So we split up again, this time in two groups. One group consisting of Me, Yuki, José, and Mrs. Mime were on shopping duty. Picking up anything to make the warehouse we appropriated more hospitable, plus we also got some clothes from a shop. People walking around in tee shirts and blue jeans tend to stick out like a sore thumb in this place believe it or not. Turns out a gold coin is the ballpark of about seventy-five to a hundred dollars here.
Meanwhile, the other group went to vet that school we heard about and look into finding if there are any places to get a free meal. Even with the food that was brought, we will run out by dinner tomorrow.
I think I'm gonna suggest tomorrow that we make a list of what everyone brought with them so we have a better idea of what we are capable of. I also have an idea that if someone has some music downloaded on a phone or something we could scrape some money together by playing it in the square, though that may attract unwanted attention. Also may track down some inventor type and sell some modern ideas that can be translated to this era's tech. Gotta work with what we know and we know nothing of this world.
Another thing on our to-do list is of course find a way home. I'm sure my mom and girlfriend are worried. They would have definitely noticed I'm gone by now.
Maybe I'll wake up in my bed back home if I get a good night's sleep.
