《Micro-Management: Survival Base》The Glowing Beast

Manny gulped as he looked at the door that lead to the dark staircase.
Sweating profoundly he looked back and gave one last look puppy dog look in hope someone giving him pity yet to his dismay it looks as if they were all inure to his advances.
Jana had crawled from the nursery and raised her hand unaware of the dangerous expirment that was about to take place, Tina took Jana into her hands and alongside Ryan, took both of them back to the nursery.
"The quicker you do this the quicker you can step off the pedestal" Mark said
Was it a threat or a helpful suggestion Manny didn't know, he was busy being pushed by the polished metal closer and closer to the door.
Not able to take the pressure anymore, Manny roared and rushed the door, opening it and retreating as far back as he can.
"I did the deed, let me go now" Manny whimpered but Loveheart was unyielding, "The beast has to stun you Manny, you know that right?"
Manny gave another whimper and something in the dark stairwell landed with a thud.
Manny clawed at the polished metal but one bash from Mark sent him stumbling back and falling onto his butt.
He also looked at the being that had dropped down and was mesmerized by the lights that assaulted his eyes.
Manny was in a stupor, his feeble mind attempted to think about the view in front of him "Are you an Angel?" Manny attempted to say but the words lodged themselves into his throat.
In front of him was a peerless beauty with a slender frame, pale snow-white skin and she was outfitted in a robe with her clothes were on the borderline of hidden and revealing. Her hair was as black as the night, covering most of her face but firm and straight white teeth.

She gave Manny a dazzling smile and bent down to pick him up Manny reached out to grab her when a sudden bright flash of light blinded him, overriding his sense and he blacked out.
Screeching took up the entire hallway, the beauty was clawing her eyes as she blinded herself due to the reflective mirrors, Loveheart and Andre had rushed forward and bounded the girl in ropes and dragged her into the encampment.
Feeling restrained, the girl screeched even louder, her back suddenly shredded open and four spider legs were flailing around, Andre was suprised and involenteerily let go but Loveheart called out "Twitchy, Chocolate tackle her" and with enough force to be practically flying, Syndrome body tackled the girl and held her down.
"Andre I hope we can get good results from this specimen" Loveheart panted, he winced in pain as he turned to look at his left arm, badly damaged and bleeding profoundly from all the cuts and wounds that laced its frame.
"We can get that patched up...... probably" Andre said after looking at the arm.
"What do you mean probably?" Loveheart said
"No one really knows anything about medical knowledge, though I have no clue about Manny or the girls. " Andre explained himself
Loveheart sighed and went to go find some bandages.
Duncan looked at the captured specimen and chose to identify it,

Stitcher Variant*
Stitchers are nasty individuals who mimic objects or other creatures drawing them closer before attacking them with paralyzing venom and letting them decay over time, they will feast on them whenever they think they're ready. Their true form is unknown but it is hypothesized that they are closely related to arachnids.
Variant*- This Stitcher is known as a Flash Grinder, They use huge amounts of luciferin in their skin combined with stored oxygen to emit a blinding flash of light which overload the sense causing immediate blackout. The Flash Grinder uses this mechanism to stun their targets and encase them in a cocoon which eventually grinds their prey into a mush which they like to slurp up.

Duncan looked at his point total: 47
Duncan just looked at it with regret, Points are truly to hard to get, Of course Duncan had gotten a landslide of points due to the defensive network first starting up, but now that the War Dragonflies were aware of this threat only the occasional creature would wander into it and give him a point or two.
Gene Modding was a very expensive to acquire, a good 8000 points to be able to freely manipulate the gene pool. Duncan could only be ebullient about it and possibly daydream of the day he would have enough. Sadly his funds were spent in an enclave of survivors in a world of survival of the fittest.
For now Duncan can only give partial knowledge on the subject and he hopes for the scientist to figure it out, Only 5 points to send a simple message with a very basic explanation and he took it.
Duncan gave the suggestion to go look at the side door on the extended tunnel, there was also the cave in at the other end of the track.
The side door was locked but there was a fogged window that prevented others from seeing into the room, This gave the indication that whatever was on the other side, it was either humid or cold.
The person who went to check out the door, Mark I think his name was, had only peered into it when something clashed with the door, feral howling and laughing was coming from the other side, and a bloodied and clawed hand scratched the window. Mark bolted from the area and back into base camp.
Duncan became aware that he had to stay cautious of the feral creature. "What to do, what to do?" Duncan knew that confronting the creature would be a dangerous matter, the feral his a high chance of being sentient, He also had to be careful because there could be more than one of them, no kidding or guess about what else could be on the other side of the door.
Duncan finished giving out orders and turned his phone off, and headed toward bed. He gave his door a look and sighed. Finally the banging on the door had stopped, the urging for him to come down and eat something, anything. , Duncan didn't feel like eating a meal tonight, so naturally he didn't answer the calls. Tonight. Duncan decided to starve.

Dust and Glory
A century after World War III left the planet a nuclear wasteland, earth is nearly unrecognizable. Alien ‘Benefactors’ have taken control of North America’s most populous cities and built indomitable walls around them, defending their inhabitants but trapping them under a totalitarian rule. Outside these citadels, chaos reigns, led by the mutants of the wasteland; cultists, raiders, and canibal clans. Glory, a rogue android, is roaming the wastes after escaping her sadistic “father”. Alone and reeling from the effects of a previously sheltered life, her only ray of hope is Reza City, built upon the ruins of what used to be Phoenix, Arizona. True, the Benefactors have a strict ban on self-aware artificial intelligence in place, but that should only prove an issue if they realize she’s an AI. The real problem is what lurks outside the city: over a million square miles of harsh, unyielding desert. And slinking between the dunes and the fissures are the mutants, looking for an easy victim.
