《Green Ham and Eggs [Angry Birds fanfic]》Chapter 5. What am I Going to Do?

Chuck bolted to the beach and could see the smaller guy enter the ship, the bridge slowly moving back as the boy got on.
"They are leaving... we're too late..."
Bomb said stopping beside Chuck.
"No we're not!"
Chuck screamed, not yet ready to give up, using all his speed to race against the speed of light. Even with the rugged sand, Chuck was still running so fast. Chuck looked around and saw the broken materials of Red old home and used it to canon bolt himself through the opening that hadn't yet closed. Along with Bombs cheers, Chuck turned around and jumped around in joy.
"You are quite fast."
Chuck twisted around and saw Leonard towering over him with flames in his eyes.
"But not fast enough."
Leonard explained with a devious smile, kicking Chuck in the gut, pushing him off of the ship, watching as he fell backwards onto the hard sand. Bomb ran over to the now injured Chuck while he looked up in disbelief as the ship sailed away. The last thing they saw, being Leonards large smile as the door slowly closed.
"No..."
Chuck softly said, tears welling up in his eyes.
"We- we're too late..."
Bomb just hugged him tight with Chuck burying his face into Bombs chest. Red was awoken by the sudden movement of the ship turning, causing him to fall off his bed. Then he noticed the new surroundings of the ship and remembered what had happened. Red looked through his tiny window and could see the beach getting further and further away, along with Chuck and Bomb, who were still sitting on the beach. Red quickly got up and sprinted to the door to leave but it was locked. Red kept jiggling the handle but it still wouldn't budge. Red then tried knocking on it as loudly as he could but still nothing.
"Hey! Open the door!"
Red shouted, still trying his best to somehow open it.

"I'm still on the ship, stop moving!"
Red tried pleading, now banging on the door. Nothing seemed to be working and Red just leaned against the door, falling down to hug his knees.
"Why am i so stupid..."
Red whimpered, feeling helpless. Red only felt hopeless for a short while before he became angry. Red eyed the desk and chair, beside his bed and stood up.
"I'm not going to let some dumb guy control me..."
Red whispered to himself as he walked to the chair and grabbed it. Red picked it up and flinged it right at the door, still nothing. Red huffed as his anger boiled.
"Especially a weirdo who thinks he can just randomly come to an island and do whatever he wants!"
Red shouted, kicking the door, making loud thuds that anyone on that level of the ship could hear, especially Leonard. Red grabbed the chair again and backed up, preparing to throw it again. But before he could the door opened on its own, showing Leonard behind, holding the handle.
"Could you not try to destroy the door, that would be very much appreciated."
Leonard calmly suggested as Red stood there still holding the chair. Red just screamed as he still threw the chair but now at Leonard who swiftly dodged it, turning back at the angered Red.
"Fuck you! You trapped me in here!"
Red screamed as Leonard just sighed a deep breath.
"Will you calm down?"
Leonard asked, reaching his hands out.
"No you listen! Drive me back to bird island now!"
Red demanded, showing no sign of calming down.
"Nope can't sorry."
"Why can't you?!"
"The ships already moving and i have no control over the ship."
Leonard lied, raising his hands up.
"Then I'll do it myself."
Red said, walking towards the door way but stopped as Leonard stretched out his hand to block the entrance. Red just looked at him with fury in his eyes.

"Sorry but i can't let you just leave willy nilly."
Leonard again denied, leaning against the doorway.
"So what? I'm your prisoner?"
Red asked, taking a step back. Leonard just smirked at him with ease.
"No... you're just... under extreme super vision."
Leonard tried to soften, exaggerating his hand gestures. Red just turned around and walked towards the desk with Leonard already knowing what he was going to do.
"Hey now, don't even think about it."
Leonard warned, standing up straight now, but Red just ignored him as he grabbed the desk and prepared to throw it but Leonard was prepared and grabbed a side of the table, basically having a tug of war with Red.
"Let go of it!"
Red screamed, trying to compete with Leonards strength.
"You let go of it!"
Leonard shouted back, eventually able to pull it from Reds hands and throwing it to the side. While Leonard was distracted, Red tried to use that to speed past him but was too late as Leonard turned around and wrapped an arm around Reds neck, not too tightly just tight enough to stop him from running off.
"I'll note not to give you any decorative furniture next time."
Leonard noted to himself as Red squirmed around trying to break free.
"Let me go! You asshole!"
Red screamed, flailing his legs around as his hands were gripping onto Leonards strong arm.
"Alright, if that's what you want."
Leonard replied, letting go of Red and pushed him into a group of soldiers who held tightly on his arms.
"Make sure our is taken care of."
Leonard instructed as the little soldiers moved along, pulling Red with them somewhere.
Chuck and Bomb both ran back to the village to search for judge Peckinpah in hopes he'd know what to do.
"Judge Peckinpah!"
Chuck shouted in urgency as he saw him in the distance. The judge turned around, surprised to see Chuck in such a distressed state.
"Oh yes Chuck? What's worrying you so much?"
"Leonard! He kidnapped Red, we have to go save him!"
Chuck exclaimed with Bomb backing him up.
"Boys, boys. Red isn't apart of this community anymore."
The judge brushed off.
"But Red is our friend!"
Chuck still continued, hoping to change Peckinpahs mind.
"Being friends won't change anything Chuck and they probably were only helping Red, they have been nothing but kind to our village."
Peckinpah insisted, acting displeased with Chucks determination.
"The eggs!"
Someone shouted in the distance. All Chuck, Bomb and Peckinpah looked over to see someone knelt on the ground, holding an empty nest in their hands. Peckinpah was left speechless as he inched towards the nest to see no eggs inside.
"There's no eggs here either!"
Another person shouted with others following behind, all noticing more missing eggs.
"It's gotta be Leonard, it's just too much of a coincidence that the eggs went missing right as Leonard left Bird Island."
Peckinpah just shook his head in denial.
"No, they must of just blew away from the nest, everyone! We must search for the eggs fast and return them back to their nests before it gets too cold!"
The judge declared as everyone scurried around, looking through bushes and holes in hopes to find them.
"Mr Chuck, when you stop accusing our neighbours of Pig Island, then I'll start listening to your concerns."
Judge Peckinpah announces before walking away, leaving Chuck and Bomb by themselves with no way to save Red now.
"What are going to do Chuck?"
Bomb asked. Chuck just stared at the ground, as clueless as Bomb was but determined to find a way.
"We are going to save Red."
Chuck answered, tightening his fists.

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

Art of Mortality
New Synopsis after chapter 56: Long long ago, there was a mortal who despised the gods and envied the immortals. Why do the mortals have to die when the gods wish them to? Why do worlds have to perish when the gods say so? Why do only immortals get to live forever, why not mortals like him? As his family, friends, and his loved one died, he lamented. He wailed, he cried. He cursed the immortals, blasphemed the gods, spat at the heavens. But he was just a mere mortal. His curses were pointless, his blasphemous words were useless, and his spits only returned back to fall on his face. At last, he thought, enough was enough, he would definitely do something about it. He decided that it was time for the multiverse to know what a mortal can do. He was the first mortal to cultivate. Eventually, after a long struggle, he killed the Immortals, enslaved the Gods, and shattered the heavens. He reshaped the multiverse and rewrote his fate. In the end, he reincarnated as he decided upon a grand scheme, a scheme to rule 'All and Always'. He came up with the concept of what is known today as 'Paragon'. And with this, all of reality, 'All and Always', was finally reforming, according to a Mortal's Wish. Synopsis (Old): In the vast and complex multiverse, what can a mortal accomplish? In the grand scheme of things, what can a mortal change? In truth, what is a mortal, and what is mortality? Being mortal is being ordinary, the same as being trash, or so says The World. "No, mortality is an art, and a true mortal is a grand artist. Being the root of all, a mortal can become anything.", says a young mortal boy. Meet Edward Alexander, a mortal boy walking the path against gods and immortals, fighting to the end to rewrite his destiny, and change the grand scheme of things. Can he really change the grand scheme of things? Or maybe he himself is the Grand Schemer? To know the answer, follow Edward Alexnder on his journey to demonstrate the Art of Mortality.*******

Dazai x reader - sleeping beauty
So I've got a lot to say: This is a slowly progressing romance, Dazai x reader of course! Oops spoiler (๑>◡Also, I'm focusing more on the plot/ character development for the time being, so don't expect too much mushy stuff. (I don't paragraph space between quotes in fan fictions or else it would be waaaay too long because I tend to write a lot... so all you grammar nazis, just know I did this intentionally)I had a lot of fun writing it, so I hope you like it!
