😭♥️
I walked inside class, being the last person to make it to class. I awkwardly sat down next to Finn, and took out my notebook. Finney noticed me, and tapped my shoulder.
"Hey! Where were you?" He whispered.
"I was just talking to Bruce. Y'know? The popular kid? And nice of you to not notice that I wasn't here, with you. I could've been kidnapped, and you probably wouldn't even notice." I reply,
"Jeez, sorry! And Bruce? As in Bruce Yamada?"
"Ya, him!"
"Why would he talk to you for?"
"Oh. Well, EXCUSE ME?!" I whisper, pinching Finney. He jumped, almost falling out of his seat.
"OW!! I didn't mean it in a rude way, jeez." He replies, rubbing his arm. I shrug, looking at the teacher. I look at the board, and see that we are doing a new project!
"Hey, Finn! We're doing a new project! Wanna be partners?" I ask, Finney not acknowledging me. He was looking at something. Or, someone. I look, and see that he's staring at Donna again. I roll my eyes, and give him a shove.
"WOAH....! W-What?" I sigh,
"We're doing a project! Wanna partner up?" I ask again,
"Ya. Ya, sure!" Finn replies, nodding. I smile, and nod back.
"Alright, students! Today....we're doing a new project! This is a 2 partner project. This project will last for the whole year. So whoever you pick, that will be your partner for the rest of the school year." The teacher explains,
"Alright! well, choose your partner everyone!" The teacher say's. Everyone gets up, going to the people they wanna partner up with. I didn't have to move sense Finney was already my partner. So, ya!
I look to the side, and see Donna walking towards our table. Finney notice's, and sits up. Fixing his hair.

The hell....?
"Hey, Finney! I was wondering if maybe you wanna be partners? Unless you already have a partner," Donna say's, noticing me.
"Oh! Are you two already partners? I'm sorry!"
"Ya, we are!" I say, smiling politely.
"What? No!! N-No. She isn't my partner. We can partner up, Donna!" Finn says, smiling.
"Oh....okay?" She replies, smiling slightly. Then she looks at my spot,
"Uh...."
"Hey uh....can you go sit somewhere else? So Donna can sit there?" Finney ask's.
Okay, ain't no way!!
"But, we were-"
"Y/N, please...." He pleads.
"Wow....okay, fine. Here, Donna. You can sit here." I say, forcefully smiling. Donna nods, and whispers something to me before sitting down,
"I'm sorry...." I nod, walking up to the last person with no partner. The boy look's at me, and I point at the seat next to him. He smiles, and nods. I sigh, and sit down.
"Thank you...."
I walk out of my last class, and walk outside. Waiting for Finney, and Gwen. I see them walking out, Robin walking alongside them. They noticed me, and ran up to me.
"Heyy, Y/N!! Robin yell's. I smile, and wave. I see Finney, and give him an upset look. He notices, and sighs.
"I'm so sorry, Y/N! It's Donna! I couldn't say no....she's my crush." Finn explains,
"It's okay, I understand."
"WAIT WHAT?? You chose your crush, over your own sister??!" Gwen yell's,
"I said i'm sorryy!" Finn replies,
"Dang, Finn. Me, personally. I would've chosen Y/N. She's cool. And very smart. But that's just me."
"YOU TOO?!"
"DUH! She's my friend. Always will choose my friend, over anyone." I look at Robin, and smile.
"Thanks! Anyways, I'm gonna go to the library. It's been a hard day, today. Finney and Gwen, can you guy's watch over dad, till I come back?" I ask,

"Gotchu, Y/N!" Gwen say's, winking.
"Of course. Be safe, though! No talking to random boys!!" Finney says. I laugh, nodding my head. He's always been a little overprotective. But that's okay! I love how he cares.
"Of course! Bye, guy's!" I say, walking away.
"Bye, Y/N! WAIT! You still coming over tomorrow, to help me with homework??!"
"Oh my gosh....YES!!"
"BET!!"
I made it to the library, and walk in.
I smile, and begin searching for a specific book. There's a book about space that I really want to find! Finney has really got me into space, rockets, all that stuff! I find the book I was looking for, and smiled.
"Uh....oh." I looked to the side, and saw a little boy looking down kinda disappointed. Did he wanted the same book, too?
"You want this book?" I ask, the boy look's up.
"Yes. It's okay, though. You got it before me. You can have it." They reply,
Awe....!
I smile, "It's okay! Here, have it." I say, handing the book to the little boy. Surprising him.
"I...."
"Have it, really. It's fine!" I reassured, making the boy smile. Hugging the book.
"Thank you...." He say's, looking down.
"No problem! All yours." He nods, and walks to the check up line, giving the book to the lady.
"Good afternoon, Griffin! Got the book you wanted?"
"Hi. Yes, I did."
I smile, going to search for another book to get.

Travelers [DROPPED]
DROPPED. The story focuses less on dungeon building than on the why of dungeons and how they fit into the universal order. While I am working from a grand plot, the writing is going slice of life style because I need to do that to work out how things progress into that grand plot. The original story seed idea / synopsis is below. The Grand Tapestry protects Rhofhir from Primal Chaos by imposing Order via patterns. However, the patterns grow stiff, stagnant, and so the Tapestry is nearing a time of Unraveling. Evidence of past civilizations wiped out during previous Unravelings foreshadow the apocalyptic catastrophe looming over the world. The mages of the Arcane Asylum reach out across dimensions, searching for some way to prevent, or at least stall, the coming Unraveling. Among the many voices they find is a gifted graduate student researching machine-assisted telepathy -- and his gaming group. Lena never expected that the chance to play DnD with telepathy would result in her becoming an actual Dungeon Master, nor that her friends could become the bosses of her dungeon. This is, in many ways, her dream come true, but there's a catch: What happened to Brad, the creator of that telepathy machine?

Moonshot
Gregarious businessman Evin Tumble is fascinated by the sudden and inexplicable appearance of a low-orbiting moon. Specifically, he's interested in shooting it down with a giant cannon. The moon is only about eight miles overhead, but it's high enough and quick enough that nobody can reach it by balloon or airship. He hires our protagonists: taciturn Iseult Morrin, cheerful Sean Whelan, and nervous Íde Ceallaigh, to help him with his obsession. As our heroes are dispersed across the continent to perform tasks for Tumble, and the moon-hunt draws closer, they become increasingly suspicious of their benefactor's motives and true nature. Moonshot is a story centred around struggling with confidence, the difficulty of being an immigrant, and the duality of truth, all clad in the trappings of an urban fantasy. It is character-driven, from the heart, and based on tropes and ideas that are missing from a lot of contemporary fantasy (a push beyond the flawless-yet-somehow-still-needs-rescuing-by-an-oafish-man heroine trope, a touch of cosmic magic based on the shared geometries of Celtic and Arab art).
