《I am a tree》Their arrival

Two weeks have passed since the town hall had been finished. Over the course the elves had begun secret meetings in the town hall with Barbra. Well, it would've been secret until a few birdmen spotted Barbra exiting the town hall. They have been wondering why the elves would keep on entering the town hall for some reason; they were even worried that they caught onto their plans so they scouted them out. In a way they did, but once the bird men saw Barbra leave the town hall, the next instant she disappeared from their sights. The bird men who were scouting flinched when they saw it, but the events seemed to click into their heads.
"The elves must be gathering there because of the fairy..."
One of the people who scouted said that to Brian who was also scouting.
"Could that strange light from a few days ago be from the fairy then?"
Another person who scouted asked. After thinking for a while, Brian said...
"It seems the fairy has brainwashed them and is putting on some divine light act..."
A half of that was actually right, but Barbra didn't brain wash them. Stanford did. Anyways he's not doing it anymore, I still see him trying his best to change them back. With that, the bird men eased up about their town hall meetings and decided that the elves didn't know of their plans. Everything was settled so the rest of the days passed peacefully.
...
...
...
On my night of pla-experimenting with magic, I saw three figures soaring through the sky into the bird men camp. There was a fire in the camp with Brian and a few others who made the plan around it. Once the figures were close enough, the light shined onto them revealing their body. It was the bird men who left around two weeks ago... so that means.
◄Wake up the elves!►
Oops, I accidentally used to much force to say that, but it doesn't matter. Soon enough, I heard a yawn.

[...Mas...Master, whats... what is it?]
Barbra didn't even try to hide she just woke up. Was she doing this on purpose? Whatever...
◄Gather the elves into the town hall then spread a barrier around the camp. Use 10 percent of my magic...►
[Eh... uh yes master.]
Her tone showed she didn’t' seem to understand but did it anyways. The elves started waking up and gathered into the town hall. A single light called Barbra was illuminating the room. During her gathering of the elves, I explained the situation to her so she was finally able to understand my worries. She shut the doors and blocked the windows after all the elves were gathered, and then told them...
"Everyone... the day has finally come. Let master handle this situation."
The elves immediately understood that and talked amongst themselves. All the meetings weren't a waste of time since they were calm. Well I should go check the bird men then my domain afterwards. Exiting the building, I see a transparent sphere going around the camp, good; she's put up the barrier already. I head to the bird men camp and see that a lot of fires were started making their camp bright. Everyone was awake and Brian with a few others behind him was talking.
"The time has finally arrived where we shall relive our tradition! Five of our past ally tribes have come to help us rid of the elves! Let us start the extermination as a signal!"
All the bird men who were in front of Brian spread whispers among them; those behind him didn't show much of a reaction. A bird man... woman finally questioned him.
"Why must we fight when there is a paradise here?!"
To the question, Brian gave an answer.
"For our tradition! Do you not care for it?"
I wonder what sort of tradition involves a young mega-sized tree. Few bird men shouted at his question.

"We don't need it! They were only stories told by tales! Those elves may be being tricked but they..."
"What?! Have you no respect for your ancestors?!"
"They were the ones who told us we could only be happy with a enormous tree we might have never found! Now we know they're wrong, living here peacefully is what makes us happy!"
Whoa. The people behind Brian increased to 11; the remaining 33 were standing against him. The 11 behind Brian was made up of mostly aged people while the 33 against him were made up of mostly young people. If I remember correctly, a lot of them made friends with the elves. I'm not sure if I should keep watching or go look for the other group... it feels like something big will happen here if I left... and I was right! After they had a stare off with a big argument, Brian said something then he and the 11 people behind him closed their eyes. Above them a ball of wind was spinning. Grabbing for something inside his magic bag, Brian took his hand out and threw a purple powder into the ball of wind then said a few words to the frightened group.
"You will understand, just wait until this is over."
With that, out of the ball the purple powder suddenly shot out and spread in a wave towards the 33 bird men. In a instant they all collapsed, luckily they were still breathing. Brian shouted out a command and the remaining bird men took ropes out of their magic bags and walked towards the ones who collapsed. Some had a nasty smile when their eyes were laid upon the fainted females... Yeah this seems a bit messed up... I thought they were all on good terms. Thinking that, I used barrier magic to collect them then moved them to the town hall, they were inside of my barrier so they smoothly went through the barrier around the camp. Those 33 bird men seem to want peace so this should be fine.
◄Open the doors and take these sleeping bird men inside.►
[Okay?]
Barbra seemed to question me, but I went ahead and laid the fainted bird men in front of the town hall. I turned back to the bird men, they were looking directly at me... no they were looking at the bird men who suddenly went to the elves camp. It seems they noticed the barrier around the camp, they looked very confused. Well... I guess that how it would be. Regaining his sense slowly, Brian shouted...
"You three! Take us to where they are staying!"
He told that to the three who left. The three gave a nod and took flight, the rest took after them. I was following them since it'd be easier if everyone dangerous was gathered into one spot. When they reached the edge of the hill, they took a curve down, I also saw what they were heading towards. A group of hundreds of people lit up in the night with torches. There were carriages resting with people inside, it seems they've been here for only some time since a lot of people were moving around. Looking at the three bird men flying into the group, they landed next to a group of five people all wearing black clothing. Closing in on them, I heard Brian's voice.
"Help! The elves kidnapped our people!"
... I wouldn't use that term. I would use appropriately moving them from suspicious people. Well, not suspicious but outright guilty of knocking them out. The five people were pondering over what Brian said then one of them spoke...
"Bring us there."

The Lady's Handbook of Intrigue and Murder (High Fantasy Politics)
Summary:The daughter of a dying house is summoned to the Imperial City to meet and perhaps marry a handsome prince. It sounds like a fairy tale. Except Mydea doesn’t have the advantage of a half-forgotten childhood encounter, supreme magic to match the highest echelons of society, or even the privilege of an ally. In order to survive and make a name for herself, she must beat the Imperial Court at its own game. At least no one's tried to kill her—yet. Notes: Basically, if you liked the magic of Harry Potter and the politics of Game of Thrones, you'll probably like this. While the first book focuses on the female lead, and the interplay of competing regional and imperial interests, subsequent books will also cover warfare and how I imagine that differs wildly from historical norms with the introductions of a magical aristocracy. A Tale of the Ages: Gods, Monster, and Heros
The past get's forgotten. Or so they say. Maybe they're right. Even the gods forgot the beginning, the reason it all started. But I refuse to forget, even if I'm driven mad by the memory. Salvation? It's pointless. No one is worth saving, but that doesn't mean they aren't worth helping. No one is a plaything, but everyone's a pawn in this game. I hate it. Who's playing? I don't know. I don't even know what the game really is. I gave up on figuring that out after a time. What I do know is that I want to tell you all a story. It has a beginning, a middle, and an end, as any good story should. But, I really don't think you'd keep listening if I told it in order. So, we will start at three points; you'll have to figure out where they are in the overall story. The story of Hal and instinct, a pair so close that they might as well have been one. The story of The Husk, a creature on a hunt that would span generations. The story of Mask and a hero. How one will come to learn of the other's past and the many faces they had. Do you know where you stand? Do you side with the gods, the hero, the demon king, the experiment, the cursed, the blessed, the monsters, the forgotten? Well? I know. You don't know anything yet, so you can't say. So, enter our world, and find out what side is what.
