apparently, music eats up the beauty of serious topics.

so, a moment of silence—

would probably be expected, but i doubt

that even with the deafening silence after

the detonation of a bomb

or the shot of a gun

or a lover's confession,

that you'd take me seriously.

i think i have loved you since time immemorial.

into the ground my heart goes when i see it isn't mutual.

but whatever.

you're prettier in the distance anyway.
