《I am a tree》Town hall

In the morning after I eavesdropped on the bird men and Brian, the elves were laying the foundations for a large plot of land in the middle of their houses. Their houses were arranged in a circle with one opening facing me. The amount of space in the center was around 300 feet in diameter. For more precise measurements, the hill has five miles of flat land while going down take around one-fifth of a mile, the rest of the miles are on the flat land. This was all in diameter; the hill's height went up to maybe 130 feet. The trees that encircle my body are at the edge of the hill before the curve and the flower garden with me in the center take up half a mile... In other words they have a ton of land to work on.
The large plot of land they were working on is... 150 feet in diameter leaving 75 feet between their houses and the new foundation. I... have to much time to spare. Anyways, they once again cut down trees to make planks and build it up. They also set sturdy looking pillars in the ground on the four corners of the square shaped land. Why did I use diameter earlier? Well... it’s easier for this... you know? It’s true; I would have to get the area of the square then circumference something then minus it to... I've long forgotten the math.

Next day the elves continued to work on the new building, they are investing a large amount of time into this building making it look fancy. The reason why is because I requested them to. First of all, let's go back to where it started. My conversation with Barbra...
◄Barbra, I think the elves need a town hall...►
[What's this all of the sudden master?]
◄Well, those bird men are planning something... so I thought there should be a town hall to secretly give them all messages or refuge.►
[Oh, you should have the elves build the town hall.]
◄I was going to make it myself though?►

[Master... I saw you carving before.]
◄Yeah, I was practicing as a hobby.►
[Your designs are a bit... no, completely bad. You're better off leaving it to the elves.]
◄... Okay.►
[Look on the bright side; you can strengthen their building after they finish it.]
◄Strengthen?►
[Oh... right. You can give more durability to almost anything with your magic. It could work with what you make... but you aren't going to make it.]
◄... Can I at least dig underground?►
[Nope, your roots pretty much make up more than half of this hill.]
◄That sounds a little creepy... was it the same when I was a sapling?►
[Yes.]
After learning about the roots of my existence, I had Barbra request the elves to build a town hall. They without a doubt took on the job and started building right away. By the way, Ally who found the lake has been standing out from the rest of the elves lately. She's begun to carve out accessories and... Well it's a process. Stanford's rehabilitation has begun to work on them so they're making more individual decisions, though that changed; they still have incredible faith in me. I look towards the bird men camp and saw that they were all just enjoying life and working hard. Most of them were, the few people from last night including Brian were all grouped up together talking making glances at my body from time to time. I wonder if the rest of the bird men know of his plans, they don't seem to have a face of anger when looking at me. I guess they decided that their hanging tents were just as good place to live in, after all there are a bunch of 'tasty' fruits with no food shortage.
...

...
Finally, on the third day of construction, the elves finished the town hall. The pillars have been curved with a square top and bottom that's been beveled. The wall was smoothly connected to the center of the center of the pillars with various patterns carved into it. There were a bunch of swirls on them; the pillar also had wavy lines on it. Each side of the town hall had an entrance that was around six feet wide and 10 feet high. Above the entrances was a sign with a big tree carved into it, each was the same with only a slight difference. On the bottom left and right of it had a small carving of a... sapling. The roof it was a pyramid shape with a square bottom, it had been attached to the walls and pillars through the mysterious adhesive. There was color as well too; the walls had a light brown color where the roof, entrance edges, and pillars were dark brown. There are a few kinds of trees planted so I think that’s how they got the different color.

Inside were 16 rows of long benches. Those 16 rows were split into four rows having their backs to the wall and facing the center of the building. In the center of the building, there was a clearing with a small pedestal, it's probably for Stanford. There were two windows on each wall which let light come in. I'll just omit all the small details and say that this was a very good looking building. All the elves were gathered inside after having finished their town hall, they took a seat and were talking to each other when a figure coated in light appeared. It was Barbra who I sent to give them a message. She spoke when all their attention was gathered on her.
"My master thanks you for building this."
All the elves were kneeling to Barbra; Stanford spoke to her after a few moments.
"No, we should be the one's thanking the divine tree. It has decided that this town hall was good for us... the divine tree has thought of what was best thing to do."
He returned the thanks to me. Well, I guess it's fine so Barbra continues the message.
"Now that you are all gathered here..."
A gust of wind suddenly closes all the doors, Barbra used magic. The elves didn't flinch that much because they knew the wind was from Barbra on the day she protected my body from the plant attack.
"Master has sent you a warning... there will be other people coming to master's land soon. Master worries that they might be violent so master will protect you all if they try to harm you. This was meant as preparation for you so you will be ready..."
◄You forgot to say it was in a little more than two weeks.►
"... The new people will come in a little over two weeks..."
I reminded Barbra about something she forgot so she added it with a pause making it seem dramatic. I looked to see what the elves reactions were but they were calm, well, they did see my barrier and the meteors before so my defense is quite good in their minds. Getting to the final part of the message, Barbra spoke.
"In any case, master shall bless this building so its fortitude will increase. Master wishes for your safety!"
"Thank you divine tree for your blessing!"
"Thank you our savior!"
They have been in sync ever since the one hour ceremonies started. Stanford gave his thanks being followed by the others who said it in unison. Their faces had gentle smiles on them. After giving the message, Barbra slowly went through the roof of the wall with a flash of light; of course it was all magic effects. She quickly returned to the tree turning off the light and making her body invisible to other people. Right after that, I tried using the strengthening magic, surely enough the building emitted a faint white glow then faded away. The elves look around during it and had a content look knowing it was me. Looking at the atmosphere in the newly made town hall... I will make sure they won't lose it...
