《Re:Demon》What's been going on in my life + vent and changes

To preface this announcement, I apologize for the long hiatus. I have been going through both a financial crisis as well as severe depression. This has led to a long hiatus for both Re: Demon and Programmica Magica. While I overcame my depression, I realized something. The reason I get burnt out so quickly on writing is because I'm not writing for myself.
I don't want to be an author, I wish to be an explorer. Explore ideas, create many worlds, and fill each world with rich lore. There's an issue I've had ever since I was young: I create a story idea, get started on it, and have the whole book planned out within the first few chapters. When this happens, I typically keep the story to myself. I get engrossed in thinking about it, too much to write it. It's like when you're supposed to write an essay for class but a brand new book gets your attention and you're loving it.
Many of you will not like this, and please, if you do not like what is about to happen, please unfollow. I do not wish to waste your time with my indecisiveness and selfishness. I will be dropping both Re: Demon and Programmica Magica. Why? They're generic, they're garbage. They both are just inspirations of other isekai. I want to write something unique, and explore ideas for myself. I don't want to be just "another isekai author", I want to be unique. I will no longer use polls asking questions related to any series I start from now on. Here's another big kicker that I'm sure will garner some backlash: I will not keep a consistent schedule. When I'm inspired it could be daily, and when I'm busy with school or just feeling unmotivated then it could be bimonthly.

Although waking up every day to check for comments, reading the comments of new chapters, etc. made me incredibly, incredibly happy, the weight of trying to write a story for others made me lose my motivation. I still wish to thank every follower, even the ones leaving. Thank you so much for supporting me during my rough times, and I hope you can find stories that fill you with emotions and excitement. Farewell any that are leaving, you will not be forgotten. In particular, I will never forget: DaRip, Maou ID, DragonEgg, and smuggles. You four have been especially active in my comment sections.
Now, no more pity party nonsense. I'm just droning on at this point (btw, this will be left unedited. I just want to vent and let you all know what is going on). Apologies for my venting, let's summarize now.
Every change happening to my writing:
- No longer asking for input
- Inconsistent uploads
- Dropping Programmica Magica and Re: Demon
- Starting two new stories: a sci-fi futuristic isekai and a compilation of short stories whenever I get new ideas.
- Deleting Re: Demon Discord
- Now writing for myself
I look forward to seeing everyone once I begin my new stories.

Meek
After failing as an apprentice cooper and a town guard, Eli finds his place at the Rockbridge archives. Sure, he's the oldest 'junior scribe,' but he likes the job. And he's good at it, too. Then he completes an apparently-insignificant project, and the brutal reaction shocks him--with consequences that eventually shake the world. Eli gains powers. Rare and inhuman abilities. He progresses slowly, steadily, and not without setbacks. He changes, too. Is he a hero, a villain, a human, a monster? Depends who you ask. Meek is an epic fantasy with elements of progression. The basic magic is simple: five Paths, each with a different powerset. However, complexity arises from combinations, and the protagonist wields a magic all his own. Meek is set in the Valley, the only (as far as anyone knows) human empire that survived a Final Battle against a terrible foe. The Valley is warded against infiltration, but the enemy learned how to warp human souls, to foment discord within. However, another soul is also ... changed. Perhaps even 'warped.' And that soul is starting on a long (long, long) path that might, one day, prove that the Final Battle wasn't so final after all.
