《Kirishima X Reader Beauty and the Beast AU》Chapter four Y/N

I walked back home with Shinso and papa, my mind wandering to Kirishima. “I wonder if I’ll ever see him again?” I mutter to myself.
“Who?” Shinso asks, looking over at me.
“Huh? Oh no one.” I say quickly, mentallu cursing myself for saying that outloud.
Shinso frowns, “are you sure? You seem to be thinking pretty hard.”
“Yea, I’m su-” I stop, as I hear footsteps, and not just any footsteps, but Dabi’s footsteps.
“Y/N…?” Papa asks, as he frowns, “are you ok?”
I shake my head, “it’s Dabi...he’s...following us….”
“I thought dad was going after him through…” Shinso chimes in, frowning as well.
“Oh, he did,” a voice says, and we all turn around to see Dabi dragging...dad?
“Dad!” Shinso and I shout in unison as we glare at Dabi. Papa growled and got into a fighting stance, but didn't attack since dad was right behind Dabi.
“What did you do to dad?” I heard Shinso yell, and I knew he was trying to capture Dabi with his quirk. Dabi unfortunately doesn’t say anything as he drops dad, and comes straight for me. Blue fire ignites in his palm. Papa jumps in front of me, using his quirk to push Dabi back, before he could shoot his fire at me.
“Shinso take Y/N home, keep her safe. I’ll get Shouta and take care of Dabi,” papa demands, which pisses me off.
“Right, come on Y/N,” Shinso says, grabbing my arm.
I growl and jerk my arm out of his grasp, “I can take care of myself,” I grumble.
“Y/N! Do as I say and go home with Shinso!” Papa demands, causing me to just roll my eyes and send out a silent scream towards Dabi. It was so fast, you couldn’t even see the sound waves, causing Dabi to fall on the ground, unconscious.

Papa growls, probably because he was pissed at me for not listening, but did I care? No, not really. I loved my parents, but they treated me like a helpless little girl sometimes.
Papa grabs dad and looks at me, “Y/N, go home with Shinso now! I’m taking Shouta to the hospital to make sure he’s alright.” He says, walking off.
I roll my eyes and walk back home with Shinso. “Y/N, we weren't calling you weak, all we wanted to do was keep you safe, since he was obviously after you.” Shinso explains. I just sigh and roll my eyes, staring longingly at the woods. For some reason, I was unable to get my mind off of Kirishima.
“Why are you so interested in the woods all of a sudden?” Shinso asks, curiously.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I reply chuckling, nervously.
Shinso sighs and repeats his question, “why are you so interested in the woods all of a sudden?”
“I don’t-” I went to lie, but that fucker used his quirk on me. “I met someone, he helped me during the storm. I wanna see him again, but I’m not really sure why.” I responded, glaring at him, once he deactivated his quirk.
“You have a crush,” Shinso smirks.
“Thanks a lot!” I hissed, “also I don’t have a crush!” I exclaim, blushing.
Shinso smirks, “oh but you do, I can tell, your face is as red as a tomato!” He exclaims, and I again just roll my eyes, and continue walking home, sighing.
“I’ll never see him again...my parents will kill me if they find out,” I pout.
“You forget they’re my parents as well,” he chuckles, “I had a crush on someone about ten years ago, they actually worked at the castle in the woods, but one day, they stopped visiting me, I think they lost interest…”

“Wait…. He works in the castle, and he disappeared ten years ago? What was his name?”
“Karminari, Denki.”
“Holy shit...ok you gotta get dad and papa to let me go into the woods, and you have to come with me!”
“Why? Does he still work there?”
“Yes, but he can’t exactly write right now, it’s hard to explain, just trust me.”
“Alright…” He mutters, as we walk into the house, flopping down onto the couch. Eri, our other adopted sister, tackles us both in a hug. Shinso and I both chuckle, as we watch tv for a bit, until the door opens. I turn around to see dad and father walking inside.
Hey dad, papa,” I say, nervously.
“Y/N,” papa says, walking in front of me. “You know it’s dangerous for you to sue your quirk with your health issues, so why did you do it?”
“Just because I’m sick, doesn’t mean I can’t fight, I took him out with one hit and nothing happened.”
“Nothing happened this time, but Y/N, what if something happens next time? I know you enjoy using your quirk, and that you enjoy fighting but, you have to get better or else you’ll only get worse.” papa sighs, crouching down to my level. I looked down, knowing he was right, but hated it at the same time.
“Sorry, um is dad ok though? I saw him walk in with you.”
“Yea, he’s gone to rest, Dabi got him pretty good, but no permanent damage.”
“That’s good…”
“Y/N, you aren’t in trouble this time, but next time you disobey me like that, you will be punished, do you understand?”
“Yes papa,” I mutter.
He nods, “I’m gonna go make dinner, continue what y’all were doing.” He says, before walking to the kitchen. I sigh and look at the tv again, enjoying the rest of the day.
