This is pretty simple and can help you when gaining a new habit. So get a calendar and a marker everyday that you do your habit(whatever it is) that you put an X there. So, in short don't break the chain. You gotta keep it up.

7. Social Support

So, first off don't tell your social support your end goal and tell them that their main job is to support your wins.

This can be a great help and help you get motivated.

8. Productive Procrastination

This is saying to embrace your procrastination. We all want change so for example if you want to journal everyday but find yourself procrastinating from doing then try doing something fun before journaling.

9. Distractions List

Basically if you find yourself getting distracted by anything jot it down.

10. The Bumpy Wagon Plan

Don't think you won't slip up when journeying towards your goals. So in order to stay motivated, we should have a plan on what to do if we do slip up.
