thank you for making my life better
light hitting her in her hazel-green eyes, making her groan and want to close her eyes again, but stopped when three people stood over her, blocking the light.
It took a moment for her eyes to get used to the lighting change, but once they did, she yelled in excitement.
Charlie who was downstairs, about to tell Bella about the people he invited over, when both of them froze upon hearing Clary scream. Quickly, they stumbled past eachother and ran all the way up the stairs, ending up at Clary's open door.
Both froze when they saw Clary smiling and squealing in happiness, something they have never seen before. She was hugging three girls. One with very blonde hair and bright blue eyes, a brunette with the cutest brown eyes ever, and a dirty blonde who had the biggest and sweetest smile they had ever seen. All three girls were very beautiful.
"I can't believe you're here!" Clary shouted, her smile the brightest in the room, lighting it up.
Bella and Charlie looked to eachother with soft smiles before silently leaving the girls in the room. For once, they saw Clary happy, something they have never seen her be. Those girls, whoever they were, Bella knew that it was a good thing that they were here.
"Bitch, you best believe it!" Lizzie pulled Clary into another hug, not wanting to let go of her bestfriend. Clary was the only other person in the entire Boarding School, other than her own twin sister, to love her for who she was. Clary had never swayed away from her. "I missed you so much." She pulled back, her blue eyes watery, something that made Clary frown.
"I missed you too, jerk," she retorted, trying to bring a smile to Lizzie's face, and that's exactly what happened.
"You better have." Lizzie smirked before wiping away a fallen tear, glancing around at the room, grimacing. "Your room is ugly. You really need to decorate." A thought then dawned on her. "Nevermind, because you'll be leaving here soon." She smiled at Clary, knowing that there was no way that she was ever going to like this rainy town. Mystic Falls, the Boarding School, was her home, and will always be.
Clary got situated on her bed, smiling at her best girls. God, she missed them so much and it's only been two weeks. "I love you guys so much."
"Awe, babe," Josie cooed, leaning into her side as Hope sat on the end of the bed, looking at the pictures that Clary had hung up on the wall. There was many photos of all four of them, actually, eighty percent of the photos were them. One of them made her stiffen, though. It was of all the Mikaelson's before they fell, even with Hope and Clary. They were all smiling and dressed up — they had been at a ball that Rebekah had thrown when they were really young, only about eight maybe.

"Hey, assbut," Clary called before kicking Hope off of her bed. Hope sat up on the floor, glaring at her. It was silent for a good second before they all bursted out laughing, something both Charlie and Bella could hear from their places in the kitchen.
"How rude," Hope pouted before muttering a spell under her breath, making a bouncy ball go flying into Clary's head.
"Ow!" Clary yelled out, clutching her head, glaring at her Hope, her eyes glowing. "How dare you!"
Lizzie and Josie looked to eachother before scooting away from the other two girls.
Quickly, the room turned into World War III with both Hope and Clary play fighting.
"Okay, hold up!" Charlie shouted, walking into the room, Bella following after him. They both froze when they saw Hope on top of Clary, glaring. "Wha--"
Suddenly, all four girls giggled before Hope slid off of Clary. Hope helped Clary up and all four girls then stood side to side, linking arms.
"We're going out," Clary stated, glancing at her best girls. She knew that no matter what, these girls would never betray her, would never leave her. She trusted them with her life.
"Okay." Charlie scratched his head, not knowing what to think of what he just saw. "Just be careful."
"Don't worry, gramps," Lizzie spoke up, her blue eyes narrowed, reminding Bella of Rosalie. "Us girls know how to stick together and protect eachother."
The girls then pushed past Charlie and Bella, giggling as they literally skipped down the stairs.
Bella and Charlie watched them before looking to eachother once again. They knew that the girls were going to help Clary, but, they also knew that they just invited more demons into Forks. "We're going to have our hands full for the next two days."
Bella nodded." "Yeah..."
girls laughed all their way through the town, going into multiple shops, buying some stuff, and doing whatever girls do. They had actually went and got their nails done, had facials, even bought matching outfits. And surprisingly, Lizzie and Hope hadn't argued not even once, something that made Clary even happier.
"Where are we going for food?" Josie asked, looking at her girls, the girls she would risk her own life for.
"I only know of one place, a place Chalrie had taken Bella and I when I first showed up here," Clary said, her hazel-green eyes much greener and lighter since she had woken up this morning. "But, I did hear about a fancy-ish diner." All girls smiled at eachother.
Hope went to say something when she was interrupted by someone shouting Clary's name.

All four girls turned around to come face to face with five really pale people with the most unique golden eyes they had ever seen. Automatically, Lizzie, Hope, and Josie all came to the conclusion that these were the so called Cullen's that Clary had told them about.
"Erm... hi?" Clary was confused on why they had approached her.
"We saw you and wanted to say hi," Edward replied, his voice angelic, something that would've had Lizzie swooning, but she was getting a weird feeling from them. "Who are your friends?"
Jasper looked at Clary, his eyes widening slightly when he didn't feel any anger, only happiness, something he had never felt from her before. These girls, these three beautiful girls, had something to do about it which made Jasper want to know who they were to Clary.
Clary smiled as she glanced to both sides of her.
The Cullen's all looked to eachother, all thinking the same thing. Clary had the most beautiful smile. But they were also shocked to even see a smile because they had never seen her do so.
"These are my girls, Lizzie; the very dangerous but beautiful blonde, Josie; the very sweet brunette, and Hope; the cutest person alive who can tear anyone apart," Clary explained, looking to eachother girl, content and happiness swirling around in her beautiful and unique eyes.
"It's a pleasure, I'm sure." Lizzie smirked, looking at the five pale supernatural creatures.
"It's nice to meet you," Josie softly stated, though, there was something behind her brown eyes which the Cullen's could see. The girl was sweet, sure, but they could see darkness swirling in her eyes, just like they could with the rest of the girls, even Clary.
"Hmm," Hope hummed, not saying anything, she was just analyzing them. No, she wasn't checking them out, instead, she was pointing out everything that was in-human about them, which was basically everything. They were way too stiff and way too pale for any normal person, even for someone who lives in a cloudy, rainy place. They all looked very similar, like Clary said, even though they were all apparently adopted. But, what gave it away was the way her magic and wolf side was reacting to them.
"How are you today?" Jasper questioned, trying to get rid of the tension.
Clary tilted her head, about to say something when Lizzie spoke up. "She's great, thanks for asking, but she will be much better off without you guys in our view."
"Bitch," Rosalie muttered which was something both Hope and Clary heard, making both girls angry. Hope might've not liked Lizzie, but today proved her that Lizzie was different than what she thought. Lizzie was a sweetheart who would do anything for those she loves, something Hope could relate to.
"Hey!" Clary's voice broke the air, reaching Rosalie's ears, surprising her. She had muttered under her breath, there was no way Clary could've heard her. "Don't you dare call her a bitch or I will personally rip your eyeballs out of your face and feed them to the fucking wolves."
She was fuming, something the rest of the Cullen's could see. What Rosalie said had really affected her.
"If I hear one more bad word about any of my girls, you will have me to deal with." She was glaring daggers at Rosalie, making Lizzie smirk. This was why she loved Clary. Clary was so protective of what is hers and who she loves.
Rosalie's eyes were wide as she looked at the fuming red head. "Sorry," she muttered, surprising herself. For some reason, she knew, deep down, that she should be afraid of Clary, very afraid.
Clary huffed. "It was totally not nice to see you guys, let's never do it again," she snapped before she and her girls pushed past the Cullen's.
The Cullen's watched them walk away. Hope looked back, her eyes narrowed. When they had pushed past then, Hope had touched one of them, feeling their hard, cold skin. Their skin was not human, more like marble.
"Please tell me you guys found something," Clary begged as they got out of hearing rang from the Cullen's.
Josie shook her head. "Sorry, but we couldn't find anything, not without our dad or mom finding out what we were doing."
"Fuck," Clary hissed, shaking her head. She hated not knowing.
"Guys." Hope gained their attention. "I touched one of them. Their skin was cold, cold as ice — that's not normal. And it was hard, too, almost like marble."
Josie's eyes widened slightly. "I think I might have an idea what they are, but we need to do some more research to make one hundred percent sure that they are what I think they are."
"What do you think they are, sister dearest?" Lizzie questioned, intrigued.
"A different type of vampire — Cold Ones."
