Chapter 7- A true genius

Pola POV

When I was born my body is weak, I remain inside the castle and without the permission of my father, I can't leave my room.

My father was busy king, he didn’t have time to spare for his children, I have two brothers and one sister.

My brothers supported my father, because of the war between humad and demons.

At the age of 8, my mother died because of illness, worried about my brothers and father that she even forget to eat.

My brothers and Father was together battling at the battlefield.

My sister was the only person who visit me and only care for me, our attendant regard me as a useless daughter.

At the age of 9, we got a news that father and my brothers lose, and got killed in that war.

My sister came to comfort me, I was sad when I look at big sister crying.

When I said "even if I lose anything as long as I have you, my dear big sister, I will not be sad" my sister smiled at me and said.

“ I will not leave you alone, I will protect you. You don’t have to worry about anything else, as long as you have me I will always be by your side and protect you” Claudia

I cried into my dear big sister embrace, I cried and I cried until my tears gone empty and fall asleep on my sister's chest, my heart was cold but my dear big sister was making it warm.

Midnight I woke up and see a light flying above, I watch it until the light land at my room as if the light saw me, the light began to take a shape.

A woman figure can be seen, but it doesn’t have the face or skin I can only see a blue light.

The blue light looks at me and I was startled.

She suddenly said ” Girl, do you want power” my eyes blink, but didn’t look away, so I ask” Who are you”

Regaining my momentum I started to spin in the air and land on the ground, and charge again with my sister and form my hand into thrust to attack her but was deflected again, i used that chance and kick my sister stomach but she also made her move and hit the back of my neck on the hilt of her sword.

I felt my body losing energy and fell on the ground, I was lying there for a minute without opening my eyes, upon opening it I saw my sister staring at my face and I blush.

But my sister loses her energy and sat on the ground with me, we stayed there for about an hour without talking, because we do not have the strength to.

“ You became strong after some many years I didn’t watch you” Claudia

“ Yeah, it's because of you, dear sister, it's because of my desire to protect you and I love you, dear sister”

“ Yeah, I love you too” Claudia

“Really, then can we get married”

When I said that my sister, look at me confuse, and didn’t know what to say.

I was angry because my sister didn’t react like that to me, I stared at the man full of killing intent.

After I introduce myself, I ask him for a duel and he accepted it, I saw him make a grin as though he was expecting this to happen.

Everyone gazes were at the so-called Gabriel with worry, afterward, we stand on the training ground ten meters away in opposite direction facing each other, we make our stance I saw his eyes widen but his face was calm.

I am now on a master level so it's impossible for him to defeat me, I charge at him and formed my hand into thrust, and attack him in his chest but he didn’t move, he just easily deflects my attack with sword.

After being shocked, I leap backwards and use the skill inherited to from Rin, the three-step shadow, I made a two clone with ki that has my seventy percent strength.

Me and my clone attack him together, but I realize that he change his stance to our royal technique, while the two clones attack him in the side, I attack him in the front and formed my hand into a claw to grab his neck while my two clones form a thrust in their hand to attack him both sides.

He made his move after we got a meter close to him, I suddenly saw a five black blur coming at us, my two clones disappeared, while I was blown backwards and made a crater in the ground and spit a mouthful of blood I decided to stand up to make a comeback.

But my whole body gone numb, I saw him approaching and stared coldly at me” you, where did you learn those techniques?”

“ Where did I learn it was not of your business”

“ I will pretend I didn’t hear that, so it is Rin who teach you those techniques?” Gabriel

I didn’t hear what he said and fainted.

Gabriel POV

We are now standing on the opposite side facing each other, we made our stance so that we can start the battle, upon seeing her stance my eyes widen.

Because I recognize those stands, because those stands are the things I personally taught to Rin.

How did this girl know one of my lover's stand, is she here? While I was on my own thought, Pola, attack me with the skill I develop myself and taught Rin to protect herself.

I easily deflected her thrust at my chest and change my stance to their royal technique, afterwards she uses my skill three-step shadow, that technique can create clones with seventy percent of your strength but Rin was different she used that technique with potential.

Using that technique she can create a clone of herself with one hundred percent of her power and can create a fifty clone, when I am using these skill I can create a clone with a strength I want them to have, I can also create thousands of them if I want to.

This three-step shadow can create a clone every three steps for ordinary people, but I was different, the clone that I created can create a clone themselves, Rin can do it too but her limit is only fifty.

Of course, this skill has a weakness, once the clone step into a place without a light it will vanish, but Rin modified it and she can make a clone anytime the only difference was you can recognize them between the original.

If Rin used them to light, the skin of the clone was white as paper and, when it's used in a dark place it will turn black, I don’t know how she exactly does it but I think she has an affinity with that skill.

I used my two percent body strength on her so that I can’t kill her after the technique was executed she was blown back and made a crater on the ground with her body stuck with it.

She spits some blood and I approach her, I ask her about Rin, but didn’t get an answer, vein started to pop up in my head because she has a big nerve to be arrogant.

After I mention Rin name, she lost consciousness, the others started to run at me, Philia approaches me hurriedly, she was worried about me, so I said I was okay.

Claudia approaches her sister to carry her and turn her gaze at me.

“ You didn’t have to go so far” Claudia

I felt guilty, so I apologize at her, then ask me about my technique that, she didn’t know that the royal technique and stains can be used like that.

“ You know our royal technique and stances are meant for defense, I didn’t think it had a usage like that I was surprised you develop a technique like that, you really are a genius” Claudia

“ Well, I apologize, I didn’t think my technique would go that far”

“ It’s fine my sister understand it as well after challenging you” Claudia

The queen left without saying her goodbye, I turn to the others and saw no eyes sparkling, approach me.

“Hey Gabriel, can you teach me that technique?” Noa

“ No, develop your own technique and don’t rely on others”

“ Are you sure, you are fine Gabriel” Philia

Noa pouts her cheek, I want to touch it, but decided not to and, turn my gaze to Philia who was on a verge of crying, you don’t have to overact like that right? I touch her cheek and wipe the tears forming in her eyes and she became red as a tomato.
