《Ley World-The Game》Chapter 26

Everything became dark for a few seconds, and then he began to see a few faint blue lines pass by him. Looking closer to these lines, they seemed to be closer to cracks in the black surrounding him, as he could see the things outside.
Looking at his speed, he was astonished. When he went FTL, his body sped up to 10x it's old speed. At this pace of speed increase he would reach the place in a day.
The only problem being his stop. If his speed kept increasing, it would take way too long to be able to stop. There was a higher chance of him flinging himself past the solar system than actually managing to stop.
Leaving that behind, he continued to speed up. Every few minutes he would redo his Void Breathe ability and it was already starting to level up. After 2 hours of flying, he got to give or take 70 times the speed of light. Stopping his abilities, he checked on the map to make sure that he was going the proper direction.
Checking the map, he found that he was. He saw that he was 3% of the way there. His plan was to begin slowing down once he was 97% of the way there. If it took him 3% to get to this speed, it should take the same amount to slow down.
That should get him give or take close to his destination. From there he could slowly adjust to land on a planet.
Now that he was going at 70 times the speed of light, the crackers that he could see out of before were thinner but longer. They sped past almost impossibly fast.
*As the light moves towards me, since I move towards it, it feels like it goes faster than it actually is. My eyes probably can't move fast enough to be able to tell where the light was going.*

Closing his eyes, he began to meditate while traveling. He would check back on his map every few hours to check where he was and when he would have to start slowing down.
After a few days, and endless boredom, he was a bit over half-way there. His intelligence and wisdom has slowly been increasing over the days, and he even closer to the Top-10 than before. But as usual, he would be saving the points. Slowly, he had also gotten more used to the cracks in space, and as his intelligence increased, the size of the cracks did too.
It seemed that his vision and perception were more based on intelligence than any other stat. Which would kind of make sense, as it does have to do with his mind.
Like that, a few more days of traveling passed. Looking onto his map, he soon found himself getting to 97% of the way there. Immediately, he began to slow down. his speed went back to 10x the speed of light after another hour and a half, and suddenly he felt his body speed down tremendously. Checking his speed, he was now going slower than light. Looking around, he was scared. He was going straight towards the sun. While it was still a few million kilometers away, he was still scared of it.
It was massive.
Compared to the sun of the last solar system, it was a good 15 times larger than it. Looking around, he found 3 planets. There were no space stations or ships of any kind. The nearest planet was a rocky planet. It seemed to have an atmosphere with oxygen, or those clouds were made of something else that he probably didn't want to breathe. But oh well.
Its a risk he'll take. If anything he would use his void breathe again. Before he went onto the planet, he quickly checked his stats.

He was quite strong now. He wouldn't consider himself top 25, but top 100 easily. With these, stats, almost nobody other than the NPC's could beat him in a fight, and some of them had stats so high he couldn't see. Happy with his stats, he began to move himself towards the planet. A few minutes later, and he was slowly moving downwards through the atmosphere.
The planet had two large landmasses. They were on opposite sides of the planet. Both had purple-colored forests, and in the waters he swore he could see the shadows of massive beasts moving through the water.
Moving down slowly, he soon touched down on the planet.
Congratulations! For being the first player to fly from one solar-system to another, you have gained the title: Solar Explorer!

Arduous New World
Alright, so I'm using this as a whetstone to practice my fiction writing. I have dyslexia, so bear with me if I have any mistakes, if you point them out I'll try and correct them. The story is LitRPG, I'll try and avoid some of the tropes, see FAQ. What happens is that the world turns out to be a simulation coming to an end, and beginning on its new simulation, in this process the system of the universe declares that the new simulation will be rpg-based. The protagonist however is thrust into an empty space before the simulation comes to an end, he escapes and finds that the world as he knew it is gone.Chapters will come sporadically as I'm quite busy IRL. FAQ1: There will be no Harem. 2: If any sexual content, it will be be below the screen, example sentence [they made love - or - they had sex]3: I'll try to keep character motivations steady instead of having characters who says and does one thing in one chapter, only to change their mind in the next one. 3: Villains or "bad guys" won't be charicatures. Of course, as in real life, you can meet these people, but as far as big bads or antagonists goes, they will have some modicum of intelligence. 4: The MC does not have an encyclopedia of random knowledge. 5: OP'ness won't happen overnight, and it is something that I'm wary of in terms of adding it, of course eventually the MC will grow more powerful, but there won't be any cheats, except hard work; and the luck factor will be more or less similar to the rest of the population. 6: He won't be opposing the universe, no matter how powerful he grows, he is too insignificant7: he won't become friends with god/the ghost in the shell etc, no matter how powerful he grows, he is too insignificant, and an ancient simulation ai has no interest anyway, why would it ? Okay that's that for now.

The Mortal Acts
The Mortal Acts is an epic progression fantasy with a lower focus on training aspects and a great focus on discovering new ways of using powers intelligently. I've always been drawn to stories where characters use their powers creatively to overcome opponents and obstacles, and I think all the possibilities can provide a great playground for twists and turns. It's inspired by a variety of media, including Will Wight's Cradle, Hunter x Hunter, and Bioshock, so if you like the creative power use elements from those, come check it out. This is my first serial, and please feel free to leave comments and feedback. For backstory, behind-the-scenes, and other fun stuff, come chat on my discord! Become a patron to read up to 20 chapters ahead here! Blurb: Riven Morell cuts short his regular life at school and home when his mother falls terminally ill. Desperate to find a cure, he travels to Severance Frontier, a desolate land haunted by hordes of ghosts, witches, and demons collectively called the Deathless. But a miraculous cure doesn’t magically fall into his hands. Things are worse in Severance Frontier than Riven had assumed. Ghosts are banding together into armies, demons are kidnapping anyone who strays out of settlements, and witches are enslaving everyone left and right. Riven, of course, gets embroiled in the mess. Missions to curb the Deathless activity are one thing, but when it starts to look like this is just the beginning of a war that extends beyond the mortal realm, Riven has a hard time focusing on why he came to Severance Frontier in the first place. His mother is inching towards death with every passing day, but if he doesn’t face down the Deathless, what little civilization the Frontier holds will be overrun and destroyed. Thankfully, it looked like the Deathless might just hold the secret of the elusive cure.
