Today was reception of our manan!! Although it was should have been yesterday but as everyone was hell tired they decided to give themselves and the newly married couple some time..

Whole day went in preparations....

Now it was evening....everyone was getting ready....

Manan...

Manik-nandu don't you think it will look over dressed??

Nandu- ufffo Manik!! You are the groom....and you have to look the best!!

Manik-but what's the need of all this??

Nandu- ohh god!! Manik wear this or don't talk to me...

Manik- aacha Okey!! I will wear this!!it's just that I am not habitual of such designer clothes....

Nandu- Manik...I know that....but I am a designer and I know what exactly will look good on you....trust me...you are not looking over dressed!!

Manik looked at her..

She blinked her eyes in assurance...

Manik- Okey...

Nandu - now go I have to get ready!!

Manik- as you wish mam!!

Nandu gigled while he left the room....

Manik went downstairs where mukti and dhruv was sitting....

Dhruv- wow!! Manik...you are looking handsome!!

Mukti- yaa...that dress is really nice!!

Manik- yaa...nandu designed it !!

Mukti- ohho...

Manik- dii...pls no teasing!!

Mukti- Chl theek h!!

Just then Alya arrived...

Dhruliya....

Manik- wow...Bhabhi...you are looking breathtaking!!

Alya- awwie...thank you Manik!! Wiase you looking no less!!

Manik- thank you!!

Mukti- soo we are leaving...you and Nandu come later....

Manik nodded at her and they left for the venue....

Manik was waiting for Nandu when she descended the stairs looking heavenly beautiful....Manik stood up lost in her...

Nandu came in front of him and clicked her fingers to bring him back...

Nandu-what happened??

Manik- Woh...nothing!!

Nandu nodded- chale...

Manik- hn..

Nandu started walking ahead of him when he holded her hand from behind and coming close to her from behind.... whispered in her ears...

Manik- this colour looks good on you!!

Nandu who was standing with her back facing him...turned into darkest shade of red ....her words betrayed her....closing her eyes she somehow managed to say..- thank you...

Manik left her hand and started walking ....Nandu followed him...

The journey to venue was silent...both were silently stealing glances of eachother!!...

Both went inside hand in hand... From famous fashion personalities to famous business personalities both were present Thier...

Everyone congratulated them....

They went towards Thier group who complimented them...

Manik introduced Nandu to one of his business partner ashok Patel...

Manik- Nandini he is mr.patel with whom we are currently working with!

Nandu smiled at him...

Mr.patel- congratulations Mr and Mrs.malhotra ....you both are looking good together...may God bless you both!!

Nandu- Thanks for your wishes Mr.patel...

Mr.patel- my pleasure beta!!

Nandu smiled at him sweetly...

Manik- mr.patel pls excuse us...enjoy the party!!

They both left ....Nandu went to her colleagues...

Soha-congratulations Nandini!!

Nandu- thank you!!

Soha-waise you always used to say that you will not get married etc etc...soo what happened suddenly??

Nandu- nothing!! Maybe I found him !! That's why!!

She said looking at Manik...Manik smiled at her....

Soha(looking at Manik)- waise i thought you will marry a big fashion designer but then a businessman ?? I mean I heard that he is traditional kind of guy...

Nandu- Soha..maybe our fields are different...maybe he doesn't wear what I as a designer would prefer....but !..and I don't wanna lose that soul!!

Soha smiled fakly- yeah!!

While Manik looked at Nandu with some many emotions...he felt overwhelmed seeing her taking his side.....

Soha excused herself...

Manik- thank you Nandu!!

Nandu- for what??

Manik- for accepting me the way I am!!

Nandu- you didn't asked me to change either!!

Manik- no one can win over you in terms of argument!!

Nandu- I know!!

Both laughed and went to attend other guest!!

Everyone danced ,laughed and enjoyed the party.....our manan was more comfortable around eachother then before....with new emotions building inside.....both were unaware of that but enjoying it!!..

The day came to an end with beautifull smiles and Memories.....
