《Orion》69

Thousands of people gathered around, coming from lands far and near, all assembling for the honoring of Orion, by Zeus and all of the Sevens.
He was to be crowned the ruler of the southlands, just as proclaimed by Zeus.
Kingdom of the Southlands waited for him, with a palace of his, better replaced than before.
Sima and Sonora stood next to Saidra, each on of them bearing a smile, living the moment, which would grace the pages of history books.
An army of guards stood aside, while the sevens were on another end advancing towards Orion, with a Crown, rested on a red cushion.
"Do you think he'll make a great king?" Aiden joked.
He was stood amongst the large number of people, with Bellona and Elpida at his side.
"Of course, he would make a great king" Elpida smacked Aiden's arms playfully.
"The moment had been long awaited. It's been written that he would come to rule one day" She added.
"How do you know all of this?" Aiden asked her, with his brows scrunched up in confusion.
She shook her head, ignoring him and turning to look at Bellona who had her gaze focused on Orion.
"What's wrong?" She whispered to her.
"Nothing" Bellona responded immediately, bending her head low.
"C'mon, tell me" Elpida pressured.
Bellona remained silent, staring forward at the one person her heart craved for.
"I have no idea what is to come after all of this" She uttered.
"What becomes of all of us?" She questioned.
"Are you worried that you're gonna be away from Orion" Elpida uttered immediately.
"No, I didn't say that" Bellona interjected.
"It's alright, Bellona. It's so evident in your eyes" Elpida uttered, pulling her in for a hug.
"One thing I've come to learn, is that love does the impossible, you of all people should know that. Not even distance could be a barrier" She added.

Bellona sighed, swallowing hard and just watching as the coronation began.
Staring at the number of people looking at him, Orion suddenly got tense.
This meant a new path for him. He never wished to rule over anyone, he took no liking to those sort of things. But seeing the heads of people looking at him, all with smiles on their faces, chanting his name, waiting for the crown to rest on his head.
His eyes searched through the crowd, searching for one person.
The voice of Zeus distracted him immediately, as they motioned for him to step forward.
Reluctantly doing so, he knelt on one knee, ready for the coronation.
"As ruler and god of all lands, I, Zeus, crown you Orion Makarios, to be King of the Southlands"
Cheers and applause erupted amongst all, with the people chanting: "Long live Orion, king of the southlands!"
This went on for a long while, with the sevens staring onwards, knowing they had made the right decision.
With a sincere heart, and a calm gaze, Zeno stared on at the face of the now crowned king, chanting:
"Long live Orion, King of the Southlands!"

Though their power seemed irresitable, a band of heroes managed to steal the knowledge of summoning rituals and worlds from them and created, "The Millenial Summoning." A powerful magic that would bring forth a being from another world with the power to change the world forever. The first being summoned became known as "The Speaker," and he brought the power of the Gods with him. Teaching prayers and invocations that blessed humanities legions and began to push back the demons, founding of the "The Church of the Spoken Word" rose to power and a stalemate was reached. Two thousand years ago, that stalemate was broken by the second casting of "The Millenial Summoning," and the arrival of "The First Sorceress," who taught humanity the basics of magic and enchanting. With the power of the Sorceress, the mages, and the priests the tide turned and the Demonic hordes began to be shoved back, signaling hopes of a golden age for mankind. One thousand years ago, the hopes of final victory and a new dawn for mankind were dashed by traitors who slew the participants of the ritual and took their places, using the ritual to bring forth a godlike being from the demons home world, "The Demon King," for no human knew his name, erased millenia of growth reducing humanity to barely a fragment of its former glory.
