Chapter 15: After Leaving The Guildhall

I left the guildhall after making the request and talking to Jessica for a bit, she was the first person to know my name, but also the first woman I talked to since my mother, it was kind of awkward, as I go toward the inn a man in black comes behind me, pulling me aside into a side street where nobody is at the moment, he tells me to be quiet, as another guy passes the street clearly looking for someone or something, was he after him? who is this man in all black? but I could already tell myself who it was, it was the same guy who was in my house before! the man in black quietly tells me to come with him since it is not safe here, as the man from before now walks into the side street toward them. 'i have been looking for you', he yells as he pulls out his sword running to me, as the man in black pulls out his medium-size sword from his side crashing into the sword of the incoming guy, who is wearing a red mask, and face painted black stripes over his face, bandit? I was not sure what was going on but one thing was for sure, the guy in black is currently an ally to me, I stood back watched how the bandit tried to cut down the man in black who easily deflected all the incoming attacks, as the bandit seemed to get more tired by the second, the man in black would smash his sword out of his hand pointing his sword to the bandit's neck as the sword flies out of the bandit's hand, a few meters away, the bandit clearly not wanting to give up grabs a knife from his belt which we both did not notice before, but before he could even move, the sword at his neck came even closer where the bandit had to drop the dagger in response of the man in black telling him to drop it or he would make this go in a less pleasant way, after dropping it the man in black quickly jumps toward the bandit knocking him out in a swift swing with the back of the sword to the bandit's head, as he turns back toward me pulling me with him by the arm leaving the bandit behind.
