Pulling up to the large bunker doors, you sigh happily "Home sweet home." You comment as you slide out of the back seat.
"I got the bags." Sam says, so Dean helps you inside, you mainly just using him for balance.
He helps you down the stairs and over to the library where he sets you in a chair.
Sam follows closely behind with the bags.
"Want this in your room?" He asks holding up your bag.
"Ugh, please." You reply, throwing your head back.
He nods and begins to walk past you but stops "Keep your-"
You cut him off "Keep your leg elevated, I've got it Sam." You open one eye to look at him.
He smiles and continues on. Using your good foot, you kick over another chair and rest your bad one on it. Dean comes back in holding two plates of food. One apple pie for him, and a cheeseburger for you. He sets the plate in front of you rather loudly to get your attention.
"Where'd Sammy go?" He looks around as he sits.
"To put the bags in our rooms." You grab the cheesburger and take a large bite out of it.
Sam walks back in just in time to see you take the bite "Well thats hot." He mumbles to himself.
You look up at him confused "Ded you thay thumthin?" You ask, the large clump still in your mouth.
"No, did you hear something?" He says nonchalantly.
"I hurd it tu" Dean agreed, his mouth also full.
Sam chuckled "I swear sometimes its almost like your related."
You started laughing, which was a bad idea with a full mouth as you begin choking on your food, swallowing hard. Sam quickly leaned forward and patted your back lightly. Dean looked at Sam, then got up to get you some water.

"You alright?" You cough to get back your voice as Dean comes back with a glass of water.
"Yea, yea just took too big of a bite." Drinking the water, you give yourself a chance to calm down.
"You sure (Y/N)?" Dean asks.
You nod "I'm fine, just need to slow down." Dean and Sam look at each other concerned, then slowly back off.
"So, how's your ankle?" Sam asks.
You chuckle "I'm fine guys, maybe a week or so and I'll be back in the game, alright?" They both nod.
"Well, I found something a few towns over that I want to check out, so you can stay here and I'll call if I need anything." Dean says as he stands.
"What? But we just got back!" You frown.
"Don't worry you still have Sam to run to your rescue." He smirks grabbing his jacket and starting up the stairs.
"Jerk!" You yell.
"Call if you need anything!" Sam calls up the stairs.
Dean shoots him a thumbs up and leaves. Sam looks over to you as you sigh and take another, smaller, bite. You feel his eyes on you and look over to him.
"Everything alright?" He gives you a concerned look as you return a confused one.
"Shouldn't I be the one asking that?" You turn to look at him.
"What do you mean? I've already told you I'm fine."
"Yea physically, but what about mentally?"
You frown. "What's that supposed to mean. Am I supposed to understand that reference because I'm not."
"The dream you had the other night? Where you woke up screaming? You've had the same dream for the last month. Care to explain that?"
You glare at him "That's not something I feel like sharing with the class."

"Well then when will the class get to hear?"
"When I feel like it Sam!" You yell as you stand.
You try to walk away but forgot about your injured leg. In turn, when you step on it, you fall forward into Sam. He catches you and sets you on his lap. You wrap you arms around his neck and laying your head on his shoulder, and begin to cry.
He puts his arms around you and repeats the comforting words from the other night, with added apologies.

All those men with their friendly smiles and hundreds of questions. What was the last movie she watched? What music did she like? What country was she from? If Nasilain could use magic in this world, she would’ve blocked the flow of calcium ions in their jaw muscles just to shut them up. The scientific knowledge she could find on the internet using the free Wi-Fi in one of the local coffee shops forced her to tolerate the occasional interrogation. But even hipsters were better than Seth, the beefy police officer that caught her teleporting. Apparently, she wasn’t allowed to lie to him, which was fine as long as he didn’t ask about the clone. Seth: Seth had seen his share of bad luck. On normal days, it manifested as a shoulder injury that got him discharged from his SEAL team or wounding a civilian while on the police force. But landing in a parallel dimension with elves in neon green pants, a cute mad scientist with magical abilities, and swarms of carnivorous fairies? That was a first. At least Nasilain promised not to use her magic to split atoms. Content warning: This book DOES NOT contain zombie fairies. Everything else is fair game though.
