《She's My Submissive》20

My eyes flutter open to the sight of Emily asleep next to me. Her arm is draped over my waist, the blanket covering her naked body including mine. My lips form into a smile as her nose scrunches up in her sleep. I never really took the time to admire how beautiful Emily really is.
I'm so lucky to have her in my life. She came at a time I needed someone the most. She helped me get away from my biological father. The person who abused me constantly. The one who let his friend rape me...
Sickness over whelms me, making me run to the bathroom just in time to let all my food up from last night. The thought of what he did to me still sickens me to this day.
"Babe, you okay?" Emily comes in behind me with a robe wrapped around her to cover herself. She bends down and pulls my hair back.
"I just feel shaky and uneasy." I place my hand over my stomach, as I breathe in slow.
"Do you need to go see a doctor?" I can hear the concern in her voice.
"No." I shake my head, slowly standing up with the help of Emily. "I just need to lay down for a little bit."
"If you start to feel any worse, I'm taking you." She holds my hand, to steady me as we walk back to our bed.
"I'm fine, Em." I lay back down, pulling the blanket over myself. I close my eyes whenever Emily places her lips on my forehead.
---
"Are you sure I am not over reacting?" I ask Hanna, as we sit in the kitchen downstairs from Alison who has been asleep for a little over two hours.
"It's normal for you to want to be cautious about her and her pregnancy." Hanna gives me a soft smile. "But she is going to have these moments where she does not feel that good. It takes a toll on a woman."
"I just never been in this situation before. I don't even know if I will even be a good parent for this child." I look down at my hands. The thought of me being a parent to this tiny little baby, terrifies me as the day comes closer to him or her being born.

"You will be a great parent, Em. It will come to you as the days go on." She reassures me. "The baby is going to be loved and cared for by everyone. She's going to be so spoiled." Hanna's hand immediately goes up to cover her mouth.
"She?" I stand up, a smile breaking through. "We are having a girl?!"
"I wasn't supposed to say anything." Hanna smacks herself on the forehead. But I don't care. Excitement over comes me at the news.
"I'm having a daughter?" Tears form in my eyes. I can't believe it..
"You're having a daughter." Hanna states with excitement. "How long have you been holding this in?"
"A few hours." She shrugs her shoulders. "The doctor called me this morning with the news. I told Alison I knew but she said she wanted to wait. So you can not tell her I told you!"
"No promises!" I pace around. "I have to start getting things for her. She's going to be here in a little over four months!"
----
"Em?" I stand up from the bed, taking it easy so I don't faint or fall. I don't know how long I have been asleep. I feel a little better than what I did earlier. "Babe?" I walk down stairs to it being empty. I guess she left.
Sighing, I walk over to the fridge and grab a bottle of water.
"Long time, no see." I immediately turn around to see my biological dad standing there with a smug look on his face. My heart drops to the pit of my stomach. Tears form in my eyes in fear of him.
I haven't seen him since that night he let his friend rape me.
I slowly walk backwards, trying to stay far away from him as much as possible. Where is Emily? Please tell me she is on her way back.
"What do you want?" I try to stand my ground, but my voice comes out shaky. I am in no shape to try and fight him if he comes at me. I don't want my baby to get hurt..

"I just wanted to stop by to see my girl." My stomach turns weak at the sound of him calling me that. It takes everything in me to not snap at him. The last thing I need is him to get angry with me.
"How did you get in here?" My eyes never move away from him. I don't want him to try to do anything to me.
"Your friend, what was her name? Hanna, I believe." His lips form into a smile. "She's not much of a fighter."
"What did you do to her?!" Tears form in my eyes at the thought of something bad happening to Hanna because of me.
"She's a smart girl." He slowly walks around the counter, so I walk the other way around to stay away from him. "It didn't take her long to figure out who I was."
"What do you want!" I finally snap, as I begin to feel sick all over again. My heart rate speeds up as everything around me fades in and out.
"Careful. You don't want to stress out too much." His eyes look down at my stomach. "It can't be good for the baby."
I place my hand over my stomach, protective instinct taking over me.
"Relax, I didn't come here to hurt you or the child. I was just simply coming by to see my daughter. After all, you are carrying my grandchild." I shake my head as my emotions heighten. "I'll be sticking around. I can't wait to see what my grandchild looks like."
My vision starts to blur as he walks closer to me. I feel my feet move but at the same time, I feel weightless. I try my best to stay standing but my legs give out from under me before I hit the kitchen floor hard.
***
"Alison!" I feel something shaking me but I can't seem to move or even respond to whoever is calling my name. "Alison, wake up!" I feel myself being picked up and placed into a pair of strong arms.
"Hang in there Ali."
"We need to get her to the doctor now! She's not responding."
"I should have never left her alone."
"It's not your fault." I hear the sound of an elevator going down but I have no idea what is going on. Who is carrying me?
I carry Alison to the back seat of my car before placing her in there as gently as I can. I get in beside her as Hanna gets in the driver seat and begins to drive.
I can still see some blood on the side of her head from where Alison's dad knocked her out.
"Are you sure you're okay?" I am worried she might have a concussion but she's more worried about Alison.
"I'm fine, Emily." She shakes her head. I know she is beating herself up for this.
"Han, it's not your fault that this happened."
"Yes, it is. This happened because of me. God, I should have never opened the door to him."
As soon as we get to the hospital, I carry Alison in, yelling for someone to come get her. Luckily, several came running before putting her on a stretcher and rolling her out. I immediately follow, worried for her and the baby.
They connect her to the heart machine that detects her heart beat.
"We are only getting one heart beat." The doctor informs the other two. Tears form in my eyes as I watch my girlfriend lay unconscious. I feel useless.
Seconds feel like minutes as I watch them try to find a heartbeat. Everything around me disappears. I can only focus on wanting to know who's heart isn't beating.
"There's no heart beat from the baby."
My heart breaks into a million tiny pieces as I hit the ground, crying.

8 179Adventures of Stephen Silworth
Stephen has a strange job. He is someone whose duty is to draw the line between the civlized world and the magical entities faring in or around the society. His job is rare one. There are almost no one who is capable of doing it. Whether it be a monster, spirit or an undead, he knows how to get rid of them, yet sometimes his customers do not appreciate his efforts. Even though life is hard, he, or rather what happens to him, gives a humorous taste to these stories, but considering the fact that being funny is relative, you don't have to process this paragraph. These creatures, which humanity branded disastrous, destructive and detrimental, can either be helpful or harmful, though Stephen has to deal with all of them, depending on the needs of his clients. He is the only one capable of doing this job right, helping the ones that have no interes in his strange life what so ever.
