Lulu put her phone in her back pocket, raising her head to meet with her reflection in the large mirror near her closet. She wore a golden satin shirt, a high waisted pair of baggy jeans. She had a pair of platform converses and a lot of jewelry around her neck and on her fingers.
She frowned, thinking the look was a bit bland, and decided to open the shirt almost entirely, leaving just one button on over her chest, covering her breasts and bralette but exposing her stomach and her collarbones and a small portion of her shoulders.
See, that's what I mean when I say Lulu is a natural at everything she does.
Lulu went in the living room, waiting for Zahia to be ready before leaving for the carnival. She walked in wearing a white crop top and a pair of velvet red overalls that fit her perfectly, Lulu raising her eyebrows with a small smirk creeping on her lips, "That's like super tight, you look hot."
"Stop giving me that look," Zahia said as she tried not to blush.
"Nah, that's cool, just... you're meeting with someone or what?"
"You're the one to talk," Zahia jested, "Look at you, trying to tease someone with that shirt?"
Lulu rolled her eyes, "Stop it now."
"Just saying," Zahia shrugged, "Like, Fez will definitely check you out in this."
"Shut up, let's go," Lulu rushed, playing with her set of keys.
"If you don't make a move tonight, I kill you," Zahia replied as she followed her sister outside.
"Damn it, Zahia, what's up with you wanting me to fuck?" Lulu asked, "You trying to get the house to yourself or what?"

"What? No?"
"You just lied straight to my face," Lulu pointed out, "Come on, spit out their name."
Lulu threw a helmet at her sister and they both sat on the scooter as Zahia bit her lip, "Max. It's Max," Lulu nodded as a smile appeared on her lips, speeding down the street.
When the two girls arrived at the carnival, they didn't expect to find such a massive crowd of people strutting around, eating candy and running in direction of the rides. The atmosphere was filled with loud screams of fear and excitement, large echoing fits of giggles and colorful beams of lights. Lulu felt like a kid and nudged Zahia as they chuckled with childish arousal.
"Lulu!"
The girl turned around to notice Rue, Lexi and Jules coming their way. A feeling of nervousness creeped up inside her stomach as she realized it was the first time she would talk to Jules. The person she had been jealous of for "stealing" her best friend.
Rue jumped into Lulu's arms, "You look hot, wow! Trying to get someone's attention I see."
"I'm not!"
Zahia laughed, "See! She thinks the same!"
"You guys are weirdly connected, that's getting boring," Lulu sighed, "By the way, aren't you supposed to meet with Max, uh?"
"Max?" Rue asked curiously.
Zahia turned red, "Fuck off... Yeah, gotta go," and quickly walked away.
"Yo, you text me alright?" Lulu shouted as Zahia lifted a thumb in the air.
"She got a date?" Rue asked as Lulu nodded with a sigh, "Hm, by the way... this is Jules."
Lulu made eye contact with a platinum blonde girl, wearing a mesh sparkling top with a shiny pink dress. She looked stunning and Lulu got lost in her eyes, understanding why Rue got so obsessed with her. She was mesmerizing and Jules thought the exact same thing of Lulu —whom she had been dying to meet.

"Hi, I'm Lulu," she said with a smile.
Jules engulfed her in a hug, "I know! I've heard so much about you, you look amazing! And your style, fuck, can we talk about your style?!"
Lulu chuckled, pulling away, "Thank you! You're quite incredible too, we need more of that around here."
Rue giggled, feeling warmth all over her body as she observed the two girls she loved the most chatting and complimenting each other. Rue felt at peace. And the four girls strutted away, running around as they looked for the best activities to do all together.
bitch where are u
miss u
at the carnival
where??????
wanna go see molly?
uhhh nah im good
okayyyy
wanna meet up at the pretzel stand?
im with cassie
yep on my way
yay cant wait
Lulu excused herself, leaving Rue and Jules on their own, knowing they wouldn't mind being without her. Lulu could see the pretzel stand where she was, easily recognizing Ashtray as the waiter and she shook her head with a small smile before taking a detour to get some beer. She hadn't planned on drinking tonight but she knew one beer wouldn't hurt her.
Lulu's jaw dropped when she saw the two girls in front of the pretzel stand, they glowed in their outfits, and Maddy let out a loud shriek as she jumped up and down, pulling Lulu in her arms, "You're a fucking goddess dressed like this, fuck!"
"I was literally about to say that about you two," Lulu said as she pulled Cassie into the hug, "You're so hot!"
"Says the future Hollywood number one," Cassie said as she kissed her cheek, "Honestly, I can't fucking wait for the movie, I'm so proud of you."
"Hell yes," Maddy added, "I'm just not ready for you to leave us."
"What are you talking about? I ain't leaving anytime soon."
"Yeah, right, as if," Maddy replied before the three girls turned around to look at Ashtray.
"Welcome to Pretzel Mania, can I take your order?" Ashtray said, "How many pretzels do you want?"
"We don't eat carbs!" Maddy groused.
Cassie rolled her eyes before giving a look at Lulu, "Sure you don't want anything?"
Lulu lifted her red cup filled with beer, "I'm all set, girl."
"Two please."
"That'll be forty," Ashtray signaled as Cassie and Maddy pulled out money out of their bras, giving it to the young kid who walked off to take care of their orders.
"So, what's going on? What'd you need molly for?"
"Maddy thinks Nate's cheating on her," Cassie explained, "Right?"
"I don't know. He's just been acting super weird lately."
"Have you gone through his phone?" Cassie asked, "I've never not gone through someone's phone."
Maddy stared at Cassie, "Bitch, you're my soulmate."
Ashtray came back with two pretzels he handed to the girls, "Thank you!"
Lulu gave him a wink, "See you later, midget."
"Was about to say I saw that trailer for ya movie and that you dope in it," Ashtray said, "But you just called me midget, so I ain't saying a word."
"Love you too!" Lulu replied before following the two girls away.
And Lulu didn't notice Fezco staring at her as she walked by, not even once acknowledging his presence as she was too preoccupied by what Cassie and Maddy were talking about. She didn't realize he got a breath stuck in his throat as the wind blew over her, lifting her shirt to expose a piece of her hips, those hips that she always unconsciously rolled sensually whenever she walked.
And Fezco watched her walk away from him. He watched her until she disappeared in the crowd.
