To Dr. Kim Namjoon,

[name]'s condition has gotten worse, she has constant nightmares and is paranoid that they will come back for her. I'm afraid the damage she suffered during all those years, is irreversible. I fear she will never be the same again.

Very few of Her scars are healing, along with her physical health. But she says how she can 'see them in her apartment' her mental health worsens as the days pass. I'm afraid to put her on stronger medication, as she barely manages to take her current ones. She refuses to describe them, or say their names. But she is able to look at pictures of them. Barely. Sometimes she'll ask a question, if it's not answered she becomes extremely upset, e.g. hysterical crying, screaming, pacing around the room. But after, she immediately apologises and her sadness turns into fear, and she begs me not to 'hurt her' or sometimes she even says 'please don't tell them, I'll be good I promise." I have concluded that their treatment has had a hugely negative impact on her.

I have come to the conclusion, that if we up the security on her living arrangements, she may feel safer. But we may struggle with that as she refuses to use security cameras, especially webcams. [name] has told me she is still conscious of the situation she is in, and that she knows how bad her physical and mental health is, but that's all I could get her to tell me. She is paranoid and all she wants is to die. But when denied the release of death she becomes extremely upset and fearful. I fear I have hit a dead end with her. And that I may loose her.
