Seth needed to make this work, to do so, he needed to sell this farce. Pretend all the way, never fall and lose face. He likes the idea of being King or some royalty, he did not know his title and so needed to make the other part tell him, and so was his plan. He would love to make Sarah his queen, Seth started daydreaming for a second before he was shown inside.
The man waiting for him stands up as soon as Seth's entered the room.
"Baron of Clifhill Matthew the First, wishes to speak to you, my lord," His maid said.
"Baron, what brings you here this early?"
"Pardon me for asking so bluntly. I wish you to sell me The deed to the shadow plateau. I can offer much" At his word, the room filled with gold, crystals of different colors, and a lot of things Seth had no idea what was.
"I think selling the deed at this point would be a mistake," Seth tried to say while sounded magnanimous and continued.
"Seeing as you are willing to give so much for something that seemingly has no value."
"how about selling part of the land? or simply access?" The Baron continued.
"Why do you simply want access?" Seth asked, and the baron fell silent.
"To be honest, I can just keep it as is, for now, I need nothing and owning land in a place where it's ratter limited sounds like the smart move, do you not agree?" Seth smirked.
"I'm a Baron! You have no royal title, you only own land, no one lives there, and no one ever will!" The baron yelled, losing his facade.
"You are wrong, as far as I can tell no one have a claim to the plateau other than me, and I'm free of any loyalty, so per definition, I'm King Seth of the Shadow-Plateau, and you should do good in respecting a king in his land?"

"I will not stand for this. This means war! and your little kingdom will crumble and fall within a day!"
Before he could choose the world around him changed, he was standing in a mining shaft. Behind him was nothing but a rocky wall, and in front of him, he could hear something. "" Seth said softly.
His stats and skills disappeared without a trace.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Sarah was sitting close to the window and was waiting for Seth. He had given her, her vision back and she would be forever grateful for that, but she was not ready to settle down with him. Maybe they could travel together?
She started daydreaming about what they would see and what they may do. Starting to blush, she thought of how he had kissed her, embraced her and his warmth. She was ready to start her life, ready to experience and see the world, and she sincerely wanted to do it with the man that had saved her from this farm and a world of darkness.
Her parents were out working, Sarah had noticed they were anxious about something, almost pushing her to leave before Seth returned from the mine. She opened the book Seth had read for her, she was rereading it, and it gave her fondly memories, and on the last page, she wrote.
