The dress was beautiful. I ran to my mom and hugged her. "Go try it on." she said. I ran upstairs and tried it on. It was the perfect fit.
It was so cute. I then curled my hair and tied a yellow ribbon on. I heard the gates open and i saw Diana, Ruby, and Anne. I went downstairs and hugged my mom and dad. I hugged them and we went to the Ball. When we arrived the place was so big. "Wow." Ruby said. "It's bigger than Diana's house." I said and we all laughed. When we arrived we saw the boys waiting for us. I went to Charlie and he smiled when he saw me. "Wow, you look beautiful." he said. "Thanks." i said. I looked at Gilbert and he was looking at me and then he looked away. He took my hand and we went inside. Diana, Ruby, Anne, and our dates all sat in the same table. Me and Gilbert sat together. We were all talking. I felt Gilbert hand touch mine and we both held each others hands. I looked at him and he looked at me. I looked down and talked to Charlie. "Hey Y/n do you wanna dance." Charlie asked. "Yeah sure." I said and let go of Gilbert's hand. While we were dancing I saw Gilbert and Anne dancing. he looked at me and i looked at him. Charlie pulled me closer so i put my head on his shoulder. I saw the look in Gilbert's eyes but i couldn't do anything. "Charlie I'm gonna sit down for a while."I said and Charlie went to the snack bar. I sat down and Gilbert sat down beside me. We held hands under the table so no one would know. "I can't do this." I said. "Please just give it a try." gilbert said. "But it hurts too much." i said and a tear went down my cheek. "Please don't cry. If Ruby is really your friend she would be happy for you." he said while wiping the tear on my cheek. "But if a was a good friend then i would have never secretly date you." i said. "Please just give it another try please." he said. "Fine." I said looking at him. "Y/n we have to go." Diana said. "Ok ill be back just wait a minute. I kissed Gilbert in the cheek and nobody saw which was good. I went outside and we all had a sleepover at Diana's. I put on my favourite pjs and we all told romance story and of course Anne's was the best and we also talked about the ball. "So Ruby how was Jerry." Diana asked. "He was such a gentleman. But Gilbert is still better." Ruby said. "Speaking of Gilbert. Anne how was he." Diana asked. When Diana said that I put my head down. "He was really quiet and he kept looking at someone but i didn't know who it was." she said. "Maybe he was looking at Ruby and Jerry." I said and we all laughed. "Anyways how was Charlie Y/n." Ruby asked. "He was such a gentleman when he took my hand when we arrived and he pulled me closer to him when we were dancing." I said trying to sound as happy as i would. "Awww thats so cute." Anne said. "Guys would you ever get mad if one of us ever date your crush." I asked. "I would be fine because i can't force you guys to not like him." Anne said. "Same with Anne." Diana said. "I would of course be mad. But it also depends on which crush. If its Gilbert I would be a little." She said. "Oh." I said. "Guys lets bake cookies for the boys tomorrow because they are fixing Ruby's house." Diana said. "That would be a fantastic idea." Anne said. "Maybe i could see Gilbert." Ruby said and we all laughed and went to sleep.

Sanctuary
A girl searching for someone. A boy who lost his memories. A man from another world. A woman trying to prove her worth. Follow along as this unlikely group of people join forces to help each other accomplish their own goals in this non-epic fantasy adventure. Fair Warning: This fiction contains many of the well-known light novel tropes, though I try to give them my own spin. If you’re tired of them by now, you might want to keep away. There are no demon lords however, nor any end-of-the-world cataclysm situation that only the MC can solve. This story is more about different people coming together and helping each other out to achieve their own goals and objectives.

Dauntless: Origins
Snow white hair, blue eyes, pale. Devil, monster, mutt, failure. This story follows one Tyr Faeron, crown prince, heir primus and mass murderer. A wrathful, angry, and lost young man that has made it his goal to hunt down the men that killed his mother - and he is on the cusp of finishing the promise he'd made before her cairn stones so many years ago. On the surface he is duplicitous, whimsical, and base of cunning - but within the depths beyond the many masks he wears, something is waiting. Waiting for an end, the end he'd come to long for, whether it be to himself or any possible threats in his vicinity. After that long labor of vengeance is completed... Nobody knows, not even him - an arrogant and otherwise solitary individual with nothing in the way of friends - only the brothers of the blackguard who follow him through life as he pursues this mission. He was born a prince, but he'd be called a disappointment - failing to manifest the great power that he was born to before being summarily discarded by his father, a 250 year old 'primus'. That word again... Men who can shatter mountains and level cities, that's what he was supposed to be. Some call them demi-gods, all Tyr sees is a poor excuse for a parent. Time had made him bitter, cruel, and arguably psychotic - seeing only enemies wherever he looks. They'd come for him, too, one day - to wipe the slate clean and make room for another - and it's his conviction to ensure that he dies while taking as many of those rats with him. This is a story about finding acceptance, growth, and understanding - from the point of view of a cold and brutal individual who wears many masks. Of someone who was born to be the greatest emperor the eastern continent has ever seen - but he failed in that. Strong, yes, but only in the context of a man - Tyr's magic is weak. His convictions are weak. He has been made a beast of instinct by loss and a constant confronting of his own impotency in the face of his father. A mythos that stretches across planes, of magic, a pantheon of cruel gods. Of someone who's dedicated his entire mind to the art of killing a man, and none to living a normal childhood or coming to understand friendship, empathy, or compassion. The first five years of his life a mystery, a hole none have ever been willing to fill, leaving him warped and twisted. His formative years gone and what must've been most of his humanity along with it. Now 17, he is on the cusp of leaving the city he'd never been permitted to leave for what might be the first time in his life. Always searching, though he won't know what for, for some time. An episodic that follows experience and symbolism rather than a never ending series of battles - where the conflict lay in constantly searching for wholeness in lieu of great villains or heroes. This is where it all started, the origin, the tale told a million times - and yet it hadn't been, 'reality' is tricky like that. The greatest lie ever told by the tongue that speaks is that any of this was real at all.

Ten Thousand Sallys
Imagine waking up in a hospital room, you can barely move. No one comes when you call. The only other person present is a little boy, who is, surprisingly, more help than you would expect. What would you do? This is the exact situation Sally finds herself in. Almost immediately she discovers that nothing is what she thinks it is. Not the boy, not the hospital, maybe not even herself. She is in deep trouble and the consequences will be dire if she can’t find a way out. She is a fighter, though, and just doesn't quit. As a baseline human, she starts as the lowest of the low and has to claw her way up in spite of being tangled in a shifting web of schemes and plots. She has to do her best, and maybe her best is pretty good. As Sally uncovers more about her situation, she finds that she has to be smart and tough and that in this place she needs to depend on her friends, who are using her as much as she is using them. This book contains themes concerning life, death, and body functions, light swearing, minimal nakedness, and should be suitable for most. Some pertinent info: Ten Thousand Sallys is a complete novel of approximately 140 pages in 20 chapters. Around 80,000 words. not too long, and maybe too short. Give it a read and let me know your opinion.
