《Big Brother - Hunter x Hunter (Fanfic)[BL]》Chapter 19- What's wrong with him

(Yilluzu's POV)
'Bo~ring~' Yawn~* there's nothing interesting in here.
I've been walking for a while now and still haven't found any entertainment.
I passed many corridors, but still found nothing to cure my boredom.
As I was washing I saw two guards escorting the girl Anita into a room and I can hear Gramps, Gon and Killua bargaining something.
I heard that Gramps challenged them to a game in exchange, the association will not punish the girl.
'Oooh~ a game.'
I headed there happily skipping and humming.
Once I arrived in front of the threshold.
The guards are so tall!
"Excuse me--- can you let me through?" I talked to them but I was ignored.
"GRAMPS! I wanna watch!" I shouted for Gramps to hear.
"Give him way." He ordered while dotingly letting out a laugh.
The guards made way for me,
Anita, Gon and Killua looked at me surprised because I called the Chairman, Gramps.
"You're playing with them, I wanna play too." I said,
"Hahaha! Little Yill, I can't play with you, you always win in games. This old man is no match for you." He laughed,
"That's unfair, I wanna join too. You're playing with them but not me?" I complained.
Sigh* This hard headed old man.
"It's for the girl, right?" I asked for the stake.
"Why? little Yill you want to save her?" Gramps looked at me, "I can free her if you want to." He said, which made everyone in the room widen their eyes,
because of how easily the Chairman would grant anything that I want.
"That'd be no fun if I just ask for it and you'll actually give it to me like that, and I don't have anything to do with her, I don't care what will happen to her. I just wanna play, I'm bored." I explained while complaining.

"As I thought, " Gramps smilingly carresed his beard. "Sure, if that's what you want." He added.
'Yup, I'm spoiled, I know. They always indulge what I want but it's not a bad thing for me, I guess.'
The game started we have to snatch the ball from Gramps, the stake is the girl, Anita, will not be punished, there is a second stake too, and that is if we win against Gramps we will be granted a hunter's licence without any need participating the other remaining exams,
We can do anything we want and can, just to snatch the ball and the game ends.
It's kinda boring game, but I guess I'll just play it and pretend that I can't snatch the ball easily. Then watch the two young boys struggle, see if they can snatch it.
That would be great.
The game starts.
Killua took the lead and tried to snatch the ball from the old man's hands.
'Good speed, but still lacking.'
I thought.
He repeatedly tried again and again but was always dodged by the old man.
Killua tried to kick the old man's legs.
'Ouch' I inwardly mock, that Gramps' legs were like steel, so it must have hurt.
I stifled a laugh seeing Killua skipping and holding his legs mutter that it hurst.
Gramps just complimented his kick, saying that if it were a normal person, the leg that he kicked must had already broken.
But then Killua continued, this time he used the technique that the family first taught him, its the ability to disappear in the dark.
Of course he still failed, it was a given. It was the Chairman of the Association he was against with after all.
But he still attacked nonetheless,
and I see why he was entrusted to be the heir. He really has the talent, skill and ability to inherit the family.

After the never-ending chase, Killua got tired,
The Gon kid then switched with him and this time he attacked the old man but he stupidly jumped high and hit the ceiling.
And it was hilarious.
I laughed then Killua looked at me.
"Are you not going to help?"
"I'm here to play, not to save someone or wants to get a hunter's licence, so I'll play however I want to play. I'll just watch for now." I said to him smiling.
Time passed they still could not snatch the ball.
I walked in front of the two exhausted boys and do some light stretching while approaching Gramps.
"Gramps, don't hold back, we're playing and I want a serious game, okay?" I told him.
"Sure little Yill." He smilingly said.
We started our little play.
I attacked and easily approached him, he tried to dodge but I saw through his moves and stopped him but he still was able dodged me.
Our play was more on speed so the onlookers had a hard time following us.
But when I was getting hyped up, I heard Killua surrendered.
I stopped and looked at him who ran outside.
'I always feel that there is something on Killua.'
I observed his running figure and his posture which was hugging his shoulders.l, seemingly afraid.
"Gramps don't be distracted." I reminded the old man and continued my attacks but this time I easily snatched the ball and won.
"Little Yill, you won, so the girl will not be punished and the two of you will get a hunter's licence as a reward." Gramps declared.
"No, it's my win. This little boy will have to win by himself, I played because I want to, and it's not to help them." I said in a steady tone and with a smile. "So little boy, who I assume, was named Gon? you have to work hard for what you are standing for."
He was shocked because of my declaration but I didn't mind his reaction at all.
I feel kinda tired now and I want to go back to Illumi.
I turned to my Gramps and said, " I won, you owe me a hunter's licence, okay Gramps? The exam was boring, so this way I won't have to be obliged to participate in it anymore."
"You can just ask me for a licence if you want. No need for this game." He said while he dotingly patted my head.
"Well giving me a licence without me entering the exam would be a violation to the rule of the association already, so I guess this way of making it a stake and fighting against you, will be a credible reason, perhaps." I smiled at him warmly as I explained.
"I'm a little tired now because of this game, I'll leave first." I said as a bid my farewell to Gramps.
I exited the room and didn't know what happened next.
I went back to Illumi and Hisoka,
When my little brother saw me he stood up from his place and approached me, he checked if I was okay,
And of course I was perfectly fine.
I told him what happened and that I was tired.
He then coaxed me again to sleep and then I fell into a deep slumber,
But
.
.
.
I'm still wondering what's wrong with Killua.

AV Online was just a flash in the pan—a harsh, experimental land which lost most of its players in mere weeks. Only the dedicated few remained, carving out their destinies in corners of the vast abandoned world. Lily Quinn wasn't one of them. With a career worth millions in the esports world, she didn't have time for a game like Avo—but when an exclusive beta test for the new version showed up on her doorstep, she couldn't say no… as much as she wanted to. Literally hooked into the simulation, Lily reluctantly entered a world beyond anything she'd ever dreamed of. Accompanied by seven other beta testers desperate to save their beloved game, Lily dives into a vibrant, beautiful world, where mystery and adventure waits around every corner. Despite her reservations, Lily finds a joyful escape in Avo, shattering her cold, hollow reality. It was just a game though… until the group discovered they couldn't log out. Trapped in a game with no rules, and surrounded by cutthroat players eager to kill for a quick windfall, Lily and her ragged band have no choice but to fight their way out, or die in a game that has turned all too real. Hi there! I'm setting off on yet another adventure, come join me :3 Unusually for me, there's only one perspective this time, and it's quite a bit more action-oriented than I usually write. Don't worry, though: everything's still as character-driven as always, and I never get tired of writing dialogue. Just to acknowledge it up front: this story is heavily inspired by EVE Online and the many stories generated by that world. However, since this is a fantasy setting, not sci-fi, don't expect any real parallels. Chapter publish rate for this one will be whenever I write them, as with Epilogue. I don't expect to move as fast here though, since it's not for NaNo. The plan is chapters somewhere in the 4k-5k range, and hopefully frequently. The Last Science takes priority as always though. Special thanks to Reaver and Ace Arriande for pushing me to get this going, and to all my fellow writers whom I've stolen from been inspired by. You're all wonderful people and I love you Quick reminder: Patrons get to read ahead of what's published! 8 213Can a Lich Cry
Update every 1-2 weeks. Well, I say that, but I usually write during the weekdays and chill in the weekends. Should be the other way around, but writing helps me destress with schoolwork. The cover is a make-shift drawing I made some time ago. The Seven Kingdoms moved at the will of their prophets. They were the voices of their gods, and the deities wanted blood. After being caught in the crossfire, a young man named Sura died among the endless corpses. However, he inherited the Curse, and the Curse did not allow him to rest. When Titus conquered the Seven Kingdoms, he was still there. When mages became the new prophets, he was still there. Centuries later, the lich had faded into the unknown as the aide of Fia, the bastard mage and the only descendant of Titus. A dead man did not have anything to protect, so what did he fight for? For the game was not over, and it was still his to lose.

In 1991, Montreal, Canada, an end approaches. Old rivalries clash with new necessities as the fabric of reality strains once more. ___________________________________________ This is my first shot at posting something I've written and a story set in a literary universe that I really want to take places, one of several that's been rattling around in my brain for a few years now. Constructive criticism always welcome, unconstructive criticism welcome with the caveat that I very well might ignore it. Written for Nanowrimo, because why not.
