Alakazam
They were now landing in Danshu’s capital Fengshu. It was early morning and the airship was approaching at a steady speed. He prayed that they could at least get out of Danshu before word spread of their escape. He took a deep breath, closing his eyes and visualizing these small magenta strands all around him, the bed was composed of strands, the mirror was composed of strands and he was composed of these thread-like strands. He focused himself, threading together strands around himself. A small field of strands around his entire body, as he focused and shaped them into a suit, and shaped the threads around his face to form a sharp jawline. Slanted eyes and pale skin. As he finished he opened his eyes and looked in the mirror, he looked like a handsome Danese man, and was wearing a tight fighting suit, he nodded. Hopefully, he didn't run into any other Kineticists.
He stepped out of his room to find Zade changed into her armor now she had her hair cut, she had dark red long braids that hung down to her shoulders. But she now had a short afro and was chewing seated at the table, eating an apple. “Morning Zade, you ready?” He said walking toward the steering wheel, as he looked below and saw the beautiful capital a large castle could be seen in the distance. They landed near the docks where a large line of airships could be seen lined up, as a few Danese guards could be seen letting people in and out. He sighed as he put the ship on autopilot and took out some paperwork to give, as Zade could be seen slouching at the side of the ship, smoking a cigarette. “So the plan is to go to some library? I doubt the information we’re looking for would even be there” Zade asked, taking another hit.
Alakazam smiled, “I got a friend in the capital that we can get the information from. He’s an overseer for the Zhenjin family. He works over at the library though and that's where we'll meet him.” He said as they finally got their turn in line, the guard asked for paperwork and Alakazam handed it over.

They scanned the paper for a few seconds and moved forward, he steered the ship forward, leading them into the area. The city was busy and full of life, several showcasing stands can be seen as many merchants can be seen showing a device for display. “Is this what Danshu is always like?” Zade asked, looking around confused. “Sorta but we also just entered the World Fair, they hold it as a sorta inauguration ceremony for the new ruler to take the throne.” Alakazam answered as he led them first to a stand that had a sign that read: “Feng’s Everything You Want Shop.” The man in this shop was a short Danese man with long black hair peppered with white hairs, as he had his hair in a top knot. He had protective face gear and was working on something at his desk.
Zade raised an eyebrow at where they were, as they stepped inside they saw several weird gadgets and gizmos behind a glass screen. Between armor, weapons, and then there were other ones. “He pulled his mask off and coughed. His face was covered in smoke and dirt and he smiled to reveal several missing teeth that were filled in with metal fillings. “How can I be of assistance?” He asked in Danese. “Yes, we are here to buy some Televisage’s.” Alakazam said Zade scoffed. “Bold to assume I don't already have one.” She said pouting slightly, “So do you then?” She looked at the device and shook her head, “well of course not those damn things are expensive, weird and I don't know how to use them!” Alakazam laughed at her and placed a pouch of platinum, the owner inspected them and smiled. ‘Pleasure doing business with you.” Alakazam was handed two hand held mirrors with a gemstone embedded in the back, he handed Zade her mirror and looked at his. He opened it to reveal a normal mirror shining and the bottom of the second mirror was mostly black and had a small square section that immediately converted left messages into the script. Epavar’s latest and hottest tech on the market is very useful for long-distance communication and an asset they both need.

The two walked out of the shop, Zade flipping and closing the mirror-like a child who just got a new toy. The two of them walked through the city, pyremobiles rushing past them as billowing smoke can be seen. As they walked toward a large library, Alakazam led them into the library. There were over eight floors and a large spiral staircase could be seen ahead. “So your friend just hangs out in a boring ass library?” Zade said, raising an eyebrow, “oh just wait he's on the top floor. So let's get walking!” The two walked up the several flights of stairs as they finally made it to the top floor, they found a younger danese man seated at the front counter. He didn't look older than Alakazam and had jet black hair combed down and swooped to the side, he saw Alakazam and smiled, “what's up Alak, my man. How can I help you?” He asked in Danese, which got a confused look from Zade. “I need some information on the Wish Stones.” The man's eyes darted around as he motioned for Alakazam to keep quiet.
“You still have that silly dream of yours Alak? And why do you think I know anything about them?” He said with a composed stance. “Because you're Arban the Scholar, you know everything there is to know and you run Epavars most expansive library. All I ask is if you have any information on some history behind them and where they might be.” Arban sighed looking at the two of them and motioning them to follow him. He led them to a private room, it was dark and quiet, he switched the light on and they saw it was a small office, there was a desk and bookcase, as he sat near the desk and the two sat at the couch nearby. Alakazam tossed him a coin purse, and Arban caught it. Counting the coins as he stretched and relaxed a bit. "The Seven Wish Stones do exist, and they are guarded by each of the Seven Crime Family Captains, so getting all seven is still impossible.”
A look of shock came onto Alakazams face, he knew they were real, they had to be every criminal worth a shit spread the rumors of their existence. But he remembered Azure always dismissing the claims. A smile formed on Alakazam's face as Zade was uncharacteristically quiet. “Thanks a lot, Arban, so what that means is I gotta take down the captains.” Arban looked at him with a blank expression and then burst out laughing. “You think you can take down not one but all the captains? What of Azure, what do you think he will do when he hears you took down a captain.” “I don't work for Azure anymore, you didn't hear of my stunt?” Alakazam asked confused, “what stunt? I haven't heard anything happening in Masiya. I heard a Ghazi recently escaped execution but-.”
He then looks to Zade and a terrifying realization comes to his face, “yeah no get the hell out. I don't need this drama and if Azure hasn't already made you public enemy number one, that means there's far worse in plan for you.” Arban said, closing his book and kicking them out of his office, shutting the door swiftly. “So care to tell me what the hell you all were talking about?” Zade asked as the two made their way out of the library. Alakazam smiled as he clenched his fist, seeing the tattoo of the Mustafa family branded on his fist. “We are going to take down the crime captains and we're going to need a damn good crew.” He said moving outside and into the city.

8 3077The Nightcore Trilogy
Going to space was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime, but for Reece Danielson and his crew, it was only the beginning. As the fresh astronauts aboard the Zhengzhou International Space Station start their on-the-job training, Reece is shown a discovery that changes his entire worldview. It isn’t long before a tragic accident aboard the station sets off a series of events that not only puts the crew in danger but at odds with each other. The events quickly escalate into a man-made apocalyptic incident on the surface of the planet. A virulent plague is prematurely released which transforms everyone into flesh-eating undead, and that is only the beginning of the troubles. There are far worse things down there than zombies and possibly a few of them lurk on the station itself. The Nightcore Trilogy thematically begins with a heavy sci-fi feel coupled to a gritty space-based horror mystery. The story's layers are slowly peeled back, evolving into something much more supernatural, mythological, and high-fantasy-based. It's a mix of elements from survival horror, zombie apocalypses, ancient mythologies, supernatural stories, and harem anime. It contains semi-descriptive sex scenes (traditional and non-traditional), descriptions of gore, profanity, and adult situations, so I recommend it for mature and open-minded audiences only.
