We are all huddled up and Andy keeps repeating "There's no such thing as ghosts." 

Jake: "What was that?"

Andy: "In a storm like this, it could be anything."

Felix: "This is no storm."

Andy: "What do you mean?"

Felix: "There's something out there. You saw it."

Sam: "Well, maybe Andy was right. Maybe it's just the wind."

Ember: "This is too freaky to be the wind."

All of a sudden, the door flies open and the wind stops. Then it slams shut and the wind starts up again.

Sam: "This is so messed up."

Jake: "Never thought I'd say this, but I'm kinda glad you guys are here. "

Andy: "If we do die, I'm glad we had this."

Sam: "Had what?"

Andy: "An adventure."

Ember: "If I die, I just want you to know, I'm glad I got to meet all of you. And you guys are the closest thing I've ever had to friends."

The wind keeps roaring away, and we end up putting the heater and the lamp in front of us.

Sam: "I just want to go home."

I don't know how or when, but we somehow managed to fall asleep. I wake up to Felix telling Andy to wait and then I hear the door open.

Ember: "Are we dead?"

Sam: "Not yet."

Andy: "Guys, you might wanna see this."

We get up and go outside to see what Andy is referring to.

Ember: "What's with the spiral?"

Felix: "This isn't good."

Jake kicks a part of it.

Felix: "Don't do that."

Jake: "What's the big deal? Stuff gets knocked around in a storm."

Sam: "Yeah, knocked around, sure."

Andy: "It looks like trails or markings, some kind of large animal."

Jake: "What's the biggest thing around here? Wombats, Wallabies, drunk townies?"

Andy: "A panther, from the bush. That explains the howling."

Felix mutters "Genius" sarcastically. I roll my eyes at their stupidity and go back into the shed. I lay on my blowup mattress, pull my comforter over me and cuddle my body pillow. Then I hear Sam yell, "Felix wait up, I'm coming too!"

Ember: "Finally, peace and quiet."

I snuggle up to my body pillow and fall asleep for a couple minutes. When I wake up, I look at my lyrics and then grab the guitar I got yesterday. I play a few cords as I think of a new composition for the song. As I come up with the composition, I take notes and write it down in my music journal.

Ember: "Why am I having so much trouble here? I need to relax."

I get changed into my bathing suit and go to the creek. When I get there, I jump into the deep part and just float and swim around for a bit while clearing my mind. Maybe with my brother alive, I have to be near him in order to get my inspiration back. Afterall, I always did think that he became my angel of music when he died and my parents had me and Madison.

I get out of the water and put my towel on my shoulders. When I get back to the shack, I see Felix holding something and doing some movements.

Ember: "Hey Felix, what are you doing?"

Felix: "Some protection spells."

Ember: "Cool. Hey Sam."

Sam: "Hey Ember. Why are you in a bikini? And where were you?"

Ember: "Well, you guys left me here, so I decided to go swimming and just relax for a bit. But now I'm hungry."

Sam: "I'm starved. Where are you going for food?"

Ember: "I bought poptarts yesterday. I'm just hoping you guys haven't eaten all of them, along with the other snacks."

Sam: "Cool."

I walk in and see Jake and Andy trying to make a bed.

Ember: "Oh, I should probably go back to the store and get another bed for you guys."

Jake: "That would be helpful."

Ember: "Should I get a twin bed for each of you, or a queen bed and a full bed and you 4 could share the queen beds?"

Andy: "Depends on the price."

Sam: "I would prefer my own bed."

Ember: "We also have to think about what would fit in here."

Jake: "True."

Andy: "I suggest, you get one queen size and one twin or full size. You get the smaller one and the guys and I will share, because you are the one getting it."

Sam: "Yeah, that seems fair."

Jake: "Sam and I can share one."

Ember: "Just don't pop them then."

I start drying my hair with the towel and put it on the ground. Then I grab my clothes.

Ember: "Sam or Jake, throw my comforter over me please."

Jake: "Sure."

Jake throws it over me and I get changed. As I'm getting change, I can hear Andy coming up with a reason why we are here. It sounds ridiculous to me. 

Sam: "You're an idiot."

Andy: "I'm an idiot, watch this."

Even though I don't have my shirt on yet, I take the comforter off and watch Andy run out.

Ember: "What is he doing?"

Jake: "Let's look and find out."

We go to the door and watch Andy run into a tree.

Sam: "That's some pretty conclusive evidence."

Jake: "Go easy on him. He's having a hard day."

Ember: "He really is an idiot."

I put my shirt on while Felix is looking confused between us and Andy. Andy runs back to us. 

Andy: "It has to be something that would really shock us."

Andy runs off.

Jake: "I think we better follow him."

They start walking and I grab my wallet and run to Felix's side.

Ember: "I'll go to the store after I make sure Andy is okay."

Felix, Sam, Jake, and I walk behind a running Andy.

Jake: "Where are you going you nut job?"

Andy: "Something high or fast, a train, that'll do it."

Sam: "But the train hasn't run in years."

Andy looks at his watch and then at us.

Andy: "But the school bus runs everyday."

Then he runs off. We look at each other and then realize what he means and start running after him. I seem to be the first to realize it though.

Ember: "Wait, Andy stop!"

Jake: "Oh no."

When we finally catch up, we see Andy and Ellen on the ground with the school bus pulled to the side of the road.

Sam: "Are you alright?"

Jake: "What happened?"

Ember: "You idiot, I told you to stop."

Felix: "Are you hurt?"

Ellen: "You just saved my life."

Sam pulls Andy up and we run off to get out of there. Once we are in the woods, I separate from them and walk to the store. I grab a cart and go to the blow up mattress area. I get a queen size and a full size, both with built in pumps. Then I go to the food area and get 2 boxes of poptarts, a box of granola bars, a bag of ice, a rolling cooler, and a variety pack of gatorade. Then I go to the register.

Cashier: "Your total is $144.10."

Ember: "Here, keep the change."

I give him $145. I put all of the stuff into the cooler once I am out of the store. Now I have $4,169 left. As I am walking to the woods, Sean runs up to me.

Sean: "Hey, Ember."

Ember: "Oh, hi Sean. What are you doing here?"

Sean: "Well, I was just walking around and saw you with a cooler full of stuff. Do you need any help with that?"

Ember: "Thanks, but I'm fine."

Sean: "Why do you have so much stuff?"

Ember: "I'm camping with my cousins for a few days. They are back at the campsite. I should go before they come looking for me."

Sean: "Okay, hey, when you get enrolled, find me and I'll give you that tour of the school."

Ember: "Okay. Thank you Sean."

He leaves and I go back to the shack. When I get there, none of them are even here.

Ember: "Again guys. Really?"

I blow up the mattresses and put their comforters and pillows on the beds. Then I dump the ice into the cooler and put some of the gatorade and the soda from the previous night in it. I grab one of the red and drink it as I listen to my music and lay on my bed. Finally Sam, Jake, and Andy return.

Ember: "Finally you're back."

Sam: "Awesome, you got the stuff."

Ember: "Yeah, you guys owe me big time."

Andy: "We will thank you later."

Jake: "You even set up the beds."

Ember: "No biggie. Just try not to pop the beds."

All of a sudden, Felix and Oscar run in with bees chasing them. I quickly get back to back with everyone as we try to kill all of the bees. Felix is talking to Oscar throughout all of it. Then Felix goes under a table and a couple seconds later, the bees just disappear.

Andy: "Woah"

Sam: "Where's Felix?"

Ember: "Under the table."

They pull the blanket off the table.

Jake: "Coming out to accept the most useless chicken award?"

Sam: "D- for participation freak."

Felix: "You seem to have it under control."

Andy: "They just left."

Oscar: "What are you talking about? Felix's magic spell saved us."

Jake: "Oscar, he hid under the desk."

I sigh and lay on my bed"Guys relax." as they leave Felix alone. 

They sit down and each grab a gatorade as Oscar and Felix leave. I grab 2 gatorades and run after them.

Ember: "Felix!"

They turn back to look at me.

Felix: "What is it, Ember?"

I kiss his cheek.

Ember: "Thank you for getting rid of the bees. I know you were the biggest help and you are not a chicken."

I hand Oscar a gatorade and then give one to Felix.

Felix: "Thanks, Ember."

Oscar: "Are you two a thing?"

Felix: "No, I think Ember is Aether also known as void. No one every really notices her in school, but she's always there."

Ember: "I'll see you when you get back."

Felix: "Okay."

I go back to the shack and lay on my bed.

Ember: "So what do you guys want to do?"

Sam: "Take a break from all of this weird shit going on."
