Warm. Karl's embrace was so warm. Aspyn had her arms around his neck tightly, as if she was scared he would slip away at any moment. It was only five days— four full ones plus travel, but Aspyn was more than glad to be back in North Carolina. Back home. After she finally released Karl, she moved only a few inches over to embrace Jaslene in a brief hug.

"Hi!" Jaslene smiled. She didn't ask how her trip was, knowing how her parents can be. "How are Rhea and Karsyn?" She asked instead, bringing a large smile onto Aspyn's face.

"Good, I really did miss them." She adjusted the strap of her carry-on, when a drink is pushed into her hands.

She gave an appreciative look to Karl. It was 3 in the afternoon and Aspyn was full of energy from sleeping during the entire plane ride. After dropping her things off at home, she went with Karl back to his apartment. He would probably go to sleep, but she didn't mind.

And of course, she was right. He made a beeline right to his bed. "Hey, can I go on your PC?" Aspyn called out before he stepped in.

Karl waved her off, "you do anything you want, I'm napping." There was evident tiredness in his voice, having filmed a video early this morning with Mr. Beast. He didn't waste any time hiding under the covers.

Aspyn sauntered to his gaming room and booted up his PC. It wasn't her first time using it, she was pretty familiar with it now. Logging into her own Minecraft account, she decided to check on the server she had with Niki. When she logged on successfully, she noticed there was already someone online.

"What the fuck?" She heard Tommy cursing straight away, which was expected— especially since he was probably streaming. "You spend too much time on Tiktok." He addressed her.

Aspyn laughed, "says you! Hello Tiktok!" She imitated his repetitive phrase as she opened up his stream. She had to do a double take when she saw the large, six digit number. "Woah, there's so many people watching you."

"I know," Tommy grinned proudly, spinning around to throw his coke can in the bin behind him. "So what are you doing online, and on Karl's Discord? Didn't you get back home just now?"

"I did, a few hours ago actually. I was bored and Karl's asleep so I'm using his computer. I didn't know anyone would be on." She laughed as she travelled her way back to her house she shared with Niki on the server. Based on the amount of cobblestone in her inventory, she assumed that she went mining when she was last online.

And she had forgotten to log into her own Discord after Tommy continued to spam.

Tommy had his eyes trained on his chat, unable to contain his laughter when he saw the repetitiveness of a certain name. "My chat keeps asking about George, this must be so awkward for you Angel." He joked.

Aspyn rolled her eyes, "no comment."

"No comment? What d'you mean no comment?" Tommy huffed, making his way over to Aspyn in game and hitting her twice with his stick. "How am I going to title my YouTube video 'I spoke with GeorgeNotFound's girlfriend if she won't comment?" He huffed.

A wild blush began to spread across Aspyn's face. "I'm not his girlfriend, we're just friends!" She managed to squeak out.

"Tommy stop bullying Angel."

Tommy's gaze snapped to his second monitor, his jaw dropping in offence. "I was not!" He denied loudly at Wilbur, who had just joined their voice call.

"Hi, Wilbur!" Aspyn cheered, "how are you?"

"I'm good, thank you. How was your flight?" He responded with the same cheerfulness as Aspyn.

"I slept through it all, I'm full of energy." She laughed. Minutes later, Wilbur also joined the server, groaning when he realized he hadn't even built a house yet. "Angel," he called in a begging tone.

In game, the dark-haired girl began walking over. "Yes?"

"Can you help me? I'm not good at building." He threw her some of his materials, which didn't include much. It was mostly oak logs and cobble, blocks thats she already had stacks of in her own house.

"Yeah, you're only good at blowing it all up." Tommy added with a laugh, referencing to Wilbur's character in the Dream SMP lore. The trio laughed in unison.

Aspyn's character nodded as she swooped in to pick up the blocks. "Sure,"

"WOAH WOAH WOAH," Tommy ran it, punching each of them with his stick. He lost half a heart because of the thorns enchanted on Aspyn's armour and huffed. "You didn't help me build my house!" He complained, punching the sky repeatedly.

"Because you never asked, Tommy." She pointed out. The boy was so quick to build his house that it was still made of dirt.

Tommy shared a look to his camera, a slight smirk present on his features. "You would have done if I was Gogy," he joked before adding, "thank God I'm not though. Geez, could you imagine?" He then pulled a face of disgust, earning laughter from the two older friends.
