It was apparently found in a tomb of a Devil Cultivator of the Devil Empire here in Human Empire. They usually used dead or living bodies as puppets to fight for them. Like you would blow a balloon. So he wanted to try something and if it worked than this technique could be overpowered.

After finding these three techniques he started leaving. When Zhu Tufu arrived at the entrance and saw the Elder he said: "Elder I picked the techniques I wanted. Here take a look."
