《The Sleepless Nights!》Letter to my Satya

My dear Satya,
I've NOT felt even for a single moment that you are a fictional character , and not a real person. Because you are not fiction. You are as real as this independence, today. Not only because your creator , has such effect of her writing on me.
But also because you are the name , you are the face of several unsung heroes who have laid their lives happily for our motherland.
Your patriotism has ignited a new fire in me , a feeling of pride and a sense of responsibility towards this nation.
My hands are trembling while writing this letter and my eyes are moist because it's just not you but many who had shed their blood for our nation.
I don't know if you will be there in the story or not in the upcoming chapters.
But I know that I'll never love any charachter in any of the books from here onwards the way I love you.
If you will live, I would be the happiest person in the whole fandom of 'up' , but God forbid if you didn't make it, my eyes will just shed tears of pride, of patriotism , of gratitude.
Because this independence asks sacrifice.
It's not free. But very very expensive.
And you are brave enough to pay its price.
It's hard to decipher whether I love you more or I'm more proud of you. Because both are same in your case.
All my life I've fret for my career , my future or repented upon my past mistakes.
How I wish , I were a part of this freedom struggle and your life, the way Raimoti is, where I could just love you in my present, with no worry of future and no remorse of past . Just you and me. In each other's arms. Enjoying the time we have left .

In some parallel world , maybe we are together. No matter how stupid this sounds , this thought makes me giddy and fills an enormous thrill in my heart.
We together, in a battlefield, hand in hand , shedding tears and blood.
Against the Britishers , to free our motherland. If this serene would be my death, I'll happily lay down on the pyre of martyrdom for you, for our country.
If we both were to die, I would want to be the first to happily die in your arms with your name on my lips. Because I'll die once then. But without you I would die a thousand painful deaths.
Words are too less to express what I feel for you. You give me vibes of Chandrashekhar Azad. Your hard exterior cannot fool me to hide the soft heart you bore in your chest which pounds in a frenzy for this nation, and for raimoti too.
The hot molten lava blood in your veins that boosts your courage and patriotism is an enchanting drug to my heart. Jai hind! 🇮🇳
I really love you Satyakirth Sen.
With love , with pride,
Your Raimoti ,
(in some beautiful parallel world).

Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by.These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.
