When I look at the sky

And I look at the clouds

I can always see

something new.

Whether it's orange, red, purple, or blue,

There's always something new.

One time, a train,

another, a dragon,

today, a cup,

tomorrow, a mouse.

There's always something new.

But whenever I look up

and I look at the sky

In hope of something new,

There's always one thing that stays the same.

Because every time

I look at the sky

I know I always

will see

you.

Ta-da! I wrote this one for school but ironically, it's one of my favorites. The "you" can be anyone or anything, for me it's my grandpa who died a few years ago.
