It was late at night, and she just finished singing a lullaby to her baby sister, Mirai... and their newest addition.
You guessed that right, it's none other than Yoichi Hijiri.
After the class ended, the 3 of them went to the kindergarten to pick up Mirai. She will be transferred to elementary class A in the upcoming month, but for now, she will stay there with her peers.
Sophie immediately ran and picked Mirai's up when she saw her playing blocks in the waiting room. Sophie swings her around in which Mirai happily giggles before going into a hug. Then, Sophie looked at her back where she saw Amy and Yusuke. With a bright smile, she says,
"Amy-nee! I have safely secured our Lil Mirai"
"Hai, hai, thank you, Sophie. I need to talk with the teacher for a bit, could you wait here with them Yusuke?"
"Alright, Amy-nee... I will. Come back soon ok" Yusuke nods while looking at her adoringly.
Amy just smiles, while internally squealing on how cute her siblings are. She quickly composed herself and walked to the office next door.
An old loving voice answered, "Yes who is it?"
"It's me, Amy tsuyuri. May I come in?"
"Oh Amy, please do come in."
Amy turned the knob and walked into the office. An old woman in her fifties stared outside before turning around, facing Amy.
"Good evening Kao-baa san. How are you today?"
"Good evening to you too. Yes, just lovely please take a seat there" she pointed at the blue comfy couch. Amy immediately settles down, followed by Kao-baa san who sat across her.
"Kao-baa san, Serina sensei told me after class just now that you wish to see me? Is there something with Mirai?"
"Ahh, yes. Yes. I asked her to call you. And don't worry my dear, Mirai is as lovely as ever."

"Ohh, that's good then. Umm..."
"Haha, be patient, my child. I actually called you here, for I wish to make a request."
"Request?"
"Yes. a request. You see, there's a child recently transferred here. He is barely 1 year old, and he is so young, I am worried about his well being and so forth. So, I was hoping for you to take care of him, and help him to grow. I know it's a bit absurd, feel free to reject it if you don't want to. But, I really hope you will accept it."
Great. Another responsibility. But, barely a year old? Where is his parent? Hmm...
Seeing Amy stay silent, contemplating, Kao-baa san quickly adds,
"I know it's maybe a bit hard, considering you have 3 others. But seeing how well Mirai grew up with your siblings, especially with your care, I was being wishful, that maybe you could extend that care to him"
"I see... I think you give me too much credit Kao-baa san. I can do this because Sophie and yusaku are very supportive and help a lot. Not to mention, Mirai is naturally a good kid. However, before I make my decision, I wish to see him first. Is that ok with you" she replied.
Kao-baa san, nod agree.
This kid is very calm and kind. I really hope she will take this child - Kao-baa san mused silently while bringing her to the room next door.

Dungeon Scholar
Girl meets dungeon. What could go right? A story of a good-hearted Scholar driven by her compassion and curiosity. She might be a little combat averse, but um, isn't that only logical? Love me a good grimdark, but sometimes I want to read feel-good fiction that isn't pure action, romance, or comedy. The plot and characters of Dungeon Scholar won't be all happy and fluffy, and the world will be more dungeons and monsters than rainbows and puppies, but overall the sweet moments should overshadow the bitter. Let's say three dollops of sugar for every pinch of salt, with lemon slices left on the saucers? Enjoy. Note: This is NOT a typical dungeon story. If you are here for the dungeon aspect, then fair warning this will seem incredibly slow-burn to you. The dungeon will eventually become the most important 'character,' arguably, or the second-most important narratively, but you might jump out the window in frustration long before that happens. At its heart, the story's core remains 'girl meets dungeon,' not 'dungeon meets world.' (To be clear, this does or will have a plot! It's just the more conventional story-like elements contribute to Rowena Loress's greater story, not the other way around; no conflict takes center stage until it becomes personally significant to her. Meanwhile, have some Slice of Life.) Updates every Friday Cover made using Waifulabs Written using 4thewords (referral code: UZJRY55368)

Death Cultivator (Cultivator in Another World Vol. I & II)
Fight for your Soul. New cultivator Grady Hake thought his problems would disappear when he became a member of the strongest gang on the prison planet, but all it did was thrust him into the kill-or-be-killed world of the Eight-Legged Dragons. Now if he wants to survive, he’ll have to learn to cloak his deadly Spirit attacks in shadow, control the ancient revenant trying to take over his mind, and defeat the Angel of Death who dropped him on Van Diemann in the first place. Death Cultivator is sci-fi / isekai / wuxia / western / whatever, sort of like Borderlands meets Hunter x Hunter. I wanted to write something entertaining and actiony with that shonen vibe, so here's hoping this hits the spot. Warning: This isn't an isekai where the MC immediately becomes OP and starts revenge-killing everyone once he gets Death powers. Death is coming, but it's a slow burn. Like some of the reviewers for Volume I mentioned, the MC has a past and it effects his actions and choices in the new world.

NPC MAKER
Jan 1, 2022 Edit: Happy near years! Sorry for the long delays once again, I hope to write more frequently. The NPC-MAKER only has one goal… and that is to rule the world with his NPCs! He has the power to create any NPC he desires as long as he has the resources for it. He was obviously going to create slave NPCs to gather resources so he can focus on making more NPCs. There are way too many enemies in the world trying to kill him so he must create many NPCs stronger than himself to defend him and his empire! Unfortunately, he finds himself stranded in the desert with nothing around. He must survive the harsh conditions and hopefully create NPCs to help him. ~ What to Expect ~ - Lots of NPC interactions. Arc 1 Desert Survival Chapter 1 to... ( work in progress)
