Sorry the first few chapters are going to be slow paced. Hopefully you don't mind~ Enjoy~!~

Although the people at the temple including Owen were did not need to be transported through the Void Rats ability, they were able to see a part of the World-Shredding Stalactite rush towards them. As it did it shredded the world apart without causing an earthquake or bothering the trees just a few meters away from it. There was no passing breeze as if the entire situation was just an illusion.

But everyone knew better than that. If they could hear words, and not just one person, but every single one of them here it would be impossible for this rock to be fake. Even while on the mountain the people couldn’t see the top of the rock as it rose through the never ending sky. It dug out a pathway leaving nothing but a giant pathway to the center of the continent. Even the tiniest of dust particles didn’t lift off of the ground. Leaving only the dumbfounded humans to stare as the rock split their world apart.

After finally reaching the ocean the water rushed in like a stampede of white horses all racing to be the first. However this race looked like one of life and death and held terrifying power behind it. But all this didn’t matter to Owen. He couldn’t see it, even though the crashing of the waves were big enough for him to hear. He was still pondering about the words said by the gods.

‘Becoming a god? What kind of existence is that?’

No matter how hard Owen tried to imagine it, he simply couldn’t he never once saw anything since the moment of birth. This left his imagination power to be quite low, however when he could touch the object or animal. Everything from the simplest touch would create a wonderful image in his mind. Because his mind didn’t have to go through the effort of always creating images through his eyes, his mind was always blank. Like an endless void waiting for its own world to be made. And only at the moments that Owen would touch met a flower, everything would would come alive within his mind.

Although her wasn’t sure if the actual image he was ‘seeing’ was the real life image, he dreamed for it to be, because if they were, they would hold endless beauty. Did this make Owen jealous of others? On the contrary he loved his ability to feel and create the image in his mind. But that was only through his touch that he was able to. Just by hearing the sound he could feel the distances and maybe the contour of shapes from the echoes but as for details it was simply impossible.

“Gather everyone!”

All of a sudden Owen was snapped back into reality as the headmaster roared causing everyone to regain their composure. Although Owen liked to do things to completion, it didn’t mean it was always like that. If the headmaster called for a gathering he would naturally drop everything he was doing and continue it later. Although the flowers dirt would dry differently like cutting the grass would cause it to grow at a different rate, sometimes perfection just wasn’t possible.

However, even though the situation was dire, and everyone rushed together, even though Owen dropped everything also to join the gathering, he was alone in that he was walking slowly but surely to the main hall. He calmly walked with his palm of palm, his fingers not overlapping one another even a bit. It was a tradition for them to show their hands at all times in the temple. This showed good faith that no matter who was in front of you, you were never hiding a concealed item. It was a gesture of trust. After being shown by forcefully having his body mimic the actions Owen came to love the action. Regardless where he was, he always walked like this unless he was carrying something. This wasn’t to say that Owen needed to gain the trust of others, but instead that he wanted to respect everyone he was around. Only then would they in turn respect him.

Soon after Owen entered the room. Because it was noisy, and the help of his bell that rung softly in the background he was able to find a seat without disturbing others. This bell was handcrafted by the headmaster for him. Because the headmaster liked how dedicated and respectful Owen was, he attempted to help alleviate his burdens if only slightly. He put a red string representing fate, and a silver bell made out of a rare metal that no matter how long it sat it would never weather. With the gift Owen, was naturally very happy, even he himself who was known as the most calm of all the people in the area couldn’t help but immediately rush to grab the

headmaster’s hands and shake them with enthusiasm. When he wore the bell, Owen knew at that moment it he would never replace this bell. It was felt like the bell was always meant for his right ear as it hung and rung a sweet tune with every step.

Seeing Owen sit down the headmaster nodded slightly, although he knew Owen couldn’t see the nod to him it did not matter. Instead of pondering any longer the headmaster immediately spoke up.

“Everyone, I know that the world is changing, we I have gathered us here to see what our future shall be. Let us discuss!”

Headmaster Dreue, spoke with enthusiasm as his long beard hid the movements of his lips. He skin was wrinkled and his age was unknown, but it was clear he was reaching his end. Luckily he was a monk and with the help of herbs he was able to alleviate the pain of age for a few more years. As and old man, Dreue knew that this was the last matter he would ever handle again. As such he would do it with all is ability. Especially one as important as this.
