corpse to hold."
Flora gulped and gripped tightly to Eliana's wrist as Clare they ran out of the inn. "Let me go Flora. I have to go after them," Eliana said. Eliana was shocked when she was slapped on the cheek instead. Rather Flora had never once hit her before. "Why Flora," Eliana asks. "You'd be going to your death if you go against that girl."
"Why do you say that," Eliana asks. "Because she fought against Clare and lost. Even though Clare used wind tornadoes to play with Flora then she ripped one of Flora's wing off by hand. Isn't that right Flora," Ritsu the titan of earth said. Eliana's eyes widen as she look at Eliana in shock. The angel that had been serving her father's reign as a maid since the country founded. "But she's been with father for 200 years now," Eliana said.
The 17 year old girl with light grey hair and perfectly tan skin smiled back at Flora. Ritsu the earth titan that neither sided with anyone during the war. "By the way Flora, vampire has a special taste. What they like is what their blood type. Meaning that girl hates men. (because her father) What is her range if she drank from you," Ritsu hinted. Flora blinked as Ritsu vanished from sight.
Aran sat down on the ground heaving as they went into the moutain forest. "Come on hurry up Aran," Clare said. "We only went over 3 hills past the fort city into the eastern region." I'm out of shape was Aran's answer to her. "How are you even a vampire if you get weak from only this much running," Clare asks. "A vampire would be if he doesn't excercise much as he use to," Aran answers. "No No No. I'm sure it's only you. And it might because you laze around too much."
He felt a invisible arrow stab as his heart as her words hit the bulls eye. "That's a lie others are like this too," he declared. "No mother did rest for a few years but she wasn't that badly out of shape. Sure her skills were a little dull but she got it back quickly." Clare glared back at Aran.
"Your lying," Aran said. "Nope I'm telling the truth," Clare honestly said. Aran went silent as Clare shrugged at him. "Wait did you just compare me to other vampires purposely," Aran ask. "No did I. Oh yes I did being single for 300 years is a record already for a vampire. Most aren't romantic weirdos."
"Did you just insult me," Aran said. "You know it was kinda pointless because mother said you maybe a romantic idiot but you had lots of kids." He felt like he'd been stabbed twice by the young girl's words. Clare stared back at him as she sat down on the tree stump. They were now in the forest clearing. She wasn't too bothered by him complaining to her.
"Just so you know I did help you escape. If anything you should say thank you," Clare said. "You don't know me well enough since you said I'll have lots of kids. That's impossible," Aran said. "I didn't even mention your wifes yet," Clare declared. Instantly Aran felt major headache from just listening to Clare. "Can't you stop kidding," Aran said. "Do I look like I'm kidding with you," Clare asks.
No she was very serious, her face was emotionless and she seemed to not enjoy the conversation when she mentioned him. "Then why am I alive," Aran said. "Because I don't wish to take your place. Who knows how..........mother might come out if I did," Clare said. Her safest bet would be to have her grandfather alive until the very end. But she knew that it was better to assume the worst since she did interfere with the war.
"Why are you giving me that look like I'm a loss cause," Aran said. "Cause I can say this I have a bad feeling about trying to keep you alive," Clare truthfully said. "Wait why are you being negative now," Aran asks. "Might it be that I have made many enemies of gods and titans. I hope you survive but even I know better."
Aran is stunned when a white light shot up from where Clare was sitting. Next moment she was gone, she had been teleported out from the forest.
----------------------------------
"Didn't I warn you," Sila said. "And you teleported me into the dining hall of the titans for this," Clare asks. They were in a golden room with a room full of other titans laughing while eating. It was a feast for the titans after the war. "Let us welcome the newest of us," Ritsu declared from her throne. Ritsu was sitting on top of a huge throne as big as a mountain. In her hand as a silver goblet of wine as she ask for a toast. The other titans all looked at her uncomfortably.
"This girl the one that fought my counterfeit Yusa," the Titan of light asks. She was happy and her smiled showed a bright energetic girl. "I'm Pia. Veteria is the goddess of darkness but me and her get along so well," the titan of light said. The whole room went silent as Clare sipped her own cup quietly.
"I will make sure no one can harm you," Pia declared. In a matter of only seconds the whole room tensed. "That is right I will also support that too since she is interesting," Ritsu said. Her siblings and her kids in the room stared wide eye at Ritsu who puffed out her chest happily. They all look at her and Clare in horror.
Not once has she supoorted any of them. Things might get very ugly if the gods were involved now. All of them stopped whispering and laughing. Instead they silently ate their food.
"So as to what I was saying why don't you just make sure of your future by making your own kids," Sila said seriously. "I leave that to grandfather," Clare said. "Really if I were you I'd make sure I exist by any means," Sila said. "I will not mess with that," Clare said. "Sila. You will not say anymore on that topic," Ritsu said. Sila had a evil smile on her face but nodded. "Oh but sister your just a B cup so you souldn't feel the pain of having one," Sila countered. Clare teleported out as she noticed they were fighting inside the dining hall now.
Her eyes went to the tree stump she was sitting on earlier but there was no sign of Aran. Clare's eyes wien as she saw traces of blood where she last saw Aran. "Ugh I just leave him for a few minutes and he's already screwed over by the gods." How low is that idiot's luck anyway. It can't be lower than a 1. "Why does that idiot keep getting caught," Clare sighed. Clare ran along following the trail of blood in the forest. After a hour of following the trail of blood she is disturbed to see Aran's neck tie from the butler's suit she gave him.
"On second thought I should abadon him now, that's what my instincts are all yelling from seeing this one piece of clothing." Her body was seriously shouting run in the opposite direction from this weirdo. Clare's hand went to the rocky floor as she followed the blood trail in front of the river. Both her eyes widen as she say his vest near the river. "If I see the sicko that took him, I'll kill them both along with grandfather." (Her reasoning has gone beyond disturbed.)
She followed the blood trail until she stopped in front of a cave.
CLare really doesn't want to go after him now. When she saw his clothes scattered about along the way her head flashed like so many warning signals.
(I wouldn't follow either if I saw clothes scattered about. LOL. But it's not like she has a choice since if he doesn't live her mother won't exist)
