This is my take on Episode 3 if Ahsoka didn't leave the order. Some things will be different from the movie, but nonetheless, similar.

Ahsoka POV:

I woke up in Anakin and I's chambers early one morning, happy to be there. I was glad I didn't leave that day the Council asked me back. Anakin had ran after me when I declined his request for me to come back, I was at the hangar when he found me.

FLASHBACK:

He touched my arm ever so lightly but something had felt... Different. I was crying as I turned around to see his eyes swelled with tears. His eyes eventually burst letting out all of what had built up, like the waterfalls of Naboo, they poured down his face.

"Ahsoka please don't... I can't lose you. Not after everything we've been through," he began to almost hyperventilate, "please, please don't... Leave me. I... I can't. I know you feel distrust from the Council, but I trust you Ahsoka! Isn't that enough?"

I stared at him, blurry as he was because of the tears I him, held back, "I can't. I- I can't trust anyone." I gave in and began crying.

He hugged me tightly, "What about me Ahsoka?! I fought for you. I..." But he didn't finish, instead he just put his head in the dip of my lekku, and kept crying.

"Mast- Anakin," I tilted my head back and looked up at him, "how do you expect me to trust you when you can't even tell me what's on your mind?!" I was a little angry with him.

"Because it would be breaking the Code." He said softly as he bowed his head.

"Does that even matter now Anakin?" I questioned.

"I suppose... It doesn't. But I CAN'T... You wouldn't understand..." He said so quiet I could barely hear him. With those words I broke away from him and continued on my path. When I heard him coming up behind me I could feel his aura of sadness. He grabbed my shoulders and whispered in my ear, "Ahsoka, I love you..." He loved me? I thought to myself. Something I've wanted for so long and its finally true? I turned around to confess the love I have felt for him for so long, "Anakin, I love you too. I wanted to tell you... But... I figured you wouldn't... Love me..." He smiled at me and I felt his sadness leave and happiness rush over him.

We looked into each other's eyes and slowly inched our faces nearer and nearer, "Snips, I never wanted to believe it, or even tell you about my feelings towards you, but I do love you. I have for a long time and just never wanted to admit it to myself." He leaned down and kissed me softly but with much passion and love. I returned the kiss with the thought of finally, FINALLY, kissing the one man who was always there for me, the one man who was my entire galaxy, my Master, Anakin Skywalker.

Once we let up he wiped away my tears with his thumb and asked the one question I could, now, not refuse, "Please, come back to the Order?"

I kissed him and hugged tighter, "Of course I will!" But it occurred to me that our actions might have caught the attention of other Jedi, "Hey Skyguy, uh... We're out in the open."

He smirked at me, "I don't care." To this I just rolled my eyes.

END FLASHBACK:

I swung my legs over the side of my bed, pulling the covers off of me. When I stood up I stretched a little bit and yawned. Turning towards Anakin I couldn't help but notice how cute he was, sleeping with his mouth open, curled up like a ball. I smiled as I walked over to him, kneeling down at his side and rubbing my hand through his hair.

I saw him smile and I knew he was already awake, "Morning Skyguy." With out opening his eyes he spoke in the cutest sleepy voice ever, "Well good morning Snips." As he said this I leaned forward and kissed him.

He laid his hand on my cheek and rubbed it with his thumb gently, opening his eyes, "Ahsoka..." He said lightly still smiling.

"Yes?" I replied.

"I love you. You know that right? You're my galaxy. Without you... I'd die." He then rubbed my right lekku with the last of his words.

"I love you too Anakin," I put my hand on his that was rubbing my Lekku, "I mean, Mr.Chosen-One." I giggled.

He chuckled a bit, "Yeah alright Snips, settle down there."

Eventually he sat up, swinging his legs over the side of his bed, taking my hands in his and just smiling at me, "What?" I asked him. I could feel the blue of my Lekku darken.

"Oh nothing," he said rolling his eyes as he beamed a smile.

"No, come on, tell me," I laughed at myself, for I sounded like a youngling.

"You really don't know?" He laughed.

I started bouncing up and down, " No I don't, tell me, tell me, tell me!"

"Its just that you're so, beautiful." He leaned forward and kissed my forehead.

"And you," I kissed him back, "are absolutely fascinating." He pulled back from me as he stood up, "Well I have to use the refresher, we'd better get started with our day, the council has a very important mission for us. Its very discrete... Not even the Chancellor knows about it. The Council shouldn't keep things from him... I'll have to inform him when he gets back from his negotiations on Naboo." He walked into the refresher and I gathered my clothes for my turn. The fact that the Council has a mission this high of caliber for Anakin, Obi-Wan and I, was quite disturbing to me. Something wasn't right.

Anakin POV:

Ahsoka and I were heading to the Council Chambers when I suddenly felt a great sense of worry wash over her, "Snips what's wrong?" I asked.

She looked up at me with a distraught look on her face, "Something doesn't feel right about this mission Master. Can't you sense it?"

I haven't felt right about anything since the Chancellor left for Naboo, "Yeah... I don't know what it is but... We'll find out soon enough Soka." And with that we entered the Council Chambers to see all of the masters waiting for us, Obi-Wan at the center of the room.

"Ahsoka, Skywalker, nice to see you, it is." Yoda said as approached Obi-Wan. Ahsoka and I both bowed to Yoda and the Council.

"You have requested our presence Master?" I questioned.

"Requested it, we have," Yoda addressed us, "Chancellor Palpatine, captured by General Grievous on his way to Naboo, he was. Resucue him, you must." I knew something wasn't right, but I couldn't believe Grievous would go so far as to capture the Chancellor! "Obi-Wan, Ahsoka and you, leaving today, you are."

"Yes master," we replied and bowed simultaneously. We turned and left the Council Chambers, and Obi-Wan spoke up, "We should've seen this coming. Well, Anakin, tell Rex to ready his men, I'll inform Cody."

"Yes Master," I replied.

Battle Over Coruscant Ahsoka POV:

"I'm hit!" A clone screamed into my comlink. The battle was the most intense battle I have been in, well in space at least. I was beginning to wonder why Grievous would capture the Chancellor only to bring him back to Coruscant. Something didn't feel right... Just then my train of thought was interrupted by Master Kenobi's voice, "Get out of here there's more you can do!"

"We're not leaving without you Master!" Anakin hollered back. I couldn't see what was going on as I was ahead of them but I knew I had to bring the enemy's shields down so I fired upon their ship's generators and all of a sudden the shields were down.

"Masters," I shouted to them speeding up, "shields are down! We need to hurry!" The doors to the hangar immediately began to close rapidly.

At the sight of it Obi-Wan spoke, "Oh I have bad feeling about this..." My fighter made it in with ease as did Anakin's but Obi-Wan had to tilt his 90° for it to fit. Anakin and I both jumped out of our fighters the very second they touched the hangar floor and destroyed a few droids before Obi-Wan joined us.

We finished off the droids and began heading towards the elevator since we downloaded the ship schematics and discovered where Grievous was holding the Chancellor. Obi-Wan turned to Anakin and I, "Shall we move on?" He was smiling and talking in his sarcastic tone.

"Let's." Anakin replied with a smirk.

I sensed an odd presence, but it was a familiar one I knew all too well, "I sense Count Dooku."

Obi-Wan continued smiling, "I sense a trap."

"Next move?" Anakin asked quickly.

"Spring the trap." Obi-Wan was still smiling and he looked over at me, I smiled back.

When the elevator opened up there were about a dozen droids in it, well let's just say they didn't stand a chance. After all, a Jedi is worth over a thousand battle droids. Obi-Wan gave Artoo a comlink, "Artoo stay with the ships, well contact you when we need you." He gave a "dwoo" and grabbed the comlink, storing it away in his front compartment.

Anakin POV:

We finally reached the level of which Grievous was holding the Chancellor. All three of us ran up to him but just then he looked up behind us, "Count Dooku." It was only a matter of time.

"We'll take him together." Obi-Wan said quietly.

I glanced over at him, giving him an annoyed look, "I was just about to say that." I looked towards Ahsoka and gave a nervous half smile. She returned with a raising of her eyemarkings and a wide smile. I could sense she was ready.

Count Dooku approached us, one hand on his lightsaber, which was still attached to his belt, "Lightsabers gentleman and youngling, we don't want to make a mess of things in front of the Chancellor."

"You're not going anywhere Dooku," Ahsoka said in an angry fashion, "not this time." He was the first to ignite his lightsaber, then us. Ahsoka struck first but I soon followed, Dooku was quick to parry our attacks, but for some reason, didn't counter. With all three of us, I was sure this wouldn't be long.

3rd Person POV:

Anakin was quick and brutal with his strikes, Ahsoka was faster and Obi-Wan was using all of his might, and yet somehow, Dooku parryed all of the attacks swiftly and with one hand. The duel raged on, each Jedi getting quicker and quicker, Anakin being the only one maintaining his brute force. Count Dooku was becoming worn so he called in his Super Battle Droids while force throwing Obi-Wan into a balcony, making it crash down on him, and kicking Anakin, knocking him back, colliding into a wall.

He focused his gaze onto Ahsoka, blocking her attacks left and right and then whistfully entangling her in a force grip, choking her. Anakin saw this and became furious, all the while Dooku had a grin upon his face, sensing his anger. He made the grip tighter before throwing her into Obi-Wan's limp, unconscious body.

With all of the rage inside of him Anakin shouted at the top of his lungs, "No!" In one quick movement he destroyed all four super battle droids and engaged in a stalemate with Count Dooku.

He broke the stalemate by utilizing his mechanical hand, striking Dooku in the jaw with all his might. Anakin's rage built up, he began attacking The Count fast and hard. "Ah... You have hate... You have anger... But you don't use them..." Dooku was trying to get into his head. Anakin thrust his lightsaber forward, knocking back Count Dooku backwards, and again, Anakin kept up his attack. Meeting at a stale mate for the last time, Anakin picked up Count Dooku in force grip choking, just as Dooku had done to Ahsoka.

Count Dooku began scratching at his throat, dropping his lightsaber in the process, which Anakin caught and ignited it. Anakin was now, with ease, holding Count Dooku in a choke with his mind, through the force, showing off his true power. Chancellor Palpatine spoke words that sent chills through Dooku's spine, "Good Anakin, good... Kill him... Kill him now..." The Count tried to hit Anakin with force lightning, only for him to stop it with his lightsaber.

"I shouldn't," Anakin lowered his head, "it isn't the Jedi way."

"Do it." Palpatine said in a sinister voice. Anakin then snapped Count Dooku's neck, hurtling a lightsaber at him at the same time, cutting his head off. Anakin bowed his head, walked over to the Chancellor and set him free.

Anakin POV:

What I have done? Murdering Count Dooku in cold blood! He should've stood trial. But in a way... It felt, right. "I shouldn't have done that." I said.

Palpatine rubbed his wrists with both of his hands, taking a breath, "It was only natural. He cut off your arm, and you wanted revenge." I went over to Ahsoka and Obi-Wan, checking on them respectively, "They still have vital signs."

The Chancellor interjected, "Leave them or we'll never make it." To that I grew angry, "Their fate will be the same as ours." I picked up Ahsoka and laid her over my shoulder, holding her with my mechanical hand, she was no trouble at all. I tried waking Obi-Wan but failed so over my other shoulder he went, he was a significant increase of weight from Ahsoka, but nonetheless, nothing I couldn't handle.

We made our way back to the elevator and I contacted Artoo on the comlink, "Artoo, activate elevator 3224." Not too long later the elevator opened but there was nothing but an empty shaft. I glanced over at Palpatine and he glanced back, "Looks like we'll have to take another way." I raised an eyebrow at him, but at the same time an explosion, must've been outside, occurred and the ship started to go down.

The Chancellor and I quickly hopped into the elevator shaft, being able to run down it for quite some time before it slowly climbed back to its normal position and we then stared sliding and falling down the shaft. Obi-Wan regained consciousness, thank the force, so when we grabbed onto cables to keep for descending any further, I was able to hold onto Ahsoka while he went off on his own.

"Did I miss anything?" He sarcastically asked with a smile.

"No," I started to catch my breath, "you were right on time Master."

"Uh, Master Jedi," we looked to the Chancellor, "we have a problem." We looked up and, sure enough the elevator we ordered was making its late appearance.

I grabbed my comlink, "Artoo, stop the elevator!" I frantically hollered.

"Too late jump!" Obi-Wan shouted. So we all let go of the cables and began yet another quick descent. I searched through my belt compartment for my grappling cable, which I eventually found and used to enter a floor of the ship, as to not be crushed by the elevator.

Once we were all on the floor, I set Ahsoka down and began examining her. She seemed fine, just unconscious. I rested my flesh hand on her cheek, "Ahsoka," I whispered, "come on. Wake up Snips." I ran my thumb up and down her face to which I felt some vitals. I pulled her close into me and I felt Obi-Wan and the Chancellor both put their hands on my shoulders.

I heard a faint whisper, "Anakin..." I thought it was Ahsoka so my heart bagan to race with happiness, but to my disappointment it was only the Chancellor, "I think its time we go..." He said.

"No," I started angrily but calmed, "I can't lose her." I couldn't. She meant everything to me. I loved her. She was my galaxy. I felt a tear swell in my eye but at that very same second, Ahsoka had a tightened grip on my chest.

"I love you too Anakin." She said through our bond. I hadn't realized it, but I was speaking through our bond and she picked up on it. I hugged her tightly, "Ahsoka!" I shouted to let the others know she was fine. I leaned back and looked at her, "Are you ok? Are you alright?"

"Yeah," she said weakly, "I'm fine."

"Can you walk?" I questioned.

"I think so." She replied. I didn't want to take a chance so I stood her up throwing her arm over my shoulder, and holding her hand as it came across. I figured it would be a good time to since neither Palpatine nor Obi-Wan would pick up on it.

We were walking down a long corridor, trying to find Grievous so we could end this war once and for all. No one spoke, Ahsoka was still being supported by me and Obi-Wan had contacted Artoo, telling him to meet us on this level. It was quiet so I just started getting deep into my thoughts. I thought about how I left Padmé while she worked with Clovis on the whole Banking Clan dilemma. My jealousy got the better of me then. Things were falling apart between us anyway. I remember feeling sad. As if a million voices all cried out at once in desperation, only to be silenced by that of a swift and painful death. That unbalance of all things good and evil, happy and sad, fast and slow. I imagined she felt somewhat similar.

That, however, is nothing in comparison to how I'd feel if I lost Ahsoka. If she were to die... I'd die myself. Either purposefully throwing myself into death by another's hand or... Perhaps by my own. I didn't want to think about it. But it was all I had, my thoughts, after all it was completely silent. I then began to wonder where in the hell Artoo was. "He should be here by now." I said aloud.

"Relax Anakin," Obi-Wan said calmly, "He'll be here any moment now." Just then rayshields encased us.

"Rayshields..." Palpatine muttered under his breath.

"Now wait a minute," I started angrily but calmed once I saw Ahsoka's stern glare,"How did we not see this coming?"

"Well Anakin, to be honest, I think we're all distracted." Obi-Wan replied looked over to me.

I raised my eyebrow, "How so?"

"Ahsoka's hurt, you're caring for her, I'm concerned for her yes, but I'm more concerned about a presence I'm feeling. Its one I've never felt before, but it is VERY strong in the force." He said rubbing his beard.

"Then we should be careful. If you feel a disturbance in the force that I haven't..." I drifted off.

Ahsoka then chimed in, "I think I hear Artooie." Just then, out of nowhere, Artoo came crashing into the wall.

"Glad you're finally here bud," I said, "could you deactivate these rayshields?" He gave me his "dwoo" which meant, basically, "whatever". Before Artoo could move, Super Battle Droids were right next to us, in the doorway.

"General Grievous requests your presence." One said in their stupid voice. Not that they could notice, but I gave a snarl at them. I hate them. They're worthless and good for nothing, yet they kill our men. That's what angered me.

Ahsoka POV:

Anakin was so protective of me while we were on the ship and in the presence of General Grievous. I didn't mind it, its just that I wish he'd, at least, know that I'm capable of handling myself. Maybe its because of when I almost left, is why he's more protective now than ever. He was still holding onto me, which by now I know for a fact he was only doing to hold my hand, I liked that. A lowered my head a smiled a little.

"Anakin Skywalker," Grievous' voice brought me out of my trance, "I expected someone with your reputation to be a little... Older." His eyes were staring at Anakin's in a fierce manner.

"General Grievous," Anakin started, his head kind of turning in disgust, "you're shorter than I expected."

Grievous raised his arm at him, "Ragghh, Jedi slime!"

Obi-Wan then chimed in, "We have a job to do Anakin, try not to upset him." He smiled.

"Your lightsabers will make a fine addition to my collection," Grievous said opening his cape, revealing several lightsabers, stashing ours away.

"Oh I don't think so," Obi-Wan started, "and this time, you won't get away."

"Artoo now!" I shouted. Just like that, Artoo had a sudden spasm of everything in him, which to no surprise, freed us, and we used the force to summon our lightsabers.
