《MAOS ; No More Secrets》A Hen In The Wolf House

After incident at the Leitner wedding, where most of the guests died from drinking champagne and the effects looked as if they had touched The Obelisk, right now myself, Skye, Triplett and Hunter go to Coulson's office to see to our next orders.
"Eight dead, six of them navy." Mack states from what I told them about the file I was sent about the incident.
"All part of an Anti-H.Y.D.R.A. unit." I tell them.
"Any idea what was used to carry out the attack?" Hunter asks me.
"Nope, but the effects appear similar to those from the Obelisk. Which we must assume is in H.Y.D.R.A.'s possession." I explain to them as we enter Coulson's Office where he and May are watching the computer wall where the news of the incident has spread worldwide, and Coulson is carving something into his desk "Heard back from your navy contact?" I ask Coulson and May.
"Radio silence." May states as Coulson looks up at us.
"Any chance we could find a way in, maybe poke around a bit?" Skye asks him.
"Entire fleet's closing ranks. These were their men. No one other than the C.D.C. and navy's top brass are setting foot in that room." Coulson explains as he stands.
"Okay, then. That's a dead end." Hunter says.
"What about Agent Simmons? She's inside H.Y.D.R.A.. Any chance she has some intel?" I ask them.
"Still waiting for her to make contact." Coulson states.
"Sir, what is that?" Skye refers to the carvings Coulson was carving, and it looks like some of the symbols from The Obelisk.
"Uh, just sketches." Coulson says as he places a file over the carvings "If the Obelisk is back in play, we need to know what this writing means. Any progress on your end?" He asks Skye.
"I put some feelers out to my Rising Tide contacts about the painting we recovered in Miami, and no one has seen anything like it." Skye explains.
"Keep looking. Something will turn up." Coulson tells Skye.
"What about the writings you've been giving me? Why don't you tell me your source, and I'll follow up?" Skye asks him.
"I'm afraid that's classified." Coulson states.
"Well, you're the boss man. Maybe you could de-classify it." Hunter suggests.
"I could. I won't." Coulson states.
"Why not?" Skye asks him.
"Don't push it, Skye." I tell her.
"No, he didn't answer my question. You skirted it. There's a difference." Skye tells him, and Coulson walks over to her.
"Then it's a difference I'm comfortable with, but if you continue questioning my authority, then you and I are gonna have a very different conversation. One you will not be comfortable with. Is that clear?" Coulson asks Skye.
"... Yes, sir." Skye says to him before she walks out of the office both annoyed and unhappy.
"Come on, when Coulson has our new orders, he'll call us in." I say to my team before we all leave.
A I sit in my office and look up at more of the wedding incident in the few files I received on it when Skye walks into my office without knocking as she holds the painting artifact with The Obelisk writing on the back.
"I have a closed-off office with a door so people can knock before they come in, you know?" I say to her.
"I need you to talk to Ward about something." Skye tells me.

"Skye-"I try to say, but she cuts me off.
"-Look, I would go down there but I don't have the clearance from Coulson, and it could help with The Knowledge of The Obelisk." Skye explains as she places the painting down on my desk, over the files I was reading.
"You mean so you can dig deeper into what Coulson isn't telling us." I correct her.
"Partly." Skye smiles at me sweetly, but I don't say anything "Please, come on. You cant say no to the sister you love and adore." She says as she puts on the puppy dog eyes.
"Those don't work on me." I tell, and she sighs at me annoyed "But I know if I don't do it, you won't shut up about it." I say to her as I stand up.
"I'm not that pushy." Skye says as I pick up the painting and walk around my desk, and I kiss her on the forehead.
"Keep telling yourself that." I tell her before I begin to leave my office "And get out of my office." I tell her before I leave and head to VAULT D.
Once I get to VAULT D, I hold the side of the painting with sketches of The Obelisk to me chest as I use an electronic tablet to turn the security camera's off.
"I'm surprised it took you so long." Ward says to me as he looks over at me from sitting on his bed, and I place the electronic tablet on it's stand with my right hand before sitting down.
"This isn't about that." I state.
"Come on, Lyra. Don't pretend you haven't thought about what I said. I'm just trying to help." Ward explains to me.
"No, you're exploiting a weakness, looking for a way in." I correct him.
"I told you, I will never lie to you, not again." Ward says to me as he stands up and walks a few steps closer to the barrier.
"Okay. If you're really being honest, name your source." I tell him.
"What?" Ward asks me confused.
"If you have information about my father, tell me where it came from. It's that simple." I explain to him, and he nods before speaking.
"Raina." Ward states, and I let out a incredulous chuckle of dought "She knows him, Lyra." He takes another step closer to the barrier.
"No, I believe that you think she does. Oh. Do you not get it? Raina played you. She found your weakness and then used it against you." I explain to him.
"Lyra-" Ward tries to say, but I cut him off as I stand up.
"-Shut up, Ward. I don't want to hear you say another word about it." I tell him, and he doesn't say anything "Good. Tell me what you know about this." I turn the painting over to show him the sketches of The Obelisk.
"I first saw that when we were in Belarus, when Garrett started etching that in the glass." Ward explains to me, and I lower the painting confused.
"Garrett carved this stuff himself? Did he say what it was?" I ask him.
"No, but he wasn't making a lot of sense after he was injected with the GH-formula. These writings, they're not yours, are they?" Ward steps towards the barrier and asks me with a worried look on his face.
"No, we found this. Why?" I ask him.
"Good. That's good, 'cause once Garrett started, he couldn't stop. The writing was anywhere he could carve it. On the walls, on the floor." Ward explains.

"On his desk." I barely whisper.
"To be honest, I was almost relieved when S.H.I.E.L.D. put him down. The Garrett I knew was long gone once the writing started. And whatever took his place, I don't think it was meant to survive." Ward explains to me.
After talking to Ward, I drop the painting off at the lab and pick up a printed copy of the sketched Obelisk symbols from Coulson's source before walking straight into his office without knocking.
"The reason you won't name your source is because you are the source." I tell him as I let the door close behind me.
"By all means, come on in." Coulson says as he stands on the right side of his desk.
"Please, I know it's you, so just be honest with me. Are you okay?" I ask him sincerely.
"I'm fine." Coulson states.
"Because once Garrett started writing, he went kind of nuts." I explain.
"I see you've been talking to Ward. I told you, I'm fine. May's been keeping an eye on me." Coulson explains.
"When did you start doing this?" I ask him as throw the printed piece of paper with the sketches of The Obelisk on it.
"First night I saw Garrett's writings, it just triggered something in me." Coulson explains.
"What do you think caused it?" I ask him.
"The GH-formula, most likely. Garrett and I were both injected, not a coincidence." Coulson explains.
"Yeah, but so was Skye, and she hasn't been writing anything like that." I point out.
"Which is either very good, or a whole different kind of scary, which is why we had to monitor her." Coulson explains.
"Whoa. Wait. Monitor? That is a very specific word. This is my sister." I tell him.
"We didn't tell you about this because we wanted to passively observe, see if the writing would trigger something in her." Coulson explains.
"So, what, you guys put tiny hidden cameras in her bunk?" I ask him.
"Not in her bunk, but I think you're focusing on the wrong details here." Coulson tells me.
"She didn't react the same way." I say to him.
"Right. I believe Garrett and I had a negative reaction to the alien DNA in our system. Maybe she didn't... Because it was already there, in both of you." Coulson explains to me and I look at him incredulously.
"Yeah, right, like we're Aliens." I smile at him, but he doesn't smile back making my smile fall "Hold on. Are you saying that we're Aliens?" I ask him incredulously.
"It's a theory-" Coulson tries to say but I cut him off.
"-No, a theory is what scientists use to prove things in nature. This is you telling me that me and my sister might be Aliens! That is not something you just say like it is no big deal." I explain to him.
"I was trying not to rattle you." Coulson says to me.
"Well, guess what. Epic fail. You need to tell Skye, now." I tell him just as May walks in.
"Coulson, you have a call on line 1." May tells him as she closes the door after herself.
"Really not a good time." Coulson tells May.
"You're gonna want to take this call." May tells him, and Coulson abruptly picks up the landline phone and his desk with his left hand and puts it to his left ear.
"Hello... Somehow, I suspect that's the point. What do you want, Raina?" Coulson asks her.
After Raina called about wanting to meet Coulson to talk about Simmons undercover work at H.Y.D.R.A., and that she's not afraid to leak in information if he doesn't meet with her, we are all the restaurant Raina wanted to meet at. And as Coulson sits on his own at a two seated table as Hunter sits in the far right corner of the restaurant, May and Skye stand in the Kitchen, and I sit at the bar on the far left of the restaurant.
"Still nothing." I tell Coulson, May, Skye and Hunter over coms.
"Copy that." May tells me over coms, and I spot Raina entering the restaurant from the entrance.
"Incoming at 4:00." I tell them
"The tiny girl in the flower dress? That's who everyone's making such a fuss about?" Hunter asks us as Raina makes her way over to Coulson, and Coulson stands to greet her.
"It's good to see you, Agent Coulson." Raina smiles at him.
"Raina." Coulson says before he pulls out a chair at the table for her to sit, and she does so before he sits down.
"I was worried you weren't going to accept my invitation... But perhaps I wasn't the only one looking forward to our next meeting." Raina suggests.
"Is she hitting on him?" Hunter asks confused.
"Yep." Skye says.
"That's what she does." May adds.
"You implied you knew Simmons is with H.Y.D.R.A., so here I am. Either way, you're gonna give me what I want." Coulson explains.
"You've changed, Agent Coulson." Raina states.
"Might just be circumstance, considering last time, you had me strapped into your little memory machine." Coulson points out.
"I was only trying to help." Raina says to him.
"You want to help? Tell me where to find The Obelisk." Coulson tells her.
"I'm afraid it's out of my hands." Raina admits.
"That really doesn't work for me. I've seen what that thing can do. It's too dangerous to be out in the real world." Coulson explains.
"You've only seen the beginning. Just because something's powerful doesn't make it dangerous." Raina explains.
"In this case, it's more the death and destruction." Coulson states.
"You must believe me, Agent Coulson. We want the same thing." Raina tells him.
"Unless it's you deleting the information on Simmons, I'm pretty sure we don't." Coulson tells her.
"You really know how to make a girl feel special." Raina tells him.
"Only when I suspect she has something up her sleeve." Coulson says to her.
"It's in my purse, actually." Raina corrects him.
"Right now, H.Y.D.R.A.'s looking for a spy within their ranks. I wonder what would happen to Agent Simmons... If this were to fall into the wrong hands." Raina explains as she takes out a cellphone with her right hand.
"I don't like being threatened." Coulson states.
"This isn't a threat. It's a gesture of goodwill. I would like nothing more than to delete that photo." Raina tells him.
"And in return, what do you want?" Coulson asks her.
"From you? Nothing. But I will need to take Lyra and Skye with me." Raina tells him, and I look to the kitchen door to see Skye looking back at me confused through the window in the door. Is what Ward said true?
"Excuse me? What in the hell is this really about? And why, also in the hell, do you think I would ever let that happen?" Coulson asks her incredulously.
"To prevent every H.Y.D.R.A. employee from receiving an automated e-mail with that info. You have two minutes, after which, there's nothing I can do." Raina explains.
"Where are you planning to take Lyra and Skye?" Coulson demands.
"Somewhere Skye's always wanted to go... To meet her dad." Raina says.
"She's lying." May tells us.
"Maybe not... Ward said Raina knew him. This cannot be a coincidence." I tell them.
"Wait, what?" Skye asks me confused.
"So you're what, working for Lyra's and Skye's father now?" Coulson asks her.
"I'm just trying to make the best out of a difficult situation." Raina admits.
"By threatening the life of one of my agents?" Coulson asks her incredulously.
"By allowing two to find out who they really are. That's what Skye's been searching for her whole life. Ask her yourself, Agent Coulson. She's here, isn't she... Listening? Lyra and Skye needs to know that their father loves them very much, that they were taken from him against his will, that he's spent their entire life searching for them. No matter how much you've changed, Agent Coulson, deep down, you're still a good man. No good man would intentionally keep two daughters from their father... Especially when so much is at stake. You're running out of time. Give Skye what she's always wanted... Or else Agent Simmons dies." Raina explains.
"No deal." Coulson tells her, and I see Skye go to make her way out of the kitchen, but May blocks her path.
"Stand down, Skye." I tell her.
"Were you not listening? If we don't go out there, Simmons is gonna die." Skye tells me.
"Coulson has a plan." I tell her Coulson sent in an ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. to extract Simmons if need be with Triplett and the Helicarrier's help.
"He also carves Alien writing into his desk, so maybe his judgment is not what it used to be." Skye suggests before she tries to leave.
"May." I tell her, and May tackles Skye.
"Look, it's not too late. We can fix this. No one needs to get hurt... Please." Raina begs him "I can't believe you would sacrifice one of your own agents." She says to him, not knowing our plan.
"We all take risks in this business. In your case, it just didn't pay off." Coulson says as Hunter and myself make our way over to them.
"I had no choice." Raina admits before myself and Hunter pull up to chairs so we sit opposite each other at Coulson's and Raina's table.
"Tiny violin's playing, but no one's listening, sweetheart." Hunter rubs his left thumb and fore-finger for emphasis.
"Who's making you do this?" I ask her.
"Please, just come with me." Raina begs me, and I place my right hand over my gun under my jacket.
"I'm not afraid to make a scene, Raina." I threaten her.
"... H.Y.D.R.A." Raina admits.
"They want the Obelisk, but you don't have it. Lyra's and Skye's father does." Coulson explains as he realises why she's here.
"He won't stop until he gets them." Riana refers to Skye and myself.
"You're scared of him... And you don't scare easily." Coulson states.
"He's a very dangerous man. Only Lyra would believe the stories." Raina says as she looks me, and I just glare at her.
"Well, now we've established Lyra's and Skye's old man isn't father of the year, what's next?" Hunter asks before he drinks Coulson's scotch with his right hand.
"Take me in. Please." Raina begs Coulson.
"Sorry. No vacancies." I tell her.
"Once I walk out that door, Whitehall will kill me." Riana explains.
"It's possible... Or maybe you and I will work together after all." Coulson suggests.
"What?" Raina asks him confused.
"Tag and tail it is, then." Hunter says before I take my gun out of my left holster with my right hand, but it's a tracker injector and I inject it in her leg making her gasp in surprise.
"You're gonna use me to get to Whitehall." Raina says.
"He'll be trying to find you. Whether or not we're there to save you when he does, that's your call, depending on how useful you make yourself. You can start by telling us how to find Lyra's and Skye's father." Coulson explains, and I look down at the table nervously. After Raina gave us the location of mine and Skye's father, Coulson let her go whilst still injected with the tracker, and May and Coulson are discussing how we're going to infiltrate as I talk to Skye.
"What else has Ward been telling you?" Skye asks me angrily.
