Now we're separated, left alone

Might as well be turned to stone

It was a great year, full of love,

Then it came, luck evened up

I can't breathe, can't even touch

It's taken away far too much

No school, no friends, no way to be

Connected, hopeful, or happy

Scared and sad, what is our fate?

What does it want, why is it here?

Are we just supposed to stay in fear?

So many questions, but what I must know

is when will it stop, when can we leave home?

I'm gonna cry, or scream, maybe even explode

This really sucks, why can't it go?

Everywhere screams in silent chaos

Everyone yearns for a cure for what haunts us

Why do I feel so sickeningly violent?

Because of this stupid, annoying, terrible virus.
