Doomed To Be A God
Chapter five: A Little Sister(2)
The little girl was waiting excitedly, a smile could be seen in her little face.
After a few minutes the old man got out from the bathroom, his appearance was the same as Ye Fei appearance, walking towards the little girl he said, "I'm going to present you my nephew, he and you will become study companions, little Fei come here!" said the old man with a smile.
The little girl didn't know what he said, she continued to smile, a few seconds later, a little boy came out and walked towards her.
His features were almost exactly like the old man, but more childish, his face wasn't so sharp, a little chubby face, but his eyes were exactly the same!
Ye Fei extended his hand to greet the little girl, "My name is Ye Fei, you can call me little Fei" a sweet voice came out of the boy in front of her.
Hesitating, the little girl tried to lift her hand, but she was a little scared, "Don't be scared he's my nephew, he will not harm you" the same smile that could calm everything formed in the old man face.
She nodded , greeting Ye Fei with a smile too.
"From now on, we will become friends".
"Ih... Ah... Eh..." Trying to say the same thing that Ye Fei said, realizing that she could not say it, she felt dumb and lowered her head.
"Hahaha, little Fei, you need to teach her well!" the old man said while winking his left eye. Ye Fei didn't know what that mean, he just nodded.
"Let's go to my room" Ye Fei pulled the little girl hand, and walked towards his room. He took out a tablet with countless characters, and began to teach her the basics.

The little girl was a little nervous at the beginning, but later she began to pronounce whatever words Ye Fei taught her, she was so happy.
Seeing her like this, Ye Fei couldn't help but smile more, she was his first friend.
"Do you know who she is?" asked Ming Ruoxi. "I don't know" responded Ye Wu.
"You go and ask him who she is!" Ming Ruoxi ordered her husband. Ye Wu nodded and walked towards Ye Fei.
"You little brat, so young and you already brought a little wife!" teasing his son, Ye Wu was laughing so much, that tears began to fall.
Seeing his husband acting so shameless in front of her, she hit his head and said, "talk properly in front of me!".
"little Fei, who is she?" asked Ming Ruoxi. "She's my friend!" Ye Fei pulled the little girl to his side, a bright smile formed in the little girl face.
"Sweetheart where did you find her?" where did her son found her? Even the guards didn't know.
"Oh, I was walking in the streets and found her crying, so I brought her to my home" tears formed in his eyes, acting innocent, Ye Fei explained to his mom.
'He exited the manor and walked in the streets but nobody noticed him?! Even the guards?!' she frowned.
"Aya, don't cry sweetheart, mom will never scold you" she hugged her son, how can she scold her beloved son?! Even if she wants, the patriarch wouldn't allow it, he's her treasure, everyone's treasure.
At the side, Ye Wu felt that it was unfair, when she scolded him, it was like hell!
"What's your name?" Ming Ruoxi crouched and took the little girl hands, her melodious voice was pleasing to hear.

"Eh... Oh...".
"Mom, she doesn't know to speak, I'm still teaching her" said Ye Fei.
"Oh... Then... How about we give her a name?" an idea formed in her mind, she didn't have a daughter, so why not her!
"Her name will..." Not letting her husband choose a name, Ming Ruoxi said, "Your name will be Ye Hui Ying, from now on, I'm your mom" she had a lot of plans for this new daughter.
Ye Fei repeated 'mom' so that Ye Hui Ying could say it to his mom.
"M-mo... Mom!" finally the word was said. Ming Ruoxi hurriedly hugged her, "Yes, I'm your mom, little Fei listen to me! You have to protect her will all your might!".
Ye Fei nodded seriously, even if his mom didn't say it, he would still protect her with all his might.
"Alright! I will tell my father about this matter" Ye Wu pulled Ming Ruoxi and walked out.
A funny smell was in the air... Ye Fei was going to bring her to the bathroom, when the old man came out from his concealed skill and said, "You're going to clean her?" the old man had a smile. Ye Fei realized that, and asked the old man if he had a cleaning skill.
The old man didn't bother teaching him the skill, and directly casted a ball of water, the little girl was scared! A ball of water appeared out of nowhere! the ball of water floated towards the girl, she took two steps backwards.
Ye Fei grabbed her hand and said, "Don't worry".
She tried to calm herself but seeing the ball of water floating towards her, she closed her eyes.
When the ball of water touch her skin, it cleaned, and brighten her skin!
After a while she felt that the ball of water disappeared and opened her eyes slowly.
"Woah... She's quite the beauty right? And I thought that I should make another masterpiece Hahaha!" god is so biased. The old man made a set of clothes for the little girl and said, "Go to the bathroom there".
Ye Fei rolled his eyes and helped her to get to the bathroom, while he was standing outside guarding the door.
Minutes later a little girl with long eyelashes, bright red lips, and big watery eyes came out of the bathroom. A beauty was born!
"You got a cute little sister, little Fei!" the old man
When she walked out, she saw Ye Fei smiling at her, he pulled her hand and walked back to his room. Hours and hours of teaching have passed, the second word that Ye Hui Ying could said was, "Big brother". Ye Fei smiled and patted her head, 'I have a sister now!' thought Ye Fei, he felt so happy.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."

A World With or Without Aliens
Nothing matters. It's not my opinion, it's a scientific fact. This is neither good nor bad, it just... is. I watched my entire country burn, fried on a patriotic pan after some jerk fired a bunch of nukes at the docile fleet of alien ships hovering over us. Who gave this moron such power? I don't know. Everyone involved is most likely dead by now. As for me, I can't die. I feel pain like a normal person would (I think), but no matter how terrible the conditions, I will never die or pass out. Fortunately, a lot of alien technology survived its crash to Earth, so I get to spend some time playing with it until Mr. Author gets bored and decides to screw up my life. Beware, this has a "harem" tag. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the main character and am therefore subject to this novel's timeline. While this bars me from the sweet ignorance of Chapter 1's me, it does have other perks... for example, I can tell you that heroine number one is personally responsible for kil-!? H-hey, back off! I'm your character, so if you didn't want me to be like this, then you should've written me differently! Randomguy here! In all seriousness, this novel is meant to explore the concept of nihilism as a post-apocalyptic/supernatural-scifi/satire told from a nihilistic introvert's first-person perspective. As you heard from my unsettled main character, each heroine is going to be a different type of horrifying socio/psychopath with dark motives and dangerous abilities (most of which are psychological). Why would I do something like this? Because I am, in reality, a nihilist who is often frustrated by weird things, like unrealistically dramatic stories, the industrialization of art (specifically music), and people who think swimming in brown creekwater for five hours is a "fun" activity. Don't get me wrong, neither me nor my character are depressed, we're just malcontents who make a lot of nerd references. I feel like the true essence of an "everything is worthless" perspective is lost on most pop-culture figures. The closest character I can think of at the moment is Rick from Rick and Morty, who is a drunk, angry nihilist that experienced tremendous loss. I, personally, find this belligerent state of mind to be very relatable, and have incorperated it into every chapter's introduction. Here, the main character talks directly to the reader (and me), shamelessly complaining about some semi-relevant facet of society, which probably doesn't make much sense... it's not really supposed to, though. These "angry nihilist" moments are just a peak into the main character's everyday existence, and also act as miniature rage-journals for me. It will sometimes take a subjectively 'positive' turn, but not very often. This is because reality isn't good or bad, "it just... is". I will eventually bring it full-circle to optimistic nihilism, since that seems to be a more practical way to live (and by "practical", I mean "doesn't create mental health issues"). It is, of course, a satire. I did this because most unnecessarily emotional moments or people usually make me feel kind of awkward, so I decided to mock them. That is, I plan to mock the characteristics about them I don't like in characters based solely off said characteristics. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my story!
