《Rise of the Dark Council (Star Wars x Male Sith Reader)》Chapter 11: Pillaging the Mining Guild

Y/N POV
I sat in Darth Vader's old meditation chamber on Vjun. On the screen in front of my was none other than TZ-81. In case you may have forgotten, he was a T-Series Tactical Droid I encountered on Malastare, recently he became commanding officer of one of the main fleets in our ranks.
You see, recently we received word that an organization affiliated with the Empire known as the Mining Guild, had come across a powerful Sith artifact known as the scepter of Ragnos.
If the intel I had was correct, the scepter would be transported to Coruscant via a heavily guarded Freighter, and this was the perfect opportunity for me to acquire a relic that could be of great use to me in my war effort.
After TZ had filled me in on the information, I spoke up. "Very well, while the Revenged takes out it's Tie Fighter supports, I shall lead a squad of troopers on board the ship, find this scepter and then we should be in business. Though, I'm certain that it won't be that easy, it never is."
TZ spoke up. "Using your own soldiers won't be necessary, I contacted a crime syndicate known as the Black Sun and they have loaned you two BX Commando Droids for this assignment. Let them aboard the ship and you shall have that scepter."
I was still skeptical about the entire idea and I wasn't too thrilled allying with criminals like the Black Sun, even if it WAS only for this one endeavor.
"I will still be going along, I don't trust criminals. And where are these Commando Droids I was promised?"
As if on cue the door opened behind me as I slowly rotated in the meditation chamber. Sure enough, behind me were two BX Commando Droids accompanied by one of my own troopers who said "Sir, these droids showed up, apparently they were hired to assist you with a task."

I addressed the droids "So you were the ones that were dispatched? I expect great things from you. Follow me." I didn't say another word as I stood up and walked out of my main room which had several of Praetorians, which were basically soldiers wearing the armor I stole from Zakuul.
Timeskip...
The Revenged pulled out of lightspeed at the coordinates where we knew the Freighter would be, and sure enough, there it was. So far, the intel had been surprisingly accurate.
Image of the Mining Guild Freighter (A YV-865 Aurore Class Freighter):
One of the officers turned to me before asking "What should we do now my lord?" I responded without even facing him "Fire a few blasts at them, just let them know we're here." The officer responded "Yes sir."
With that, the Revenged fired several shots at the Freighter, as I anticipated, it's shields protected it from taking any significant damage. And sure enough, soon the freighter sent out some personalized Mining Guild Tie Fighters in retaliation.
Image of a Mining Guild Tie Fighter:
I turned to one of the other officers before ordering "Scramble all of our fighters, I want those Tie Fighters blown to pieces!" Without a word my own fighters were released and all attacked the incoming Tie Fighters.
I then turned to the Commando Droids and said "You two, follow me." The nodded as we walked out of the bridge, to the hangar and found my starfighter. We instantly all got in it and took off.
In the midst of the battle between the fighters, we travelled under the freighter before I activated the boarding tube. If my calculations were correct, we would be able to sneak aboard through some piping on the exterior that lead inside.

Sure enough, I was actually RIGHT, to be honest I was quite surprised. As me and the Commando Droids navigated through the ship until we were eventually attacked by Rodians wearing the Mining Guild insignia and wielding blasters.
Image of a Mining Guild Guard:
Fighting through these guards was easy work, however it was a little too easy and my suspicions raised the further we went.
My suspicions ended up actually being proven RIGHT. Because after a long search and eventually interrogating the person in charge, we actually found out that the scepter had already been delivered to Coruscant.
With that information in my possession, I returned to my Starfighter with full intention of returning to the Revenged and heading contact the Council. However then IT happened.
I don't know how to describe it. But the best I could say is that I was seemingly transported to another plane of existence.
And soon I would find out exactly who was responsible for bringing me here! Let's just say, it was a meeting which was long overdue.
Author's Note: That's it for this chapter. I may not update this story tonight, however tomorrow I think will be a good chapter. We're actually coming to the finale of this book as well, there will be a few more chapters though about four more at least. Anyway, I really hope you liked the chapter and as always, thanks for reading.

After the Long Burn
After the longest exodus in human history, a terrible accident threatens to turn the salvation of humanity into its most desperate struggle for survival. From the ashes of calamity rises a new human story. A frustrated scientist dedicates her life to recreating the Earth in alien soil, while another is gunned down for his sin and sets off a chain of events culminating in a desperate escape across the void for an opportunity at redemption. Around a distant moon a deep space miner stumbles onto a secret, the key to which lies buried inside his own tortured mind. After the Long Burn is an anthology of short science fiction stories set in the distant Ionad System. Author's Note: I thought I might try something a little different with this story. Rather than one story, it is six stories of varying length, each taking a slightly different perspective to tell a larger story. Some are more actioney, others more cerebral but I hope there will be something for everyone. Stories over 7000 words, with the exception of the titular After the Long Burn, will be published in two parts. I anticipate an upload schedule of one part every other day.

The book of forever
An experimental diary of sorts recounting my life and experiences, written as a slightly whimsical scifi story about setting off from the past to unknown lands, rebuilding from nothing and finding myself again. The first section of the book contains matched chapters, a chapter for a interlude, both happening at the same time roughly The second section of the book contains more one off stories as we follow one of the travelers explore their heart as well as a unknown land, growing in the process. All of the text here was written in 10 syllable chunks, this reads like a epic of sorts, just with more philosophical focus and POV jumps. Hope you enjoy! >Updates may be sporadic as I only write when I have something about myself I want to share The chapters can all be read individually, although there may be some crossovers between them they work as single poems. You start at whatever chapter you want since these are a collection of roughly connected poems (although you'll notice tie ins and references to eachother)
