We are helping out in the magic shop and Jake and Sam are wearing aprons.

Jake: "Is today Mother's Day?"

Sam: "Yeah, that's right. Every Mother's Day, me and my brothers promise my mom we won't fight for the whole day."

Jake: "By now we would be getting ready for the game right about now."

Felix: "My dad always tells me and my brother to make a card and then my brother always gives my mom the card and she cries. Stop distracting me. This is our only protection against the demon and it's broken."

Jake: "Yeah, thanks Sam."

Sam: "I was possessed."

Phoebe: "Did you find Alice's spell? She's your best chance to defeat the demon."

I bring tea out for Phoebe and Felix as Felix yawns.

Andy: "Is she that powerful?"

Phoebe: "Yup. I don't know what's taking you so long Felix."

Felix: "I stayed up all night."

Andy: "Hey Jake, where did you put the brush and pan thing?"

We look up when Jake doesn't answer and none of us see him.

Andy: "Oh, great."

Sam: "Weren't we all suppose to stick together?"

Phoebe: "Well technically without the talisman, why bother?"

Sam: "I was possessed, alright."

Felix: "Guys, the demon could be back at any time."

Andy: "And Jake's on his own."

Ember: "Then I guess we have to go after him. What a waist of perfectly good tea."

Felix and I grab our bags and the 4 of us leave the shop to find Jake.

Sam: "What are we gonna do if the demon comes back? We barely escaped last time when it was my girlfriend and she's a pacifist."

Andy: "Even though she was smaller, demon Mia was stronger and faster than demon Roland. The demon is definitely evolving."

Sam: "You never have good news do you."

Felix: "Well the good news is that every time we defeat it, it takes a while to get it's strength back."

Sam: "How long is a while?"

Felix: "Not very long."

Andy: "I wonder how it will change next."

Felix: "I don't wanna know."

Sam spins and says, "Break dance." as if it's funny.

Ember: "That would be one freaky demon."

Sam: "Where would Jake go?"

Felix: "I don't know. What about his mom's place?"

Andy: "Anyone know where Bates lives?"

Then we hear clapping and Sam sees his mom.

Ember: "Don't worry Sam, you will be with her again soon."

They talk about their moms' sausages and I laugh when Felix says his mom's sausages are awful, but he eats them anyway.

Ember: "My butler would make them and my mom took credit for it on Mother's Day and we would pretend we believed her, but we all knew she couldn't cook. Of course that's only when she was actually around."

They all go to get a sausage from their moms and then their moms almost collapse and someone says to call an ambulance. I walk over to them.

Ember: "What happened?"

Felix: "There's something wrong with all of them."

Sam: "What is it?"

Andy: "The sausages?"

Felix: "Demon attack."

We all run back to Phoebe's shop and run into the shop while yelling her name.

Andy: "Something's happening to our moms, they're really sick."

Felix: "First it's bees, then the dogs, and then the demons attack our moms."

Sam: "On Mother's Day, it's pure evil."

Phoebe: "Okay guys, let's hit the books."

We go into the back room and pull out a bunch of books.

Andy: "They all had rashes on their arms, like they were fighting something toxic."

Felix: "There's nothing in here about the demon attacking blood kin. "

Phoebe: "Did the rash have a spiral pattern?"

Andy: "Definitely not."

Phoebe: "Then it may not be the restoring demon."

Felix: "You're right. What other demon could it be? Is there a banishment spell in here?"

Andy: "What if it's not a demon?"

Felix: "What else would it be?"

Andy: "This has been happening since we first came here. Every time we're around our moms."

Felix: "My mom started sneezing when she saw me."

Sam: "Yeah, my mom's had that rash before."

Andy: "It's like our moms' have become allergic to us."

Sam: "Magic hay fever. Bummer."

Felix: "What do we do?"

Phoebe: "Magic antihistamine."

I hold Felix's arm to try to keep him calm. I know how hard this is for all of them, but when my mom was gone all the time, I dealt with it 24/7.

Andy: "Of course, if our mothers are allergic to us, it's because we shouldn't be here. We're like foreign bodies to them. But what if we can connect to them with magic, so we don't seem foreign to them anymore."

Felix: "Like magical inoculation. Genius."

Andy: "Really?"

Felix: "Really. We need a spell."

I let go of his arm while he goes through a book.

Andy: "Don't we need the talisman to work?"

Felix: "Not necessarily. I mean, if we can find another object with magical properties,"

I leave the room, because this time it has nothing to do with me and the mom subject and Mother's day, is just too much of a sensitive topic to me. I finish up the cleaning that the boys did not finish around the shop. Then the boys come out and Felix pulls me along with him.

Ember: "Where are we going?"

Felix: "To save our mothers. You're with me."

Felix and I run to his house.

Felix: "I need to find things that my mom had in our world and this world."

Ember: "Alright."

While we are searching for things, I feel as if I'm being watched. When I turn around to see if someone is watching me, I don't see anything, so I shrug away the feeling and keep searching.

Felix: "Alright, I found something, now we need to meet up with the others at the hospital."

Ember: "Okay."

We rush to the hospital and we see Sam and Andy.

Felix: "Did you find something?"

Andy: "I got this."

Sam: "I got 4 things, cause I got confused."

Felix: "Pick one."

Ember: "Where's Jake?"

Sam: "I don't know."

Felix: "Well we need to find him or the spell won't work."

We call Phoebe to find Jake and go into the hospital in the room next to all of their moms.

Felix: "Maybe we can find another spell."

Andy: "We don't have time for another spell."

Then the door opens and Jake and Phoebe come in. Then Phoebe closes the door.

Sam: "What took you so long?"

Jake: "I got it."

Phoebe: "Let's not get interrupted."

Phoebe pulls out a magical item and puts it on the table. They each share why they brought each item and put the items together.

Felix: "Okay, everyone hold hands."

I grab Felix's left hand and Jake's right hand.

Felix: "Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Aether, Upon this tablet, I invoke thee, Your strength, Your power to heal, while this tablet remains in hand, our mothers shall be safe throughout this land."

There is a golden glow and then Felix faints and I kneel beside him.

Ember: "Felix!"

Andy: "He's fainting."

Jake and I help him up and then we all run out to the window where their mothers are waking up. They are all healed. Felix pulls me into his side as he hugs me and we all walk out very happy that their mothers are okay. We go back to Phoebe's magic shop and on the way there, Sam and I help Felix walk. When we get to the shop, we put him in the bed to sleep. I put a blanket on him and kiss his cheek.

Sam: "Hey Ember, are you and Felix a couple now?"

Ember: "Yes."

Jake: "It's about time."

Then Jake realizes something.

Jake: "How come your mom wasn't effected?"

Andy: "Come to think of it, earlier when we were talking about our moms with the sausages, you only talked about yours in past tense."

Ember: "My mom and dad died 2 years ago, but even before that, she was never around much. My sister and I tell everyone that they are on business trips all the time to convince ourselves and make us feel better. I'm just happy I could help save your mothers."

Sam: "Thanks, Ember."

They give me a group hug and Sam makes toast for Felix. When Felix wakes up, Sam hands him the toast. I sit next to him and put my arms around his waist. He puts the plate down and puts his arm around me.

Jake: "Could it happen again?"

Phoebe: "I think your moms are safe for now, thanks to you boys."

Felix: "But the demon will be back. More powerful than before."

Sam: "Thanks for that. I definitely won't be having any nightmares now."

Felix bends down to get something from his bag.

Felix: "Has anyone seen my diary?"

Andy: "You mean your book of shadows. Interesting reading."

Andy has his diary.

Felix: "Give it back."

Andy: "Didn't you say that every spell a witch casts can be found in their book of shadows?"

Phoebe: "Yeah Felix, didn't you say that?"

Felix: "I didn't mean to do it."

Jake: "Didn't mean to do what, Felix?"

Sam: "Hey don't gang up on him. He saved the day, alright."

Sam sits on Felix's other side.

Andy: "After he put us in danger in the first place."

Sam: "What? What happened?"

Sam gets up and goes to Andy's side to see the diary.

Andy: "Know how we're here because of a magical event?"

Sam: "Yeah"

Andy: "Felix is that event."

Sam: "What?"

Felix looks down.

Felix: "I'm really, really sorry."

I look at the guys and then back at Felix.
