《Little Thief (Black Butler G/T)》Chapter Forty-three

Kadence stared at the ceiling above her, her emerald eyes wide. Small beads of sweat ran down her face, leaving streaks that dried up almost instantly with how red-hot she felt. She lay there, warm flesh beneath her and a soft cloth she used a sheet wrapped tightly around her nude body.
Sebastian gazed down at the redhead on his bare chest, his own face sweating and causing his black locks to stick to his skin. "You appear to be at a loss for words," he murmured, a purr in his tone. "I'll admit, I'm surprised at you. For someone so small you're quite...talented in this category. You are positive you've never done this before?"
Kadence felt her face flush further at the demon's praise. "S-Sebastian. Th-That's not necessary. I-I'm already trying to wrap my head around this. I'm positive. I-I've never laid with someone my own size, let alone had to figure out how to care for a human's needs."
"Mmm. My darling, I am no human, and I still say you did simply splendid. Of course, we didn't just focus on my own needs, now, did we?" A smirk grew on his lips, and one of his fingers slid up to delicately trace her small body beneath the handkerchief he'd lent her. "I was quite right to crave you."
"Stop...y-you're ruining the moment with words," she squeaked, her spine shivering at the touch. He knew what he was doing. Everything he'd done to her in that moment of passion was experienced. She'd only done well on him because he'd guided her along.
"If you think you need more practice," Sebastian chuckled and opened his mouth to continue, interrupted by harsh knocking on the door and it swung open.
Kadence let out a soft squeak of embarrassment but was relieved when Sebastian's hands moved to help shield her body from any prying eyes. He too was covered, but he was less worried about his own dignity than Kadence's. She was already unsure of the situation, he didn't need anyone frightening her off.

Alois stood in the doorway, staring the two of them down. His blue eyes drifted back and forth between the two, taking in their appearances, their faces. It wasn't hard to tell what he'd just interrupted. A soft chuckle escaped his throat, but then it turned into a loud laugh.
"Y-You should see the looks on your faces! Ciel tried calling several times, so we assumed something was wrong! B-But no, here you are, all cuddled up together after getting off, eh?" He needed to wipe tears from his eyes, a hand clasping his healing wound as it hurt him to move too harshly. "I-I never took you for the type, Kadence."
"Alois," Kadence scowled, her face burning hotter than ever as she hid behind her demon's hands. "You're being very rude. We talked about this."
Alois's wide grin slowly faded and he closed his eyes. "Sorry...when...when Claude, and the triplets were still around I was so used to saying and doing whatever I wanted. Hannah has been helping me. I can't help it sometimes."
"Alois, dear, I don't blame you but," Kadence gestured to herself and Sebastian. "We'd like to be alone. Can't you just let Ciel know we're busy? We'll be-" she was interrupted when one of Sebastian's fingers poked under the handkerchief at her and she squeaked, trying to swat it away so she could keep talking. "Y-You bastard, knock it off! I-I'm trying to-" the finger prodded at her again and she got the hint. "A-Alois, go!" She giggled, waving her hand at the boy.
Alois understood now and swiftly left the room, shutting the door tight behind him. He was happy for her. Happy for Sebastian even. According to Claude and the ruby-eyed butler both demons spent eons alone without anyone loving them, or to love themselves. And Kadnece had been alone all her life. He bit his lip before giggling, covering his mouth with his hands in an attempt to silence himself. He wouldn't lie, the Borrower's expression was simply adorable and priceless. But he had to remind himself he couldn't act out anymore. He had to get better.

"I didn't even know the blonde pest was here," Sebastian grumbled, his fingers longingly and delicately stroking Kandence's hair, playing with her long red strands. He didn't mean the word. He was simply irritated at the interruption and Kadence knew that so she didn't bother scolding him.
"I should get dressed. We should both get dressed." Kadence stood on Sebastian's chest with the cloth wrapped loosely around her. However, his hands moved from playing with her hair to scooping her into his palm. He sat himself up and growled in a low, playful way.
"Who says I'm done with you?" Sebastian grinned, cocking his head to the side as he leaned forward to press his lips gently against her small body, tracing her skin with them. "It's over when I say so."
Kadence, laying on her back in his hand closed her eyes and groaned contently as his warm lips ran across some sensitive parts of her body. If it were anyone else, the statement would sound controlling, abusive even. But she knew him. She knew he had his own instincts. And while he may have sounded a tad bit frightening, he'd stop if she really wanted him to.
Sebastian's tongue left his mouth, teasingly tracing the outside of her thighs, making its way inward. He would. He'd stop, if she asked.
But that wasn't about to happen.

In Pursuit of Bark's Finest
On the frontiers of transhumanity’s expansion into the galaxy thousands of light years from the light of Sol, things can get rather chaotic. There are countless millions of nascent interstellar nations securing their interests, pirate ships prospering off plunder and deniable mercenary work, dissidents setting up their own civilizations, and other groups all trying to push an agenda. When these groups crash into each other, the results can become extremely messy and convoluted. Recently, a frontier nation calling itself the Red Star Union has found itself at the focal point of one such complication. A freighter under their protection has been sabotaged, hijacked in interstellar space, and robbed of its cargo. This would be bad enough even if all it were carrying was luxury goods, but the freighter Nebula Plow was carrying more than just normal trade goods. Indeed, her cargo of Non-Orientable Wormholes for use in starship power plants was both very expensive and very, very dangerous. Now the Red Star Union has to worry about a pirate crew running around with several extra devices capable of converting matter into antimatter with negligible energy cost. With those, the pirates could be capable of inflicting untold damage if allowed to leverage their ill-gotten gains into a stronger position, a possibility the Union finds completely intolerable. Unfortunately, all that the Red Star Union has to go on for evidence is two names; that of the captain, and that of the ship. The Captain is going by the possible pseudonym of Fuller, while the ship is named Bark’s Finest. And thus the orders came down to the Union’s Bureau of Starforce Intelligence: find more information on these pirates, conclusively identify them, and figure out where exactly they’ve gone to ground so that the fleet can crush them before they get established. Of the many agents that the bureau assigned to this mission, one would happen to play an important role: Field Agent Madeline Zargosty. This is her story. This story is entirely pre-written, and will have one chapter released per week. If you want to read it all ahead of schedule and get access to some premium-exclusive bonus content, the entire book is available for purchase; links to the appropriate storefront pages will be posted at the end of each chapter.
