《The most human elf in Shaylet - Paused until further notice》And you crashed...

Vylet was having trouble holding back her laughter. I could see the muscles in her face straining as she fought to keep from smiling. It worked.... For a while, until she couldnt hold it back anymore and burst out laughing at me. Joining me in looking stupid as we both laughed at the absurdity of what i just did. Not only did I steal a carriage, I flew it and crashed it not far from where we were supposed to meet. Malady didnt join in as she didnt understand why we were laughing. But she didnt want to spoil the mood so she just kept silent and kept looking around to see if the carraige was fixable. She thought that it was in pretty bad shape but not impossible to fix.

What are they still laughing about? I swear I will never get mortals.

Vold's plan has been put into action. One of his spies had confirmed seeing the target's secondary carriage leaving the city. He must have taken that one in order to avoid attention, although it was odd. My spy said that he had heard people saying that the carraige had left by flying over the walls of the city.

what rubbish, probably hired a nearby magician distract people while he left. No matter, time to start this rebellion.

He immediately left his room and headed for the stables. Not even sparing the stablemaster a glance, he took a horse and rode for Elders rest. Certain that his people are already taking over the city and capturing any nobles that are there. Especially his master Ternnen, one of the worst nobles in this kingdom. Vold had a terrifying smile on his face as he left his soon-to-be ex-master's estate. He felt happier than he has ever felt, knowing that he will soon get to kill his master with his own hands.

Vylet and I had stopped laughing and begun fixing up the carriage. Malady was keeping lookout towards the city, making sure the guards didnt come to look for the carriage. Vylet had helped me put the wheel back on and secure it to the axle. Then she left to get something to pull the thing. Im not sure where she was planning to get something strong enough to pull this but she seemed confident that she could. So I just let her go. I found some reins in the storage and got the harnesses ready for whatever Vylet was bringing. I also made sure the carriage could still roll properly. I didnt know what to do about the broken windows, so for now I just covered some cloth in some wax to waterproof it and fastened it to the frame. At least that would keep the rain out. Inside the carriage was actually very roomy and had plenty of room to sleep. It even had a bed hidden in the wall and various travelling needs like blankets, rope, lanterns, flint and steel, and even some sacks to use as pillows when you fill them with something soft. It didnt look like much from the outside, but inside it was amazing.

Makes me kinda wonder whose carriage I stole. This keeps happening to me, I need to pay more attention to who im stealing from. Vylet was taking a bit so I decided to sit in the grass and improve my mana manipulation. I walked over to a patch of grass and sat down cross-legged and tried to meditate. I focused on circulating the green mana through my body. Allowing it to flow freely and explore my body. I could feel it moving around my body, the green energy healing injuries I didnt realize I had gotten and strenthening the areas where I had gotten them. Even some old scars dissappeared without a trace. The green energy's influence spread to outside my body, causing plants to bloom and grass to grow near me. Malady kept looking at me from where she was sitting on top of the carraige. She was keeping her eyes out for Vylet and for anyone coming from the city, but she also couldnt help but look at the green aura that was eminating from me. I stayed like that for half and hour before I stopped. Something is wrong, Someone should have at least left the city to investigate. Even the guards werent there and the gate was left wide open. I asked malady if she saw anyone coming out or going in and she said no one had entered or left since I crashed here.

Something is wrong in the city and i dont want to find out what it is. I walked back to the carraige but stopped at where i was meditating. There was a small plant that was familiar to me, It looked simply like a single berry on a stem. But this plant was none other than a lake berry, a sacred plant to elves. To the elves it was a plant to protect, to nurture. It was one of the rarest plants in the forest and was rarely seen anywhere else. Any elf seen eating this berry was excecuted or punished in another severe way. I walked over and crouched next to it. I plucked the berry and ate it, I was always curious what it tasted like. Im pretty sure its not poisionous and I never understood why it was sacred anyway. As soon as the berry hit my toungue it burst and filled my mouth with its juice. The flavor was unimaginianbly sweet, and in seconds the rest of the berry dissolved. Not long after I swallowed the berry and its juice did I realize why this berry was not supposed to be eaten. I looked around yet, the ground moved with my head. The carraige was driving itself in circles and jumping every now and then. The ground grew a face and winked at me, I layed on the ground as I couldnt understand what I was seeing. I shouldnt have eaten that berry, I dont understand what is happeneing. Almost everything had a face now and I couldnt balance myself, the world was leaning the wrong way and I couldnt stop myself from rolling and running into the carraige. Then the world tilted the other way and I started rolling away and gravity malfuntioned as everything went straight up and jiggled like wet noodles.

Malady sat there watching as Finch picked up a berry and ate it. Then he layed down on the ground and started rolling around with his eyes wide open and his ears twitching.

Did he really just eat a berry he found on the ground? What the hell is he doing?

I got up and tried to stop him from rolling. After he rolled into the carriage he started rolling in the oposite direction and went down the hill. I sighed and begun chasing the hallucinating elf down the hill.
