《I Came, I Ran》Death?

The boy prepared to jump; but yet he hesitated.
This was due to his previous experience jumping off a ledge, or more accurately a balcony. He didn't want experience more deathly situations like the one he was just in. The boy thought of all the way's this could go wrong, so he hesitated, his legs refusing to move and inch from where they were.
But then the boy realized something; they could probably get into this tower. See, if the person that was in here saved the boy, that probably means that the guards and knights could get into the tower too and catch the boy if he stayed for too long.
The boy didn't hesitate now, knowing full well what might happen if he were to stay in this tower for any longer than necessary. He got himself into a runner's position and breathed; trying to calm his nerves for the coming jump, knowing that it might kill him.
The boy ran, just fast enough so that he would land onto the wall. Once he got to the ledge, he jumped, and then looked up to his left side and saw, that he had fucked up. On the balcony that he had just recently jumped from, were random people standing in different colored cloaks, all holding some form of staff.
The people, as soon as they saw the jumping boy, started to prepare some form of spells, from the quick glance that the boy made, he saw that they were all making balls of something, each ball being unique to every person, but still matching their colored cloak. The boy knew one thing for sure though, he saw someone casting a fireball spell. This wasn't going to be pretty.
Around three quarters through the jump, the boy felt something fly by him; it was a ball of dark energy. The boy recognized that the people he saw earlier in the cloaks were most likely wizards, and they were meant to shot him when he came out. Now, it was up to luck to save him again. More balls flew past the boy, some were blue and very cold, others were yellow and made the air charged with electricity.

Luck had done a great job of keeping the boy alive, but it couldn't keep doing it forever; so eventually he got hit. From what the boy could feel, some ball of energy had struck him on his left flank, and the feeling was of extreme pain and... something else. It almost felt like he was touching wood, but with his organs.
Before the boy had a chance to check out the damage done to him, he finally hit the battlements of the wall. He landed on his right side, smashing both his arm and leg against the rails provided by the wall, breaking his arm. But the boy felt no pain, as he was still in the adrenaline rush of running away from a group of wizards and knights. He had to get up and get over the wall before they shot anymore at him.
But to the boy's despair, when he quickly looked over, he saw that the wall was at least 30 meters tall, meaning he wouldn't survive if he jumped now; so, he just started to run along the battlements, all whilst getting shot at.
Luckily for the boy, one of the wizards seemed to have shot an exploding ball of energy at him, but missed by a couple of meters, blowing a significant portion of the wall behind the boy, and launching him forward, and nearly off the battlements.
The boy shakily got up from the explosion, and headed towards the hole, noticing that he was bleeding all over, and having a bunch of shrapnel stuck in different parts of his back body. The boy did not feel the pain though, he only went on down the created hole in the wall, jumping down some seventeen meters, and trying his best to do a roll once down.

The roll somewhat succeeded, distributing the bone breaking force of landing all over the boy's body, further damaging his already broken body. But the boy's adrenaline hadn't run out yet, he kept going, running into the forest surrounding the castle walls.
The boy ran for what must have been five minutes, as he was running out of oxygen fast, the pain of breathing becoming too great to bear. With his right arm disabled, his legs and back filled with stone shards, and the strange energy coming from his left flank growing to encompasses his entire stomach, the boy knew he was screwed; yet he still went on, desperate to survive this ordeal.
But luck could not help the boy alleviate death, it can only make it go by faster. So, it was then that the boy saw a lake, and was filled with a new hope. He pushed forward even harder, use the remaining reserves of his strength to get to the shoreline of the lake.
As he stood on the shoreline of the of lake, with the water his torn of up, the boy knew this was his last stand; so, he took in the beauty of the water, the water-like smell permeating the air, and the sight of some horse poking its head out from the water. It was this last sight that confused the boy, but he could not investigate, as he had lost consciousness.
The boy fell, twisting his body just as he fell so he would fall onto his back, unconscious and dying.

That Scottish Play
This is a very silly and cringey parody of Shakespeare's Macbeth. The play format will be kept consistent throughout. Unless you enjoy cringing so hard you experience physical pain, I'd suggest avoiding this work. However, as the level of cringe is only slightly less than that of the office, any fans of that show may enjoy this work. (I believe, as a parody, this work is protected from copyright by fair use, additionally, Shakespeare is in the public domain so it doesn't fall under copyright in the first place. If I'm wrong please let me know)
