So hi guys! How are you?

I hope you did okay these 2 weeks.

I just gonna be honest and say this. No, I didn't stay off my socials nor woke up at 5am. So, one I am not taking any time away from the apps I love anyways. I do think that's okay. I'm mostly on Wattpad, Snapchat and YouTube anyways. They aren't that toxic I mean not as toxic as Instagram and I don't go on instagram that much anyways. Though I think I will try to do one day without one of them at least. It takes baby steps. Baby steps. As for waking up at 5am I think I'll try again. This book is only meant for fun and to help me and others improve. These challenges you could say are meant to be a little hard. It's okay if you don't succeed right away. You can always try again. (:

So, this is sort of a fun thing you can do but you don't have to.

Basically you dress up in different styles everyday(you don't have you can just skip a day or two if you want).

Now I know this helps improve you in some way. I'm honesty not sure how.

Now I have already tried this with 3 aesthetics. You don't have to base it off aesthetics. You can do whatever you want.
