I finish going through all the papers...
"These guys... Are they idiots or what?" (Colin)
I look at the last papers from the income when their guild master was here and now...
Their income back then was around five million per month... Today it's basically nothing...
No income at all...
It's like they became completely useless when the guild master dissapeared.
I put down the papers and get up.
"I guess it's time to re-establish some trade routes... I wonder which ones and which cargo I can get my hands on right now..." (Colin)
I go downstairs where everybody else has gathered already after reporting to me.
They immediatly look at me when I walk down like they were waiting for new orders...
Lily walks towards me with some kind of... Letter?
And why does she seem... Really happy?
"Master Colin! Here!" (Lily)
She hands the letter to me and I open it.
What the hell is with the content of this letter?
Another merchant guild is basically ordering us to give our land to them... Or else they say.
"So, why are you happy about this?" (Colin)
I look at Lily and she freaks out a little at the question...
"Well... It's... Well..." (Lily)
"Lily." (Colin)
"The other merchant guild is famous! If we become a part of them we could re-establish ourselves faster!" (Lily)
"And have our actions controlled by somebody I don't trust? No way. I'll let them come here... If they try to get this house with force... They won't like it much. Can somebody deliver a letter saying to come here and show their Or Else option." (Colin)
James walks forward, nods and then runs out of the guild looking relieved.
Lily is the one in a panic... Let me guess, they promised Lily something if we did actually become part of it and today was the last day for this guild to get a new guild master...

And I just happened to waltz in so they can keep their name, just under a different guild.
If it was me before the Sanctuary I would accept it with open hands...
But as the training I was mentally trained aswell...
Beneqith everyday made me say not to trust anybody who you don't know.
Every day, every hour and if I didn't say it...
Extra work for me.
Ok that's enough of thinking about the training... I don't want to think about it...
"When do you think they will arrive here?" (Colin)
"Considering how close they are to us... A few hours." (Tiron)
"Good. I'll wait here for them. I have new orders for all of you, check all the possible trade routes we have and all the cargo that can be sold for a higher price in this city and the end of the trade route. We need to get some kind of trade route open as to start improving our situation. I shall handle the more... Annoying things." (Colin)
Everybody in the guild nods and runs of to fulfill my new orders.
I take a chair and sit in the middle of the room and wait for them.
Four hours pass and James returns with a ton of armed and armoured men and some weird big goblin-like being...
"James... Are these the people who want my guild?" (Colin)
"Yes, master..." (James)
"Thank you James. I'll handle them, you go and ask Lily and the others for orders. I don't know how much they've done already. They should be checking the cargo and trade routes." (Colin)
James runs off as fast lightning and leaves me with the weird men.
The goblin-like being walks forward.
"I am Santirus Fullus Podray! The most famous merchant guild's leader! I heard you refuse to give us this guild's zone. I do not like that. I want this zone. Give it up now." (Goblin)

I start laughing as I open up the inventory and grab a huge warhammer out of it and with a snap of my fingers the portal closes and the entire room is filled with different elemental spells such as Ice Spear, Fireball, Lightning and so on.
"I also have a demand... Goblin. Get the hell out. Never come back and I might just spare your little merchant guild." (Colin)
"Attack! These spells are probably just illusions! Nobody can use all the elements and fight well at the same time!" (Goblin)
The guards run at me but with another snap of my fingers all the spells fly straight at the guards, killing them.
"I guess that's a no from you aswell." (Colin)
With another snap of my fingers I am already behind the goblin and the goblin has his head crushed in by my warhammer.
"Now I need to clean all of this up..." (Colin)
Lily walks in and looks at the fifty or so armored guards outside the guild in a pile...
And at the top of the pile the little goblin.
I burn the pile with one of the flame spells creating a pillar of fire that is masked by some illusion magic so guards don't rush over here.
After a while the corpses finish burning and when I start walking into the guild I see Lily on the ground trembling.
"Lily... Now I need to do some explaining don't I?" (Colin)
Lily shakes her head and gets up still trembling.
"It's better if you forget. Just forget about everything that happened in this guild in this hour..." (Colin)
I pat her on the head and start walking up.
"Colin wait!" (Lily)
"Yes?" (Colin)
"I won't ask about the pile... I already knew that the other option was kill or be killed... But the report about the trade routes and cargo..." (Lily)
"Put it on my table and get some rest. Tell everybody to get some rest... And you forget about everything that happened here. And don't mention anything.
It'll be troublesome if all of you tremble at the sight of me." (Colin)
Lily nods and I walk up and then I hear somebody collapse and three other people immediatly run in as they heard something crash onto the ground.
"Why didn't I bother to learn any magic that would make people forget... It would've been super useful... I also shouldn't have leaked so much bloodlust and magic power out into the air... I don't know what I was thinking..." (Colin)
I open the door to my room and fall asleep thinking about how to make Lily accept the fact that her new guild master burned a pile of corpses and didn't change his indifferent face during the entire process.
And I also think about the need to get some trade routes going...
