Chapter 8- Master

After a few weeks, A man sat at the window, reading a novel book, if you are thinking where the hell did he get that?

He created his own space to store his collection of manga, novel, PSP, disc and some porn, Gabriel was reading a novel, because he didn’t have anything to do, in the training ground he can’t spar with anyone because they are scared of him.

The nobles who mock and insult him, they were now scared shit less because of what they have done in the past, when Gabriel was known as a person who didn’t get any ability they started to mock and insult him, but after they got their hands that Gabriel defeated the terrifying princess with a single technique they found it somewhat scary so their attitude towards him turn180 degree.

Gabriel sometimes goes out, giving some advice to Jin and Brigitte on their ability, he decided to give them some help so they will not die during their journey.

Well, some of the reason was, he can now observe their development and prank them.

Pola was still in her bed sleeping and at her side, the bottle was emitting a bright glowing.

Claudia and Claire ignored it because they know that bottle was Important to Pola. At the training ground they can heal Pola using Philia's ability so why did they not to do it?

Because she knows her sister's temper, she knows her sister couldn’t accept defeat and will attack Gabriel again, Claudia decided to take her out on the training ground to her room to heal her.

Pola didn’t wake up after being healed, Claudia and Claire started to worry about her condition, but Gabriel gave them an answer to comfort them

“ Don’t worry, she suffered some internal injury, so even you heal them it will take some time for her body to get familiarized with it” Gabriel

Claudia and Claire let out a sigh of relief, Gabriel visited Pola sometimes and keep examining her soul to look for Rin in her memories, he found it after a few days.

The real reason why Palo didn’t wake up yet was because of Gabriel, he cut off her nerve to bring her into the state of coma for a few days so he can check her memories.

“ She won't wake up for some time, so I think it’s fine, I got my information, and I will leave this bottle so that she can find me fufufu, I can’t let a young girl searching for me forever, right? And i really want a master and servant relationship” Gabriel

Gabriel makes an evil grin, he started to think about how to play with his new toy.

Noa improves, yet again, she started to mix some of her katana attack with presence contain within it and conceal her true attack, Claudia was defeated by it, she can’t even do a single thing about her, because she keeps on concealing her presence and sometimes revealed it, to find out it was only an after-image she was like a ninja.

Jin can now shoot a lightning in his finger and with it he defeated Claudia by destroying her weapon and push her back many times, Claudia can’t approach Jin because he spread his lightning on his surroundings, he came up with these techniques because of Gabriel advice.

“Release your mana on your surroundings and turn them into lightning that way your weak points will decrease” Gabriel

He tried it for three days and succeeded in the fourth day, Jin make a somewhat suspicion about Gabriel knowledge.

“How can you know that, you don’t even have a mana” Jin

“Because I am a genius” Gabriel

Jin just nodded and didn’t rebuke it, he gains some benefit, so of course he’s grateful to Gabriel started to call him brother.

Brigitte made a lot improvement too, due to Gabriel advice, her spirit was now five in total and her own spirit was now getting stronger every day.

“ Feed them with your mana, so that they will get stronger and it will improve your relationship with them, some of the spirit will be attracted to you if you treat them as your own” Gabriel

Brigitte also has a suspicion about Gabriel because the knowledge he contain, he looks like the GOD of wisdom.

“ It's not really that hard to come up with that idea and from the novel I read so far the people who got a contract with a spirit, treat them as a friend, you just have to treat them well and if they came because of your mana or energy why don’t you feed them with it so that they can get stronger” Gabriel

Brigitte just nodded with understanding and keep feeding her mana to her spirit, Brigitte has a white knight this spirit fighting ability is close combat, wind bird has an ability to control the wind on his surrounding, fire monkey who can make many fire techniques.

Earth mole a spirit who like to attack in the underground this spirit was somewhat troublesome if you don’t know to handle them, and her new spirit was still unknown, Brigitte has not revealed it yet.

Philia was in the library to learn how to read, she sometimes comes in the training ground to practice her close combat ability to protect herself while they are busy fighting and can’t protect her, Gabriel taught her on how to understand the letters of this world.

After a few days, she now knows how to read the basic, she needed more time to completely understand a whole sentence, she was no Gabriel who has a divine property.

Claudia was improving because she continue to spar with the four heroes, now their situation was reversed, Claudia keeps losing to them because of their improvement in combat and power control, she almost cries because of her weaknesses.

Noa and the others comforted her, but that lead her into more depression so she holed up herself to work, and decided not to go out.

Claire was busy training her men, she was one of the generals of the kingdom, so of course, she has responsibility to maintain its security and keep the guard in shape.

Gabriel POV

After the battle between me and Pola, the nobles began to treat me well, hmm, I decided to torment them from their sleep but did not do it why? This is the last kingdom of the humad race and most of the humad became slaves.

So I need to preserve these kingdom foundation to keep it alive if not, I will lose a house and my toy, of course, I can a destroy a damn country to make it my own but why would I do something troublesome like that? And it's tiresome.

I grab some manga on my space storage, reading is one of my amusement a lifetime hobby, because knowledge is power.

That night I visit Pola and cut off her nerve to keep her in a state of coma, I am replicating some of her memory so that I can keep them, I need more time to completely replicate it.

The process is extremely hard I sealed her room so that no one can disturb me, if I did it wrong her soul will be altered and her emotion will be mixed, in other word she will become like an angel without too much emotion.

I can’t have that, I don't want to ruin my toys on becoming something boring because of my mistake, so I have been visiting her every night to replicate her memory, why do I have to replicate it? Well, it's simple, I am keeping them like an album so I can’t forget them.

After a few days, I completed the replication and decided to leave the bottle that contain my soul, I keep thinking about why do the people who got in contact with me in the other world also came from this world, well I can’t control fate yet so let it be.

These past few days Noa, Jin, Brigitte and Philia came at me to ask some advice to their ability, Philia ask me to teach how to read, of course I didn’t refuse, why would I refuse an invitation of a beautiful girl.

Noa has the problem with her technique because concealing her attack aura consume too much energy, I advise her to not conceal her attack aura if it's an illusion just conceal your real attack, I am impressed she also did the same to her moonlight-fog some of her after-image has a presence some did not.

Even I, got confused who's the real one, but because I can see someone's mana pool, because of my keen eyes, I can detect her fine, I think beside me there is no one who can tell her real attack.

Her attack also became heavier and her speed had also improved, what an amazing development, as expected of a beast fufufu.

I advice Jin on his lightning control and mana, I think all of the summon people will be called high humad from now on, don’t you think so? The talent is high and they have a strong ability from the GOD so how could they compare to a mere mortals, beside their developments didn’t reach their limit yet.

I told Jin that his mana was like a lightning conductor if there is mana you can create a lightning, its depend in your mana control so you have to be better at, I saw his eyes looking at me with suspicion, so I told him, I am a genius to put up a facade.

Well, he was like a child if you give him a candy he will be obedient, he also started to call me, brother, when I saw his expression who’s full of motivation, why not let him be? Beside from his original world the delinquent has their strong brother respected fufufu.

Brigitte has a problem with her spirit, I explain to her, how to make her spirit stronger, I didn’t tell her that they will evolve so I think it's fine.

Brigitte was listening obediently, I told her to treat her spirit as a friend because summoner is different from someone who can only summon a spirit that he has an affinity with and the contract was different.

Someone who is not a summoner can summon a certain spirit that created from their ego, that spirit will be his/her servant without a complain because it was created by his ego to help his master desire.

A summoner can summon a spirit created in many any elements and attribute, they are not created by people so no can command them, but summoner can, because he can make a contract with them.

I also watch Claudia and Claire when they are bathing, I enjoyed it well, oh no my desire rising up.

That’s dangerous I almost teleported in them, better to control my manliness FUFU.

I was in my room watching the water ball I created out of magic, I notice that Pola woken up, I look at her eyes, she was surprised when she saw the bottle glowing brightly, The soul was excited to come back to its owner.

Pola opens it and the soul shot outside the soul flew at full speed coming at me, Pola chase it and started running, she looks excited don’t you think?

I wonder what face she will make, if she know that the guy he was searching for was the one his sister in love with, i can’t wait to see her reaction.

The soul was now in my hand, I didn’t let it go inside of me and let it float in my hand, the door was smashed into pieces”What a destructive girl! Rin, where did you find this dangerous girl!”

Her eyes landed on me, upon seeing the soul, she was shocked and trembled, then she opens her mouth and said.

“You... Are?” Pola

“Hmm”

I am me, of course, who else to be, hey, don’t just stay frozen call me master faster, I am really excited with this development FUFUFU.

“ Please forgive this little one, Master Braum” Pola

FUFUFUFU that’s it!! Respect me and serve me, I am your savior and your life from now on! What I want to say, but I will look like some kind of psycho if I said that right?

I smiled at her and said.

“ How is ,Rin, Pola”

I already know Rin failed to make her soul stronger to remember her past, but I will not give up, I miss her soul in these worlds, but I can find her anytime after those being is gone, Damn if only I can use my divine sense.

I patted her head and ask her a question, I didn’t get a rejection so I keep putting it, surprisingly, she liked it, she looked like a puppy who found its master.

“ She said he disappointed you, she said I am sorry I will regain nothing, she said she loved you so she want you to forget about her and be happy, master” Pola

“It’s not like I can forget her and you want to meet her, right? The one who gave the strength to live your life like these?”

She looks up at me with a smile and nodded repeatedly, she giggles when I was patting her head, what an obedient dog I mean girl..

Pola POV

The last thing I remember was the boy with different eyes, he left a deep expression to me, his eyes were tranquil as water not wavering on his every action.

He was like a pure soul, who doesn’t know anything about love or any emotion beside the world cruelness, but when he smiled i saw it pure without masking it.

I was deep in sleep, I felt someone touch and hear his warm voice that reach deep down to my soul, I felt warm just like I was embraced by my mother when I was an infant.

I had a dream about Rin, in her world with a man, in the plain ground without any living plants or grass only dust can be seen, I saw them standing talking to each other.

“ Sorry Rin I need to leave for a while”

On the other side of Rin and the man, there are thousands of men wearing a weird robe staring at them with fury in their eyes, the man in front started to shout.

“ Braum!! Today you will die for taking that weak woman” the man

“No, all of you will meet your end today” Braum

The man called Braum charges to the thousands of men, every swing ten or twenty men will fall down, every single fist he strike can kill.

He battled a thousand of man without hesitation, he killed without even blinking, the man was now full of injuries after so many battle many swords and bow hit him. it’s horrible, the plain ground was now full of blood with mountains of body in it.

The man sat on those mountains of corpse stabbing his sword into the ground to keep his stand, I could clearly see that the man was now weak and will die any moment.

Rin run at him while her tears flowed down on her beautiful face, she stumbled in the ground many times, but keep on standing to run at him, this show how weak her body really was, just a short distance she was now breathing heavily and look like in pain.

The man looks at her, touch her cheek and wipe her tears, and said.

“ Its look like I will be going first, ” he smiled at Rin

“No......no...no!” Rin

“ Don’t cry, here take these bottle it will tell you, how can you meet me again” Braum

The man gave an empty bottle to her, suddenly something flew out of his body and the bottle glowed in gold, silver and blue color, Rin took the bottle and cried she didn’t stop if you see her you will know how much pain she was in right now.

“ I will pass down my power and technique to you, you are a bright girl without a ki you can manage to do my tree-step shadow.....I think that is your...ability” Braum

The man spits some blood and moves his arm, and touch Rin's foreheads with his fingertip glowing gold, upon it touch the gold light entered Rin head and banish.

Rin body began to roll in pain, but didn’t look away to the man, her face was now in a mess with her tears spread on her.

The man looks at Rin, when the pain was gone and saw Rin stand up, he closes eyes and never open it again.

In the midst of the crimson plain ground with many bodies scattered, a woman was crying, because her eyes was dried and can no longer shed tears, her eyes has a red liquid flowing into her face and mixing with the man's blood.

I woke up, tears started swelling in my eyes, I look up at the bottle and saw it glowing.

The bottle was shaking uncontrollably, I open it in a hurry and a light shoot off, it starts flying at a speed I can’t cope.

But I didn’t hesitate to use all my strength and followed the light, the light flew in the quarters of the heroes and shot through inside the door.

I kick the door and it shattered to pieces, there I saw the man with a smile on his face, on his hand light was flying above and entered inside of him.

I was shocked my body trembled, I didn’t expect the man I was going to respect, was the man I hated, but the feeling of hate was gone, now it's filled with warmth and excitement, that my promise of Rin was now fulfilled.

I brought my one knee on the ground to respect him and apologize to him, called his name from the Rin world.

Then I hear his word filled with worry, I felt warm that the master I got was kind and will sacrifice himself to protect the one he love, he patted my head i smiled instinctively and heard my heart make a sound thump thump.

When he releases his hand, I felt disappointed and explain to him the message of Rin left for him, then he said that he can’t forget her and will find a method for us to meet again, when he said that he will not forget her my heart ache I don’t know why, but when he said that he will find a method for us to meet again I felt very happy.

Master, patted my head again, I was beaming with a smile, I really like it when he patted me, his hand was warm.

After I met my master, we are now gathered in my sister's room, I look at my master and he smiled at me I blush, and cast my gaze down.

My sister looks at me and surprise that I didn’t hug her today, I am not really in the mood to do that in the front of my master.

“Well, I gathered all you here to talk about your journey to demon continent, I know this is somewhat shocking, but the demon army was now currently marching at us, can I depend on all of you to defend the castle with my generals and soldiers?” Claudia

We nodded, but Philia and Jin was somewhat unwilling, hmm naive child.

“ They will reach our continent in four months, so I will advise you to join the bandits extermination with the guards to gain some experience” Claudia

“Philia if you don’t want to, you can just stay here I will do your part for you” Gabriel

“ No, I agree to help them so I will do my best!” Philia

My master smiled at her, I felt the pain in my heart again what was that feeling? I look at to Noa, who was very excited about killing bandits and Brigitte, who was didn't flinch on the word kill, I was surprised on how small she was, the high spirit she has.

After that we return to our room, but I decided to meet master to ask something, I open his door after knocking and saw him looking and smiling at me, my face flush and regain my composure.

“ Master, I have something to ask”

“ What is it, ” Gabriel

“What is love”
